I attend yoga here every Saturday and bring members of my psychedel!c spiritual community @EntheoTemple to practice with us. Our teacher Kendra has such a soothing style and I always walk away feeling refreshed. The yoga shala itself is so beautiful and I love the sound of a waterfall nearby. Highly recommended!!!

I had the best yoga class at the Flow Shala at Affinitee. This shala is the most beautiful and peaceful space— I felt like I was on vacation and transported to Bali! I highly recommend a yoga class at the Flow Shala to anyone. The class was beginner friendly and so uplifting. I can’t wait to go back.
