This place has been life changing for me it is a great place to go no matter what stage of fitness your in beginner advanced etc.. It is affordable well maintained and overall just a pleasant and wonderful atmosphere. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable as are the members themselves I have never had a bad experience. I recently joined this gym about a month ago. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time. They have a ton of equipment, anything from cable machines, to free weights, really anything you could think of. The staff there is great, and the cleanliness is top notch. I would recommend this gym to anyone in this area looking for a home gym to join!

I've really enjoyed my time here. Gavin and especially Pat have worked with my daughter and I to show us a great workout experience. I haven't been to the gym in years and to be honest I was kinda lost about what I should be doing. They really showed us how to workout in a way that worked every part of the body and have been so patient with me. I highly recommend going if your unsure about going to the gym. They really work with you to get the correct workout experience! Just do it and go...you won't be disappointed!

I’ve been to all gyms in Cairo and this place is the only place that constantly changes up their machines and equipments. Always see an employee cleaning the machines and vacuuming the grounds. Even though I haven’t done them myself they do seem to have some interesting classes and challenges with rewards going on at the gym. Always have their bathrooms stocked and clean, fridge and their protein selections stocked up. Both early morning and late at night, always my first chose to go.

When I stepped into Fitness Life gym on July 5th, 2024, I had only ever been to a gym 1 other time in my life (the day before) and all I had known gyms to look like were from movies! I was looking for a place to begin a life-changing journey where I would feel comfortable.

When I came in, Pat was at the front and when I told him I was looking for a gym, he took me around the place showing me all the different areas in the gym. He took the time to answer my questions (being a gym newbie, I had a million!). I told him I wanted to think about it, and he seemed sincerely okay with that, not irritated that I had not made up my mind to join immediately.

The equipment is not brand new like what you may find at a corporate chain-owned gym, but there's way more than what I would have expected. There is a huge variety of machines, free weights, treadmills, cycles, rowers, etc. to guarantee a good workout and sweat. There is a schedule for group classes, and Pat is always willing to add something new.

There are coolers always stocked with proteins and products at great prices. I have been able to try products at an individual level without committing to buying a pack or case of them like you do from a store.

With the ability to go at any time, day or night (open 24 hours), it is convenient for those that work swing or rotating shifts. It has 24-hour surveillance, so you are able to feel safe no matter the time. Pat and the rest of the staff do no put up with weirdo gawkers and creepers, so you don't have to worry about those sorts of people. Everyone that I have met there seems to genuinely be there to better themselves. There are several different areas/rooms where you can workout away from others if that's what you like. I did that for a while before I was comfortable enough to workout in front of others (even though they could care less what I was doing).

I am not a social person, but I have made lots of friends at the gym between asking how to use a machine and what the best exercises and products are for certain gains, to what types of shoes and exercises keep you from feeling like you're going to pass away after a hard workout.

When attending group classes, the trainers are always encouraging you to do what you can do, and pushing you to your limits, but not passed them. They want you to do what you can, and there's no shame if you have to bow out early. They always remind you that "You can only get out of it what you put into it!"

I recommend this gym for anyone that is interested in making a life change, looking a non-judgemental place to get on a healthy track, or a place to further your fitness goals.

I love how it's organized with a section for traditional weightlifting, machines, and cardio equipment, a padded room and a turf section for some athletic movement. I had expressly asked the front desk working if the member ship was cancel able and he told me yes I asked him if it was a year long membership or by the month he told me it was month to month which was not true everything dealing with the membership is handled through peak performance and they were not helpful in the slightest and it’s just very scummy and shady to lie to one of you gym members to their face gym atmosphere is also not welcoming or inviting there are much better gyms you can go to in the Cairo/South Ga/ North Florida area really feel like the Gym and Gym management could do better
