Everything is great except the overhead music is always too loud, so loud that it drowns out what I’m listening to on my headphones/earbuds while I workout. This is poor customer care/concern. Since nearly everyone wears earbuds and listens to their own preferred content, the overhead music is more of a bother and distraction to customers. The employees may enjoy the overhead music but the customers find it annoying and repulsive especially at the volume the staff chooses.

They closed last Sunday and I emailed them last Tuesday but they still took money out today - almost a week after the gym closed. How can a company be so unethical? Don't join this gym.

A couple of years ago depressed and disabled I sought a gym would be a good change in my life style. I signed up and started working with P T Theresa. I wish I had taken a picture. She saved my life. She was and is so knowledgeable and caring about my goals. I no longer walk with a cane and work out on over half of the pieces of equipment. Besides the convenient location the staff is remarkable including Ms Courtney, Ms Kaylah, Ms Aicila and Mr Eric. I even know some of the exceptional members by name. It's always clean from the bathroom to the front door. I love coming here. I'm warmly greeted at the front door upon arrival and wished a good day when I leave. Not only do I enjoy my workout here I enjoy the people here too. A wonderful place to get a complete basic reasonably priced workout and make a friend or two.

Has all the equiptment you need for anything from novice to serious strength training. Staff is friendly. They have a daycare room to watch your little ones. No showers, but has a small changing room, and 2 bathrooms......Place was an old blockbuster video, and a bit small. I say this because you may have to wait a few minutes if someone is on the machine/equiptment you want. However you can ask to work in a set in between theirs, and may make a few buddies......Has optional personal trainers if you want.....Silver sneakers for seniors are welcome.....Not an intimidating gym for beginners.

I honestly can't review the facility... I never made it inside! We got to the gym early, too make sure the equipment we needed was available but the gym never opened. The hours posted were 5am but no one showed up to open the doors! It was ridiculous! People who had memberships were walking laps around the parking lot because they couldn't get in.

Everything is wonderful unless you are trying to cancel. I moved away and can't cancel without standing in front of them. The Fitness 19 (GA184) at 4045 Five Forks Trickumis poorly managed (and, actually,not managed at all after 2PM). I have tried unsuccessfully for months to cancel my $15 monthly membership and have been given the run-around by the staff repeatedly. I have tried to phone the manager due to my work schefulet, only to be told I must come into the gym to cancel in person and/or "Jeremy is gone for the day."
I was told today ( by three staff members who looked fairly young) when I went in person to cancel that he only works 9-2 and that I would need to come back at that time tomorrow. I asked to speak to the afternoon manager and was told by the three of them that there is " no manager after 2pm ... Just sales staff. "
Safety issues aside, the fact that there is not a manager on site past 2 pm is ludicrous.
It appears that this "bob and weave" protocol of "find the manager" is simply a plot to keep people from legitimately cancelling their membership.

If you are looking for a gym with childcare. Please don't use this gym. My 2 yearld old daughter was able to get of of daycare area and was heading out the front door. The childcare worker didnt realize she wasn't in the daycare. The manager said they will change their process. I visited the location on 2 separate occasions after the incident...Nothing had changed. I inquired about the changes to the manager and his response was did your child get out again. They lied about making changes and only want your money.

Be aware of this gym is a complete scam! I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for months, the first time I canceled and they charged my account again the next month I went to the gym to get the money back and they did not have any records of the cancelation even though, they gave me a cancelation agreement but I couldn’t get the money back. After arguing with them in person I canceled the membership AGAIN and I ask not to have any more charges from this gym ever again. I keep the paper as proof of the cancelation but SURPRISE a month later my account was charged AGAIN. This time the woman that was supposed to do the cancelation admitted she made a mistake during the cancelation process and she only cancel my membership and NOT my husband’s when I clearly specify during the cancelation that we both wanted to cancel and get the hell out of this gym but still she won’t refund my money instead she was extremely rude and intentionally hung up the phone tree times and refused to let me talk to somebody else. I still have no resolution of this matter.

Please run from this place!! Update on my case: I went to the Gym last night to get my husband’s membership canceled in writing since they said they canceled it over the phone earlier that day and promised me not to charge anything else I just wanted to have proof; a person named Kevin who was extremely rude, aggressive and violent told me that he was not going to give me anything in writing and if he did he was going to charge me again next month. I told my husband to go and get the paper and Kevin argued and said he was going to charge us next month. I guess this is how these type of employees run a business into the ground. This issue should have been handled a lot better but I guess they really need my $7 dollars to keep this gym a float. Please do yourself a favor a run from this place.

I had an account with them in 2015 and went to school. Before leaving I told them to cancel it and they didn't. Instead froze the account and started stealing my money from my account. I then called my bank to stop them from taking my money. Eventually I came home to see a letter that we are taking u to debt collectors. when signing up for gym membership with these guys, you have to be very careful.

This is a really good place! I have had a great experience here in the few days I have used the facility. The machines are good and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Had a issue with fitness 19 4045 five forks trickum rd Lilburn ga 30047.front dest personal male, has no customers service. He was hostile to me as a member. When i informed management. Management threatened to cancel my membership and ask to leave the building. After my workout, management went to his car and threatened me with a gun which he showed to me. Beware of their fine lines. I DO NOT recommend them at all. I would not go there, just because of advertised low cost, entry is easy, but exit will make you pay.

You cannot put on-hold for more than 3months.
Be ready to pay both; yearly maintenance fee and membership cost.

i moved back to Lilburn and needed to workout. Fitness 19 was the right price and had an ample array of equipment. It is impressive that any company can run on $19 bucks a month, but they do. They have trainers you can sign up and pay separately if that is what you want. There is not a bunch of staff, but i didn't pay a bunch of money and i didn't want 40 employees watching me while i struggle with some dumbells. Final verdict. great price, right equipment. real people.
