Thank you Trinity for your assistance with helping me get out of my two week trial membership. It seemed for some reason that Peak did not want to honor Language in the trial membership Contract, although I attempted to Conclude my membership one day before the expiration date. I brought this to Peak’s attention and they disregarded it. But thankfully Trinity read the contract and immediately discontinued my trial membership before my credit card was charged. No Hassle No fuss. Also, Great Job Sedeeq, Zay, And Morgan. I enjoy the gym now on A Day by Day Basis.

Such a great place! Fairly busy more morning but if you’re an early bird like me, you’ll be just fine. I really enjoy the massage machines for recovery after my workout and the sauna inside the bathroom is a nice touch.

If you’ve lived in Henry county long you know this used to be the old golds gym that bring said there’s nothing different besides a paint job.

The machines are the same machines that have been here for years some nearly falling apart when in use. The paper towels and the spray bottles aren’t consistently full. There’s this cute redheaded lady that goes around cleaning and picking up trash doing XYZ while the people at the front desk just sit there on their phones and lolly gagging.

On one of my last visits there was a woman coughing uncontrollably and when I went up to the front desk asking for someone to check on her or give her a water I was blown off.

Also the trainers at this gym vs the one in mcdonugh are kindaaa rude. This man came up to me while
I was doing a shoulder press and instead of helping me figure out what I was doing wrong he began touching me??? And told me I was going to need to end up needing shoulder surgery if I don’t figure it out???

Also the people who come to this gym during the day are rude as hell I’ve had plenty of off putting experiences. I truly try to come when there’s maybe 5 people max in the gym

This gym has amazing and friendly kids room and front desk staff. Everything was super organized, clean, and maintained. I had a great experience with Morgan one of salespeople!! Love how it’s 24/7!!

I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for 2 weeks. They finally replied to my email today. I was originally told I have to go to the gym to cancel. Once at the gym they said I have to call or email billing. I sent an email twice. It says wait up to 7 days for a response. We joined the gym last year in Spring. But they said I have to put in a 30 day notice after the year is up. Yet they’re saying I have to pay til September 11th. It’s July 23, 2025. So why are they not canceling it August 23rd? I HAVE NEVER ONCE USED THIS MEMBERSHIP. It’s a very small gym. But they do have a smoothie stand. The workers seem really nice. And they have child care room. But it’s $10 per child I believe and $10 to bring a friend to work out.

Initially excited but quickly faded. Facility was not clean. Front desk was rude..asked trainer about a protein shake product and stated.." I don't drink milk figure it out"..got charged annual fee twice in 2024.. told the company was getting the payment system updated to put all on same schedule. Canceled account 9/24 and when I started to recieve notifications from their payment company I informed them I canceled..they stated there was no notification. When sending the email to the payment company stating the facility was canceling me out, the payment company denied it was a legitimate cancelation. Lastly when signing up I also put my husband on MY account but they separated the accounts without notification..when canceling again emailing the request again, they charged 2 accounts for an annual fee and monthly payment before we could cancel..HORRIBLE!!

I had a very concerning experience during my visit. personal item of mine went missing from the woman locker room, and based on what I observed and heard from others, I have strong concerns about how secure the space is and how certain individuals are behaving. I reported Khaila Mack who I confronted at the woman locker room on may 19 and 26 she stated she was an employee here but when she was running though lockers taking shoes and phones from multiple locations…. I recommend others stay alert and not leave valuables unattended.

Lots of equipment, well trained trainers, group exercise classes including spin, massage beds, tanning. There are a lot of power lifters and bodybuilders who frequent this gym, so if that's intimidating for you please give it a chance because they're the nicest people ever. Great machines if you don't like the free weights and lots of cardio equipment. Joining this gym gets you membership at the other one as well so you have two to pick from and the other one has a pool and whatnot.

I love it here, and go mostly early in the morning. I mainly go because they have the sauna. I won't join anywhere else because of it. The staff is always courteous, helpful and friendly. And it's always clean, has cleaning supplies for the equipment.

This place is nasty!!! Housekeeping is ridiculous. The front desk morning employee always has an attitude. Patrons have to clean before we use ANYTHING in the bathroom. We even have to bring tissue because they run out every night, or they just don't replace it. The gym is close to I-75, plus it is 24 hrs. This is the reason I still go and my husband been a member for over 25 yrs when it was Golds Gym.

The gym is great and everyone that works there is very nice, but the process to cancel anything is a nightmare. I paid $120 for personal training services that I would not be able to use because I forgot to cancel after my 6 month agreement period because payments are allowed to continue. Upon cancelling my membership a few months early I was aware of a $59 cancellation fee, but I was also required to pay the dues in the month including an upkeep fee of $39 and the $35 membership fee. $250 in fees for amenities that I am not using instead of the unused payment being applied to the fees. If you choose this as your gym just be aware of the fee schedules.

Pov: I've been a member since it was Golds. I like the new additions, squat stations, tanning, massage, etc. I dislike that the machines basically only had the color padding replaced. The grips weren't fixed, the shakiness of the pulleys weren't fixed, the uneven seating wasn't fixed, etc. Same machines, same problems, new padding. I tend to go later in the evening and I've had more issues getting in the past 2 weeks then I had the past few years. Please either fix or replace the outside scanner. It's very frustrating trying to get someone's attention because the scanner is not working. I understand this all may be a work in progress and I look forward to seeing the coming changes.

Awesome gym with everything you need to get a complete workout. Free weight, machine, racks, smith machine, treadmills, stairmaster, etc. They offer child care and smoothies. Showers, sauna, and lockers.

Does get really packed in the evening.

Update: On weekends I usually try to go early in the morning before the child care center close at 12 or 1. Usually on weekends there aren’t many children in the center. On this particular day there was only one other child (2 kids). Upon dropping your child off you have to sign them in leaving your name, the child’s name, phone number, and location on the floor. Normally I workout for less than an hour so my son won’t be in there too long. Upon picking him up I immediately notice a stench in the air. Clearly one of the 2 children has used the restroom. And of course it’s my son (2yrs of age). My problem with the associate is failing to call since I left my number. Or ask another associate to find me. There were only two kids it’s not hard to figure out which parent to contact if only two names are on the sign in sheet. If you are hiring someone to watch kids make sure they are capable of watching kids.

Fitness 2020 was very clean. And the customer service was great. I dropped on without an appointment and they were able to give me a full tour, and answer all my questions. There was plenty of equipment, which means no waiting as I complete my workout routine. This gym checks all the boxes!

The gym itself is great, but they just recently opened the sauna up and if I’m being honest, it’s not saunaing enough, it gets warm but it needs to get HAWT!! It takes too long to get a good sweat in when in comparison to other gyms or even the McDonough location. Please allow the sauna to reach a higher temperature!! (P.s. I’m typing this as I’m in the sauna so this is a live review 😹😼.)

I really enjoy the Fitness2020 gyms. The commute is very reasonable and the staff is very friendly. The equipment is diverse, plentiful and spaced out nicely. The only thing is, the customers of the gym waited a few months for the sauna to open. Like Mr. Coronado said, the sauna just isn’t sauna-ing like it should. If possible to get it to trap the heat or produce more of it. The glass door feels like it allows too much air out. Other than that, nice!

Please explain to me why this new gym in Stockbridge still has the “old skipping when you run” treadmills BUT the McDonough location has many NEW cardio machines??? Just like Gold’s Gym, I see Fitness 2020 Stockbridge location is overlooked while the better equipment is placed at the McDonough location. Finally!!!!! I finally found a gym that offers line dancing. I received a flyer in the mail regarding this gym. I called the Stockbridge location. No pickup. I called the McDonough location and spoke with Trinity. Whom was polite, professional and answered all of my many questions. I signed up with her and she waved the enrollment fee. Thank you! The gym in Stockbridge is very clean and has no musty smell, like other gyms. I was met by Ashley whom was very welcoming and showed me how to use the massage bed. Loved it! My first experience was going to be the line dancing class. Loved it! It was a class full of all ages. No suggestive music was used in comparison to other gyms and fitness classes. There was a variety of music played. And no twerking involved! Thank you! The instructor was pretty good, and always smiling. I think I would have preferred louder base, but oh well! I was very pleased that I signed up with this gym.
