At Fitness Loon, I use private, small, group fitness classes as a tool to encourage and empower women who feel isolated or alone and who struggle with anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem, reminding them that they are strong, confident, and worthy of love. Life is full of challenges, but no one should have to face them alone. I say it’s kind of like group therapy with burpees and squats.

The Fitness Loon is such a fun place workout. Yes, it is fun to workout! Stephanie is amazing and loves what she does. She puts so much time into planning all the workouts and she wants all of us to be successful. They have classes for beginners to more advanced, and even Silver Sneakers. Yoga, cardio, kickboxing, spin, step, Pilates, weight training, there is something for everyone. This place is truly a community, with everyone rooting you on. Fitness, fellowship, and fun, come join us!

From the moment you walk in the door, Stephanie and this gym community welcome you with open arms.
Stephanie is an amazing instructor who leads us in class, motivates us to be our best and reminds us to take care of our mental well being also!
She literally offers everything at this gym : yoga, Pilates, cardio burn, step, different types of strength classes- how does she do it all? Come and see!

Best workouts i've Ever done! I have worked out at many gyms and had several personal trainer but none have compared to stephanie's workouts at the fitness loon. I used to never sweat working out and i would work out for 2+ hours and within 10 minutes of working out with stephanie i definitely work up a sweat and feel the burn!

There’s something for everyone at the Fitness Loon! I’ve been a member for over three years, originally joining with my (reluctant) teenage daughter to introduce her to group fitness classes. It was a great mother/daughter activity and she fell in love with fitness- it’s now a daily priority for her.
The Fitness Loon is an easy place to walk into- very welcoming and encouraging. For anyone unsure of group fitness classes or out of shape, let me assure you of two things: 1. Everyone works at their own pace and level so you can do you 2. No one is watching you and definitely not judging you. We’re all just doing our own thing!
Stephanie is the head Loon and loving, encouraging advocate for living an all-around strong and healthy life. Five stars. I love this place. Come join us.

Stephanie is a gem! She makes you feel like getting started is not overwhelming and making gains is truly possible. In the last 2 1/2 years, I have gone from full of anxiety and hating exercise to managing anxiety and understanding how exercise helps me be a better person all around NOT just something that might change the way I look.
It has encouraged other habits that are better for me like healthier eating and daily walks.
Most importantly I feel better every day especially on the tough days. It really is a unique studio with the most encouraging atmosphere!

I LOVE, LOVE this place!!!!! I was a member of a local gym, but only went for the classes. I found out that the Fitness Loon is a studio that does all classes. I was super excited! They have a variety of classes to choose from. Spin, and several different types of yoga. They have toning classes and more.
They are located in the shopping center behind Del Taco in Loganville. I am so glad I do not have to drive far away like I was doing for the gym. The place is quaint and very welcoming. I was personally met by the owner herself. She took time to go over how the classes work and taught me about an app that I can pick and choose my classes.
I was there for the spin class. At large gyms you have to get there super early to get a bike. The classes are jammed packed. At Fitness Loon it was the perfect amount of people. I was welcomed by everyone that came in. Stephanie, the owner introduced me to each person. I did not feel judged or looked at as the "new person" Everyone was so friendly and made me feel right away like I was apart of their family.
I could tell everyone was super close and had a great relationship with the owner.
Afterwards was yoga!!!!! I decided to stay and I am so glad I did. Bree lead the yoga and it was exactly what I needed. In the past the yoga classes are the same, however at Fitness Loon they have a variety of yoga classes to choose from. The yoga I did was a restorative yoga. It was more of a led meditation by Bree. We did light stretches, but it was more of a relaxing distress for the mind. Bree was so kind she even walked around before class and set everyone up with blankets and blocks. You do not even need to bring a yoga mat!!!! Fitness Loon provides everything you need. The studio is stocked with you're every need. The bathroom is even stocked with women products, lotions, and more. After the session, Bree gave us temple messages and Do Terra oils and explained the benefits. I have not enjoyed classes or a fitness studio like this in years! I cannot wait to go back!!!!

I have been with the Fitness Loon since it first opened it's doors, two years ago. The thing that I love the most about the Fitness Loon is that as soon as you walk in the door, you are greeted with a hug and treated like the member of a family. Not only does the Fitness Loon help you improve your physical health, but you also improve your mental health and your self-esteem. I love having challenges thrown at me each week and the feeling I get from mastering those challenges is incredible! Until I started coming to the Fitness Loon, I never enjoyed working out. However, since I have been coming each week I just can't get enough of the Loon! Please come and check this place out, it is the best workout facility in the area!

Stephanie is an amazing instructor. I have never liked working out, but I do understand the importance of staying in shape. Stephanie is encouraging and makes modifications for every level of ability. Stephanie's heart is for not only physical health, but mental health as well. She meets her students where they are and provides accountability so we can achieve our goals. She is fantastic! I'm so thankful for her not only as an instructor, but a supporter, and a friend.

I have been a member of the Fitness Loon since it's beginning, and have taken exercise and nutrition classes with Stephanie prior to opening The Fitness Loon.
I cannot say enough great things about Stephanie and her approach to exercise for both physical and mental health wellness benefits. She constantly researches and participates in ongoing education to ensure that she offers the best wellness opportunities for her clients. This has meant so much to me, as it allows me (and other clients) the ability to approach fitness for whole body and mind wellness, and at the level that meets me where I am at in my wellness cycle.
I am grateful for The Fitness Loon, Stephanie, and all of the ladies and gentlemen (shout out to Kevin who runs all things technical to make our classes amazing) that make this business more than a gym, and more like a group of friends taking care of each other.

Stephanie’s focus on overall well-being is my focus as well. She offers a variety of classes and events to mix it up and appeal to all kinds of people. I always feel better on days when we work out together. The real magic is how we talk about life, stress, exercise, food and mental health.
