I am saddened that I was only able to make it to the gym during normal business hours on my short stay in Columbus. Definitely felt at home seeing at it's a professional powerlifting/body building gym. They had so much equipment in a small footprint but placed strategically so it wasn't a nuisance to get around. I would highly recommend if you're not afraid of black walls and metal music. I'm sad I won't be in Columbus ever again.

Served in the military over 20 years deployed everywhere and this is the only gym I will ever go to for the reason I feel safe. Not only is the wellbeing of every member an objective of the owner but their SAFETY is a number one priority of the owner Ms. Sheila Taylor. I love the fact that the owner makes sure all members use there FOB keys even after hours to ensure there are no potential risk. There are many gyms that don’t keep up with security or that non members come to their gym but Gods of Iron Pro Gym makes sure that only members have access to the gym which makes me feel safe even when I come late at night or early morning. I have never met any owner of any gym during my travels around the world that have had as much dedication as Ms. Shelia Taylor does. She is professional and kind to everyone and makes sure all follow rules and regulations that govern the gym. Her staff is always kind and courteous. The staff always cleans and sanitizes gym daily. This is the only gym I recommend to all my battle buddies. If you want to come to a professional gym that has no drama or fights this is the only gym to go to. Keep up the good work Ms. Shelia!

I found this gym in January 2024 after signing up for Crunch and THANKFULLY within 24 hours i was able to cancel my membership to crunch because of finding Gods of Iron Pro Gym. I was so close to missing out on this gym! Gods is by far the best gym I have ever been to and i’ve been to hundreds of facilities within and outside of military bases and cities. The community is amazing. The privacy is UNBEATEN. I’ve successfully completed my fitness journeys here with hard work, motivation, and peace because of the environment. The ambience is just something I never want to leave. I always encourage anyone to get their membership here if they are serious about themselves and their fitness. Review Update: GOI has been operating since 2017, and I have been a member since day 1! There are so many reasons why GOI is the only gym I attend, but the main one is the people. GOI people are more than members, they are family. They are there to cheer you on and to keep you accountable when you are “slacking”. Sheila, the owner, is working hard every day to bring new upgrades to the gym. New equipment, tanning, red light therapy, and cool apparel are some of her newest additions. Sheila has transformed GOI to a place of “Iron Therapy” where you can shed the problems of the day and concentrate on being a better YOU! After being a member for over 3 years, competing in a show as a GOI athlete, and watching this facility evolve, I think it's time to update my review. God's is easily the premier gym in Columbus for serious, no-nonsense athletes who want a genuine community interested in your success. Shelia, the owner, has completely changed the climate of the space and this is easily the best that GOI has ever been. She's actively pumping out new apparel, making facility upgrades with tanning and red light therapy machines, and updating the space with new Arsenal equipment as well. She's also been an amazing personal trainer and coach to me personally, this is my home gym regardless of wherever life may take me next.

Absolutely amazing facility. Bought two 5 day punch passes so I could go while I was visiting Columbus. After those ten days were up I could definitely say I wish I lived closer so I could make it my home gym. The owners and members of this gym are always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The gym merch is also very cool and i didn't feel badly about snagging a zip up on my last day. The gym is always clean, and is never really overly crowded, even during peak hours. Genuinely look forward to buying a membership when I move to the area.

There is no other gym like this one in this area. They equipment is new and nice, they place is cleaned all the time. If there is an issue with a piece of equipment they fix it immediately. They have really made this place perfect for any kind of workout.

Quite literally the best gym in Columbus area. I went to GOI for two years and I never saw one piece of equipment out for maintenance, the staff was always cleaning and vacuuming the gym so highly recommend if you’re looking for a hygienic gym.

If you want to be surrounded by professionals, motivated fitness enthusiasts, and a hardcore gym culture, this is the gym for you. Will come back to this gym once back in the Columbus area.

I have been to several gyms in my lifetime and by far this is the best one. A judgement free zone, friendly staff, nice free weight equipment, beginner friendly, amazing trainers and a very secure zone.

I am here because my husband is stationed in fort Benning but I won’t lie when I say I’m dreading next year when we are moving to another state and I’ll have to leave this gym and once again find a good place to workout.

Came here while visiting Georgia and this is by far one of the best gyms I’ve ever been too! Staff was super friendly and helpful. The facility is always clean and they have all the equipment you could need for bodybuilding/powerlifting/strongman. If you are ever in Columbus this gym is a must.

I've been going to this gym since they opened. I love the atmosphere. It has a "small town feel" to it. The members and staff are like family. Between the membership, equipment, hours of operation (24/7), cleanliness, trainers and staff, you honestly couldn't ask for a better gym to go to.

I can not say enough about this place! It is the cleanest, most well kept, friendliest, best gym in town! Sheila and Adam go out of their way to communicate with all their members. They go above and beyond cleaning and keeping the gym safe. They have added extra measures that I assure you no other gym town does to keep its members healthy and safe during this time.
