Being an athlete, I am always working out and playing soccer. As I aged I noticed I've had a back pain for years and am constantly getting injured. I tried many solutions from chiropractors, massages, and physical therapy.

I then learned a bit more about functional training and other alternatives through Hendrigo and I decided to do some sessions with him. These few sessions by far were the best investment I have ever made in solving my back pain and constant injuries. Hendrigo has given me many tools in these few sessions that I can use daily to help my improve the performance of my body and fix the back pain. As a side effect to using his methods, I have also noticed I have been sleeping better which has helped me have more energy and be more attentive throughout my day to day life.

I could not recommend Hendrigo more. His attention to detail is unrivaled when it comes to your goals. He will make sure to give you the right tools and guidance to help you get to where you want in a sustainable way while educating you on why you are doing the specific exercises.

I started working with Hendrigo 2 months ago, and am so grateful that he is my trainer! In this short amount of time, I’ve learned so much from his program and have already seen changes in my body. Initial sessions were online, and after progressing from the basics, moved to in-person. I appreciate Drigo’s depth of knowledge and attention to detail. The workouts are fun, challenging, and effective. He recently introduced me to the world of barbell lifting! I never thought that I would be someone who would be doing the Chest Press… and really enjoying it! Looking forward to what’s to come!

I retired about a year ago. My 1st priority was to improve my health and fitness as I progressed to my golden years. I was so blessed to find HMC fitness. Drigo custom tailored a program for me that worked on strengthening my core muscles to improve my balance as I walked, bent or went about my daily activities. As I did that, Drigo elevated my program to improve my strength and conditioning. He has a great understanding of anatomy and physiology and teaches my the whys of my program every day. Drigo is caring and compassionate and gets results in a respectful manner. Drigo has helped me improve my life through fitness.

I've been training with Hendrigo for the last several months and have noticed significant improvements in my strength, flexibility and endurance. I'm in my early 50's so Hendrigo designs the workouts, and guidance around nutrition, for my age and body type. He's a very patient trainer, as well as very thoughtful and very knowledgeable. Working with him one-on-one I'm able to ask a lot of questions — from what type of foods to eat after the workout, to what type of muscle groups are we working and why. He's also very good at setting goals with me, then he checks in on my progress every week. I've also been going back to the gym and just working on my cardio. Hendrigo gives me several exercises to just burn calories a couple times a week, but then that translates to my strength workouts with him, giving me an extra gear or two more during my weight training days. That too has been very helpful by rounding out my program, from strength, nutrition, caloric intake, and cardio with the goal to cycle this summer a little faster and a little farther — whether here in MA or the steep hills of VT. Hendrigo has been my trainer for a year and a half and his fitness knowledge and experience keep me coming back. I was new to strength training when we began, but his warmth, compassion and patience made me feel at home in the gym immediately. Training with Hendrigo has benefitted me in many ways such as gains in strength, confidence and mental clarity, while decreasing anxiety and stress. Though there are days when I don't feel like working out, I always go and I always leave feeling challenged, sweaty, stronger and energized. I've been active all my life, playing soccer and tennis competitively, skiing, running, hiking, and generally exploring the great outdoors. But when it came to the gym and working out, I always struggled to stay committed and as a result battled injuries frequently. I never tried a serious strength and conditioning program until I was introduced to Hendrigo. Now in my mid-40s, I've been training with Hendrigo for almost 2 years, and I am stronger and in better shape than I was in my 20's thanks to Hendrigo's client-centric program. He pays attention to details regarding my form during our strength and training sessions; he focuses on mobility which improves my flexibility and helps me avoid injury; he provides diet and nutritional guidance which helps me with recovery and increases my energy so I can keep up with my busy professional and family life (including keeping track of my 3 teenagers). He does an awesome job designing his workouts, varying them from session to session so I'm always challenged and never bored. He is a fantastic trainer and is always learning about new ways to help his clients be the best they can be.
