I have been a member since the last three months. They are using the best quality fitness equipment, that, coupled with the friendly and helpful staff, makes FitnessTri the best gym in Norcross.

I had to find a gym that better suits my needs and expectations. It does not appear that management is interested in investing more into the business. If that should ever change, I have a few suggestions.
Have your cleaning staff actually clean all gym equipment. Since I started, dust was noticed and continued to accumulate on several pieces of equipment.
When equipment becomes unsightly or worn out, either repair or replace it. There are torn dumbbell handles that obviously need to be replaced. On the multi-use cable-motion station, one adjustable rail sleeve has worn out and no longer slides efficiently and has not for quite some time.
In the men's restroom, ventilation needs to be structurally improved. The large industrial fan placed in the bathroom does nothing for cleaner ventilation. It only blasts a circulation of fecal particles and germs throughout the restroom and does nothing to remove shower and toilet odors.
From a customer service perspective, when someone loses a valuable item or valuable jewelry as I did, concern needs to be emoted and acted upon. At the very least, express to the customer that you will do what you can to help them recover their item. Other establishments place cheap flyers of lost items in restrooms with a reward if found for a couple weeks. Another method is sending emails to all customers. Obviously there is no guarantee lost items will be found. A customer just wants to know that you are at least trying to do what you can.

Fitness Tri is great 24/7 gym! The environment is very clean, with professional staff, fun classes, a relaxing sauna, and excellent up-to-date equipment. I've been with Fitness Tri for a few months now, and I highly recommend it!

Love that the gym is 24-hour access. There are very clean restrooms and facilities. There's a wide variety of equipment and even a suana and a massage therapist available. The new staff is very helpful with answering all kinds of questions and resolving issues with memberships and they get it resolved in a timely manner.

I would rate negative stars if it were possible. Every experience in dealing with this incompetent waste of space is a nightmare. Firstly the equipment is unsanitary and have heard about members getting nasty infections from going here. Secondly they will continue to bill you forever, cancelling your membership is apparently not something they allow. If you cancel your credit card to get around this they will still continue to bill you and send you collection notices. Which is absurd, how am I liable for dues to a gym I haven't been to in a very long time and no longer have a contract with. Lastly, forget trying to talk to a staff member about any issues, the times posted on the door for them to be there are apparently more for laughs than anything else. Do not ever put a card on file with them, you will regret it, and even better advice is to just stay away from here and join a real gym. Any positive reviews they have received must be spam, I can not fathom how anyone would recommend this place.

I have been attending here over a year now - I love the group fitness class. It is challenging, and the trainers will work with you to make sure you are doing the exercises right. If you have an injury, they encourage you to alter the workout so that you can continue to get fit.
As I understand it, the club recently changed their billing company - they control the billing locally now, so the billing issues noted by some reviewers should be a non-issue now.

There's nothing wrong with the gym itself,its more about the fees. There are way too many unreasonable fees. When you are trying to cancel your account you have to do it in a months advance which i did. You have to call another number just to cancel and I've left multiple voicemails and yet no one has called me back which means I got charged for 2 months instead of the one. Also sometimes your personal trainer isn't there as planned.. usually they reschedule but still really unprofessional especially after paying so much money.. i suggest planet fitness.

Went to try the zumba class. Online said 6 pm. I called to confirm receptionist said it was 6:30 and took my number . Once I got there found out it was indeed 6pm .Instead of apologizing receptionist proceeded to get me to sign up for the gym rather calling me back to reschedule a later class. I seen it as unprofessional and a waste of my time. This may be a great gym but this left a sour taste as a potential customer.

These people are crooks, they stone-walled me when I try to cancel my trial membership, even after I send them the postal receipt of my cancellation letter, they still haunted me for more money. Shady, INDEED.

This is my favorite gym 24/7. Y can go whatever I want. I like Zumba class. I can workout and then go to relax in the sauna. I am going to this gym almost 2 years, always all machine looks like new and clean.

A pleasant gym with good amenities. Kept clean and good equipment. I enjoy working out with my fitness trainer who does listen and pushes me to get healthy results. Seems that they have had some issues with the company that takes care of the monthly fees based on some of the reviews I've seen. I think they have been working on getting that resolved. The Fitness Tri owner is passionate about the fitness industry and does bring in good instructors for his classes (classes are generally included in the membership). Overall, it has been a good experience so far.

I paid additional 80 after my cancellation. Total ripoff. There will be a third damn party company which Fitness tri wont tell you before or after you signup, they keep track of your payments. First of all i wouldn't recommend, if you still wanted to go please make sure you ask about some third party associated with fitness tri and make sure while getting off the contract its your responsibility (supposed to be fitness tri's) to mention that you are getting off the contract or else you will be still charged for not using services. If you are thinking about joining this gym, do it. For me, this place is an essential part of my lifestyle. I really enjoy going there. It's 24 hours; you get in by swiping your key card. Great view. It's really nice. I typically stay longer than I planned. You can walk over and get a Starbucks on your break, come back, hit the weights again. They do classes that people really seem to like meaning they get out of class all pumped up and refreshed. They have good equipment and some of those pieces are invaluable and not found in other gyms.
