I’ve been training with Leonard already for 1 year. My goal was actually to gain weight, improve my muscle tones and strength my core. And I even can’t explain how fast I started to achieve my results. I already satisfied how my body changed and how stronger and energized I became. Leonard adopt exercises for you and also advises with nutrition. Always positive and encouraging atmosphere! Highly recommend and I definitely keep training!

Leonard is great. He is caring, knowledgeable and will help you achieve your fitness goals if you're committed. He sends you meal plans, gives you pointers on additional workout if you're not in the studio with him and ensures you're fitness journey is complete. I would highly recommend him.

I’ve been working with Leonard over 6 months and he has helped me so much trying to stay ahead of my arthritis in both hips. Has worked hard at exercises that won’t aggravate my condition. If you are looking for a drill Sargent.... he’s not the guy. But someone dedicated with support and encouragement, you won’t find better. He is driven for your results more than the money!!! STRONGLY recommend!!

Super fun class for kids. My 8 and 5 year old really enjoy physical education in the playful fun environment that coach Leonard provides. A much more effective way to get kids to enjoy fitness than they are exposed to at their school!

Coach Leonard is very patient! I suffer from arthritis and he ensures my workouts are tailored to not agitate my arthritis, yet still making them highly effective. Highly recommended!!
