I decided to do a 6 week type wellness challenge yet haven't really had any gym experience other than machines like treadmill and such and I'm glad I did. Now that the challenge has ended I know how to use different gym equipment the proper way! I know I can do more than I thought and that some times pushing your limits is what's needed! Over all I'm glad I was able to experience something like crossfit.

I dropped in for a week and I’m extremely happy I found Full Tilt. The coaching staff was excellent, the gym is very spacious, and the whole facility was clean and well maintained. The gym also includes some regular fitness machines and a variety of odd objects. So you can spice up your workout or remain calm with some classic fitness.

Recently moved here and was looking for something my daughter and husband and I could all engage in. I did NOT want an expensive gimmick or cult that would try to suck us in. What I found is a clean well equipped gym full of kind and very knowledgeable people that made us feel at home almost instantly! No pressure. No frills. No weird contracts or obligations to sign up for things. Just very straight forward and genuine. Our kind of place!

It’s hard to write a review for Full Tilt. It’s like writing a review for how you feel about your family! Full Tilt isn’t just a gym for me. This gym has seen me through many phases in life. I started this gym when it was in the old building. I remember a friend inviting me and me telling her that there was no way I could do this type of workout! She assured me that the coaches meet you exactly where you are and that any level athlete could participate. I quickly became addicted! Due to financial and life changes I had to take a break for a few years. I joined a regular gym through work and told myself that I could get the same workout. I was WRONG. I joined back 1 year ago today. There is something about the gym and the people that push you not only physically, but mentally. There are things I thought I could never do, yet I did them. Full Tilt hasn’t just changed my body, but my mental. It’s made me a better person as a whole. I lOVE this gym and the people and coaches. You won’t find better!

Full Tilt has been a great gym for my wife and I. I am 37 and have been at the gym for over a year now. I had not worked out in a gym since high school. I had never done CrossFit. It was intimidating. But the gym did a great job getting me comfortable with the movements and modifying them to my ability. For me to workout I need someone telling me what to do, a coach helping and encouraging me, and a team to support me. CrossFit has all three. I went from zero workouts a week to working out five days a week. And the community aspect is the best. The class I go to has become more like a family. We look forward to seeing each other at the gym and even hang out outside the gym. Full Tilt is a great gym to come and try out CrossFit or workout with an amazing community of people.

First gym I've ever joined, and I joined because of the people and environment. I made the decision to change my life for the better and knew I had to eliminate excuses. Full Tilt is close to my house, the hours of operation/class times were widely varied and perfect for any schedule, there are a slew of coaches there that invest in each member to ensure they get the most out of each workout (adjusting/scaling things so everyone can participate), and the fellow members are so kind and supportive of each other.

Over time, you begin to feel like family. In so many ways, the people and environment caters to mental health, while the workouts take care of the physical health. I'm a very overweight, out of shape, and unmotivated guy, but from day one after walking into the gym, I have been so excited, motivated, genuinely happy, accepted, and have never looked back. They said I would say this eventually, and I'm saying it now... I am so mad at myself for not starting this decision/journey/relationship sooner.

I’ve been with Fulltilt ever since 2017 and I’ve become more confident with my body image. I’ve become stronger and I love the muscle definition in my arms!

Many classes are offered which works well with my schedule. This wellness center has great equipment and lots of space!

I Recently hiked 15 miles of the Appalachian trail and must say without CrossFit and Fulltilt I wouldn’t have been able to complete it!

Great place to get in shape and join a community of fitness experts!

Full Tilt CrossFit has a great blend of workouts that suit beginners to intermediates depending on how far you want to go with weight and intensity. The shop itself is pretty accommodating and away from the hustle and bustle of cars driving by with it being surrounded mostly by farm fields. The community is welcoming and I’ve never had a issue with gym etiquette. The owners seem to be regular gym goers and sometimes coach the classes so they are involved with the gym as much as possible. Only downside is the cost, which i to justify by it being more of a lifestyle purchase rather than a gym cost. If you live in the Kathleen/Perry Area I would check out this gym. They even have a free class you can go to which I did to see if you like it or not

One thing I’ve struggled with in the past 4 years has been motivation to get back in the gym. My health was not my priority. Things that kept me from stepping foot into a gym again were my own self doubt and lack of a motivating training partner at the gym. I used to go all the time. But I never truly felt like I was giving 110 percent on my own. I would cut corners, or settle for bare minimum. I came across the 6 week challenge at Full Tilt, decided to give it a go, and my life has changed immensely in those 6 weeks. No matter how exhausted or sore I am after a workout, I’ll always wake up counting down the minutes until I get to go to the gym again. Having the coaches keep me motivated, and always being treated like family has made the biggest impact on my own self doubt. Yeah, you’ll struggle the first few times. But with the push from the coaches, and the rest of the members at the gym, YOU can do ANYTHING at this gym. You WILL see results, and best of all, you WILL become part of the gym family.

I’ve never enjoyed going to the gym as much as I do now, and I’m going to continue on my journey. For anyone looking for a place to go that’s going to push you to your limits, but making sure you’re held accountable, don’t hesitate to step foot into this gym. You won’t regret it.

I joined Full Tilt as part of a 6 week weight loss challenge. I’ve had some health struggles with thyroid and autoimmune issues in recent years plus the typical pandemic weight gain in 2020. When the 6 week challenge kept showing up in my newsfeed on Facebook, I decided to meet with them and see what it was all about.

I committed and showed up consistently and the results speak for themselves. I met my weight loss goal around week 4!!!! I’ve been able to accomplish more weight loss in this 6 week period than I’ve had in YEARS! Following the nutrition plan was the absolute key and the workouts boosted those results. If you’re on the fence trying to decide if you should try Crossfit, try it…..try it here at Full Tilt! You will not be out of place or left behind as a beginner. The coaches will help you succeed….you just gotta show up! I love that every day there is a different workout and it is a combination of cardio, HIIT and strength training. You don’t have to spend hours here to get results….you are done in an hour. The workouts are efficient and effective….always challenging but doable. I definitely recommend Full Tilt Crossfit!

I didn't know what to expect. Most cross fit places I have visited before want you to come in already at a certain level and I have often felt left behind because I wasn't slinging massive amounts of weight around or able to do certain exercises. Full Tilt on the other hand, really fostered an environment where everyone felt welcome, included, and motivated to give 100% during the workout. The coaches took the time to explain the work outs and make it right for the individual so each person could get the most from each exercise.
The sense of community within this gym is truly great, as well. From the other newbies to the people who have been involved for years, Everyone I met (from before I even walked into the building) have been nice, non-judgmental and ready to make you healthier. By far, the best gym I have been to.
I am currently finishing up on my 6 week fitness program that is offered here and I cannot argue with the result I have seen. I was skeptical at first, but if you trust the process and the coaches, you will see results. Absolute recommend!

I never thought I would be apart of a gym... or CrossFit! I never thought that I would get excited to go workout, but I freaking love it! I used to see people doing the cool things with weights & think “I wish I could do that”.... now I get to do that & do it safely.
All of the coaches that I have met so far have been fantastic! This gym is for anyone of all skill levels. They take the time to modify things for you, they really cheer you on & push you. I have got to watch my body change in way I never imagined.
The atmosphere is one of the best ones I have ever been in. The very first time I walked into this gym I was scared, super uncomfortable & I remember asking myself “what did you do”. Now I walk into this gym & I feel nothing but confidence.
So, just go be uncomfortable for a day or two & then it’ll be one of the best decisions you’ve ever made.

I want to take a minute to give my gym a huge shout out. I’ve been a long time member but have been out for pretty much a year and a half due to several reason. That being said, when I came back, they made me feel at home. Not only that, but I could feel that I was missed. It’s great being back with my gym family. I am updating this review because I have never felt more a part of a team or group of people than I do every single time I step foot into Full Tilt! Every single person from the coaches to members are so supportive, always cheering others on, helping everyone with movements when you may be struggling a little. Even so far to send links to items you need to help your form! I stayed as a member after the 6 week challenge and I am so glad I did! Step foot into this gym for class and you will instantly find your people and feel at home! It's truly not as intimidating as I thought it would be all those months ago! It was and has been the exact opposite.

I really can't say enough good things about this gym! I did the 6 week challenge and they were there every step of the way. Not just the trainers but the members to. So much encouragement from everyone. The schedule of classes is great. Even the meal plan, tho hard to give up some things, works if following the workout as well. I'm glad I chose to do the challenge, met goals and continuing my journey with them! If you want a great workout with a great group of people come check them out! You won't regret it!

Updating this review for 6 months later. If it’s possible I love full tilt even more. My hubby has now joined and loving it and once our daughter is old enough, she’ll join too.

All the coaches work with you to make sure your form and execution of the movements are correct. The fun atmosphere makes you want to keep coming back for more! We have met some great friends , which as an adult is hard to do.

The only downside is all the new clothes you’re going to have to buy because you will trim up/lean out! I’ve only lost a minimal amount of weight but dropped from an 8/10 to a 4!!

I started a 6 week weight loss and fitness program with my wife. Derrick and his team set goals for us and helped with nutrition to meet those goals. As is often the case, I was hesitant around the new group of people but the coach's were great and eased the tension. It didn't take long before I felt like part of the family. They teach when I need it and push me to work harder when I need motivation. My 6 weeks are over and I am definitely going to continue to work with Full Tilt Crossfit to meet further goals.

Whew!!! They are some workout beasts! I'm a trucker, 5'8", and started at 258lbs🥴 so it was a very tortuous journey for me😂 but when I say they are the most patient, loving coaches EVER🥰 I ended the 6wk challenge weighing 242lbs & losing 7.5in in my waist alone!! Listen I can now run, breathe, & talk at the same time😂😂 The pain(oh yeah there will be pain) was worth the ending results💪🏿💪🏿

I just completed the 6 week program. And it's the best thing I have done for myself in a long time. I have struggled with my weight for years now. And the progress I have made here in just 6 weeks is amazing. I have more energy, more confidence, and I feel so strong now.
I never thought CrossFit would be something I would do or even could do. And thought I'll try it for 6 weeks to learn better eating habits and ways to workout. But this place is so much more than just CrossFit.They actually care. The support you get is phenomenal. I’ve never been able to get past the feeling of being judged, the constant weight of believing everyone around you is talking about how out of shape you are, how you just don’t belong there. I signed up for the six week program at Full Tilt not knowing whether or not I’d be willing to see it through. Let me just say this; the members of this gym are some of the most amazing people I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. The coaches make sure that every single person gets the attention they need during each workout to ensure that everyone feels challenged by what they’ve put forth but that you also feel safe and confident in your ability to complete even the hardest WODs. I was given a month and a half worth of meal plans and habit forming tips that helped me stay on track through the entirety of the program. During these past six weeks, I have successfully lost twenty pounds!! Not only have I met the goals that were set for me by Derrick and his team, I’ve also made some incredible friends and I’ve developed a respect for my body that will be hard to lose moving forward. For the first time in ten years, I am proud of the body that I’m in and I actually know how to treat it right.

I was a member of Full Tilt when it first opened over 8 years ago and loved it. Life got in the way and I stopped going. Fast forward to an ad I saw on Facebook for a 6 week challenge. I asked my daughter to do it with me and so glad we did. Although it's under new ownership, the atmosphere is still the same. I saw a FB post about a 6 week challenge after attempting to jump start my healthy lifestyle changes on my own. I didn't have anything to loose so I filled out the form. I have an endless amount of good things to say about MGA&W. I’ve always struggled with fitness. In the sense of staying motivated and sticking to a plan. I started working out at Full Tilt Cross Fit in August on one of their get fit/lose weight plans. I was apprehensive at first. My first day i was welcomed and people offered assistance and help along the way. After a week i was hooked, feeling better and losing the weight. I had an unexpected accident in early September which caused me to only be able to use one arm for most weight bearing activities. The coaches worked with me and encouraged me to continue working out. They changed the WOD exercises that i could not perform, to ones that i could, working the same muscles, when possible. I just finished up a 6 week challenge at Full-Tilt! And even though I fell just a few pounds short of my goal I don't feel like I completely failed. I made some pretty good progress. I've learned a lot and I feel better in general, and about myself. I'm extremely glad that I decided to do this.

I let my own insecurities keep me from signing up for crossfit for a few years actually. I was really curious about it, and just kept saying if I lost a little bit of weight and got a little bit more in shape then I would go sign up! But I never did, because I never lost the weight and because I thought that all of the "fit people" would look down on my sad pathetic self.

If you feel like that too, trust me when I tell you that
I DID N O T GET TREATED THAT WAY AT FULL TILT.

Some days were harder than others. Some workouts I couldn't finish, some I struggled to finish, and one time I was even able to keep going past the amt of reps we were supposed to do!

But on the days that I struggled the most, on the days I wanted to cry because I felt so pathetic, the other members somehow knew that I needed a pat on the back, or a fist bump and a simple "Great Job Today!!!"

The same people I was afraid would laugh at me, were there to lift me up, congratulate me on my small achievements, and encourage me to keep going.

I still feel a little down on myself when I can't do what everyone else is doing- but I'm sure I'll get caught up eventually.

I said this was about more than a 6 week challenge when I started, and even though its over I plan to continue my journey.

If you're not sure about starting yours, give Full Tilt a chance. There are some really great people here, and my only regret is waiting so long to meet them!

An amazing experience from the very beginning! The coaches are all great! They take the time to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. The workouts are well thought out and challenging. The members are very supportive of each other. I have been a member for over a year now and I have to say that I feel blessed to be a part of such an awesome Crossfit community!!

They have a large, clean facility with exceptional equipment, a kids playroom, and phenomenal coaches. The coaches coach to your individual fitness level to ensure you get a great workout. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and encouraging.
