The gym is quiet and clean, and the equipment is well kept. It has a good selection of machines and free weights but could use a few more options of machines. 24/7 access once you sign up is very convenient. The restrooms seem to always be pretty clean except for the weekends when staff is off. During peak hours, it's still not overcrowded but definitely a little busy. It's smaller than a large commercial gym if you're used to that.

Indoor track is 1/10th a mile, they have expercise machines and free weights littered around the track. Most of the machines were free at 8am on a Monday.

Update: This gym is open 24/7/365 for members with 24hr access. To get 24 hrs access you need to register your CAC at the front desk. Otherwise, if you don't have 24 hr access, you can use the gym during its staffed hours. Those hours are 0600-1800 M-F excluding holidays and family days.
Good large area gym. It gets pretty crowded during lunch and around 1630. Most of the machines are fully functional. Very clean gym from the lockers to the gym area. Friendly staff also. Definitely a 5 star for me. 🏋️♀️💪🦵

Very quiet at night when I go around 2000. It's well equipped with everything I need to do my workouts. The locker rooms are clean as well as the gym and it's equipment. The atmosphere in there is great it's almost like a judgement free area. Thanks for the great facility
