Our small group of three has been training with Angie for several months now, and I honestly don't know that there is anything else I could ask for from a personal trainer. She's passionate, she's dedicated, she's knowledgeable -- in short she's the total package. Her work outs push us to the brink, but she's always mindful not to push us too far. If we ever have a problem, she has multiple solutions, along with various ways we can implement her solutions that work for our different challenges and body types. Her foot and calf stretches, whoa, these also push our tolerance to the brink but omg what a relief they are, I didn't even know how locked up I was until she showed me. We look forward to our continued success and working with Angie for years to come.

Trina is the absolute best. She tailors your workout session so that everyday you are doing is something new/different. She is kinda like a life coach, too, which helps for the emotional eaters. The space is intimate and you definitely get her undivided attention. The pricing is fair and if you eat right you will see the results.

After interviewing several personal trainers, Trina stood out by far! What I love about her is that she asked what MY goals and timeline were...and then created a plan to achieve those goals. She didn't rush me or pressure me. And for the record, I've exceeded my goals so far! I have an old knee injury that is limiting, and Trina modified exercises for me that didn't cause any pain or injury. She knows her stuff! During workouts, she is fun and motivating. Every workout was different so I didn't get bored and my body got varied exercises. She's helped me with nutrition goals as well, and is very knowledgeable with meal planning. Not only have I lost weight, but I am getting stronger and that's so important. Thank you Trina!!

I have been working with Trina for 4.5 months, and before never would have dreamed of doing anything like that. Starting with the phone conversation, through the assessment and further into working on my goals, she made me feel at ease, instilled confidence in myself and has been challenging me ever since. Trina's workouts are tailored to one's specific needs and goals. She knows to push me just enough to make me work on a change in my life style, nutrition and behaviors. She checks in with me when I need her to hold me accountable. There is education when I need it, humor, support and so much more. Trina has amazed me with her ability to know who I am and what I need, and sometimes her comments open a door to what I was not aware of in myself. At this point I have achieved 1/3 of my goal in regards to weight loss, feel stronger and improved at endurance. Twice a week 30 minutes work outs can do magic, who would have known? I am grateful for this gift of Trina in my life.

Trina is nothing short of amazing! I was nervous about working with a personal trainer at first, but she makes you feel so comfortable. She is extremely knowledgable and really takes her time with you to make sure you are on track to meet your goals (both in her gym and outside). I started seeing Trina to lose weight for my wedding. I lost over 30 pounds in 7 months. Every workout is different and challenging. The best part is Trina genuinely believes in you and pushes you to do and be better. If you need that extra push and guidance, I highly recommend Trina and the other trainers at her facility. They are all wonderful! You can't go wrong.

At 55, I was tired of being fluffy, tired of being tired! I saw the results my coworker was getting from working with Trina, so, being the heaviest I've ever been-- I signed up. After only a month I've lost 7 lbs, lost a few inches in my waist, GAINED a pound of muscle and GAINED confidence. The workouts are challenging but honestly, the time flies by. When I decided to accompany my sister-in-law to work out with her at Giddy Up Personal Training facility, I never intended to join. However, I had so much fun! I had not worked out in years, but I actually enjoyed it. Now, I look forward to our twice- a-week workouts. We never repeat the same workout routine, so that makes it even more enjoyable. Trina ensures that we do the exercises correctly. I always tell her that she dreams up new ways for us to exercise. The environment is always clean, comfortable, and we always have a lively workout session. Trina has motivated me to set goals and to surpass them. My personal trainer is the best, and I feel great!

I have had an amazing experience with Trina! I have to admit I am very busy and struggle to find time to work out. Trina keeps me accountable. Ensuring that I schedule my work outs and keep them. I have felt better in a short time considering I've been out of shape for several years. She has also helped me to keep track of the nutritional aspects of getting in shape. Me and my coworkers have been working out with Trina at Giddy Up for about 6 weeks now and love it! Not only do we enjoy the workouts that are personally catered to each of us, but the fun atmosphere,and how much motivating Trina is. The place catered only for women, so you don't need to feel self conscious about anything. Seeing RESULTS are what keep us coming back! Would really recommend it..
