My husband and I have been to a lot of gyms in our time, and this is the gym of our dreams. It's laid back, full of fantastic equipment and the owner is the first owner I've met that I'm actually excited to see and just talk to or say hi. I'm a huge introvert and have bad social anxiety at gyms, and this gym is the first I've been to where I feel motivated to work out and excited to go back to. I think if you struggle with the same thing you really should give this gym a try with a friend or even by yourself. There's a room in the back where you can be by yourself and workout if you want or you can be on the floor. I can't imagine finding a better spot to better myself.

This must be what gold's gym felt like in the '70s. I've been working out for 10 years, and in that time, I probably been to 20 different gyms and been a member at five or six of them. Nothing comes close to this place. I've never been to a gym that feels like it has everything that it needs and everybody that's there is a joy to be around. Everybody is kind and helpful and supportive. The equipment is always in good condition and there's always space.

The true shining point though is the owner. He might be the most passionate gym owner I've ever met. He might be the most passionate business owner I've ever met. He's always there to greet you when you come in and happy to tell you about the improvements he made in the last week to make the experience better for every member. I really can't say enough about him. This will be the thing I miss most if I ever leave this place.

Marie and Kevin were great! They really worked with me on a short-term membership as I am in and out of town on a short term basis. They also have a cooperative relationship with Jamie Fernandez who is an awesome trainer! Good to see a privately owned gym doing good things.

I'm not a friend of offering bad reviews but I am extremely disappointed with the manager/owner (Kevin) and the poor management practices at Fitness Extreme. After closure of another fitness center at the end of last year he set a price to welcome its customers to his center, and the following month the membership cost surprisingly increased. After a few months of the fitness classes, management decided to stop paying the instructors, but they continued to teach the classes without pay. Kevin played favorites with a trainer (Jaime) who was sharing gym space with the fitness classes which led to conflicts. Furthermore, the equipment is old and rusty (see pictures). Dirty and smelly towels accumulated for days (hygiene?) and the equipment after Jaime’s training sessions was always out of place. Don’t waste your time and money.

Great gym, has all the right machinery and setup appropriately for anyone looking to superset anything. Super friendly staff, owner, and members. Everyone there is so nice and attempts to assist whenever a need may arise. No luck alarm, which is amazing and nice for powerlifters, bodybuilders, and like-minded athletes.

Traveling to my hometown and used a one day pass for Christmas.
Really like this gym it felt comfortable and loved the security/safety. Lots of different machines.

This is a premium type location, you have access 24/7 and it's a good mom and pop gym.... You can make noise and not worry about getting kicked out..... Pay the 12 and have 24 hour access or don't and just show up when the staff are there.

I was going to join but I decided against it.
The customer service lady was nice but I didn't feel good about it. It's small and the equipment is outdated and they charge a fee to get a card and if you don't buy the card you can only come when the staff is working although they are open 24 hours. I like to work out very early in the morning but I couldn't unless I buy the card. I feel if I joined the gym they should give you a card to get in the gym. Just another way to get more money.

I have two gym memberships but this gym is definitely my favorite to attend. There's a wide diversity of equipment from free weights to machines to cardio, and there are also separate rooms for a yoga studio and a daycare for children. This is a family owned gym, and not a corporate owned one. Some of the equipment has torn cushions and pads, but the equipment still operates great. The other members are competitive lifters and bodybuilders, and the gym owners have trophies from competition years as well, so there is definitely an atmosphere of respect for the equipment, weights, and other users.

This gym is awesome. Has a diverse range of fitness equipment and none of that corporate, intrusive, fake friendly, but really ugly corporate minded gym staff that you'll find at some places. There are yoga classes, and some of the other members are pro or amateur bodybuilders, powerlifters, and cross fitters. So you get a diverse range of insights. I've been going here since May and it is clean, comfortable, and friendly all at a low price.

I went in this gym fill out an application after I did he changed his prices, I told the owner I no longer wanted to join, 3 months later I received a call from the collection agency saying I owed the gym for 1year, I told her I never joined she said I had to pay anyway now it's on my Credit, stay away!!!!!
