We've been going here weekly since June and my son loves it! I've seen so much improvement over the past 5 months! He just leveled up to Glider 2 and we're so sorry to be switching instructors. Patrick was amazing and had so much patience, hands down I'd recommend him to anyone, especially someone with an energetic little boy!

MJ is an outstanding swim instructor! His patience, professionalism, and passion for teaching truly stand out. They are so accommodating. I had a baby and was unable to attend classes as regularly due to his birth. I canceled often due to my son getting sick from school too, they had made it such an easy experience. I will be enrolling my 9 year old again, once baby is a bit older. FYI my son only attended about 8 classes and became a confident swimmer in that short period of time due to his instructor, Declan, as well as the environment that Goldfish swim school provides- its literally like you are family! ❤️

My daughter is very afraid of the water and just turned 3. We even have our own pool but wanted to get some lessons to keep her used to it during the fall/winter. We tried to get through the first class but she was screaming and crying, clawing her way out of the water, another kid was literally jumping off the poolside and wouldn’t stay seated. The very young “instructor” couldn’t handle it and I was having to keep my daughter in place while a lifeguard came over to help with the other child. I tried to see if they would let me just change to doing mommy and me classes but she is over the “35 months”. Although she clearly had a difficult time and has sensory issues they wouldn’t accommodate and tried to convince me that it’s normal and she will get used to it. That’s not the type of training I was looking for nor what is indicated on their website. If your child is 100% comfortable on their own in the pool this might be the place for you.

I truly love Goldfish Swim School! Our swim instructor, Christina, has been absolutely amazing. She helped my son feel so comfortable in the water from day one. He started out not knowing how to swim at all, and today he was able to confidently swim on his own! The progress he’s made has been incredible, and it’s all thanks to, goldfish swim and its instructor for their patience, encouragement, and expertise. We are so grateful for them all and for the supportive environment Goldfish provides. Highly recommend!

My daughter is 1 going on 2 and has been here a couple of times. Today Aiden was our instructor and my daughter soared!! She loved his energy (as did I) and she was smiling, laughing and partaking in every new task! I wish I could have him teach the class every time because he was exceptional-any steps above excellence. Thank you Aiden for your kind spirit, enthusiasm and excitement during Zoey’s class. My family and I have overall had a really good experience here at Goldfish! My son is in the Mini 1 class and he absolutely loves it. Facility is clean, and the pool is as well! Changing rooms are clean for the most part, however the bathrooms could use some attention.

Only giving 4 stars though, the staff at the desk are less than welcoming and don't make it a point to greet anyone who comes in. I went to buy a shirt for my son today and the young lady behind the desk couldn't even be bothered to sit up instead of lounging in the chair when she spoke to me. She didn't come off very friendly either. Disappointing after investing so much money every month.

As a former Swim Instructor and Deck Supervisor (left for personal reasons) I can say that this was an amazing facility whose main goal is safety and fun. What more could you want for your child?! From the time you walk in until you leave you are surrounded by smiles and caring staff. As far as safety goes, we have multiple Ellis & Associate Lifegaurds in and out of the water. As well as multiple eyes on them outside of the pool and you get a clear view of your child through a giant glass window. There is a wall on the back side with all of our core values that the staff genuinely tries to uphold. We celebrate everything and even have ribbons and small swim related games before they leave. You’ll always get updates every sessions so you know exactly how your child is improving every day. The best part is are curriculum is designed for cognitive growth! We learned so much of the science in training. If you believe nothing I say then check out the science yourself on the site. Long story short, if you’re looking for a year round, developmentally sound activity for your child this is it. Please remember the earth is 70% water. We love this facility! We’ve tried multiple other swim lessons for our kids that weren’t a good fit. The small class sizes, great coaches, warm pool and kid-friendly environment has made our kids’ experience very successful. It’s pricey, but we feel like the price is justified for what you get. We’ve seen a lot of progress in 6 weeks and our first summer public pool experience was much more positive this year after these lessons.

My 5 year old started Goldfish school and we couldn’t be prouder of his progress. After just a few classes, he went from barely doing nose bubbles to doing doggy paddling and learning the safety skills of floating on his back. His coach encouraged and pushed him to be more confident in the water. We just ADORE her!!! All of the coaches and front office staff are amazing and super friendly! Would recommend GOLDFISH SWIM SCHOOL for anyone who’s looking to learn how to swim & to learn more about swim safety.

My daughter has been in swim lessons since she was three months old. First at British swim school now at Goldfish swim. I do like the curriculum a British school a bit more. I feel like I could see the progress she was making. Goldfish swim is a lovely facility and I love that the pool is heated, there are changing rooms, swim suit dryers and a nice seating area for families. Overall it’s been a pretty good experience, and I’m hoping that as time goes on my daughter continues to make progress.

We absolutely love this school so much!!! I’m so happy to finally have a location near. Before my daughter attended but it was in John’s creek and it was quite a drive. This school has absolutely all the resources to help your child be successful and safe in swimming. I love every single detail. The teacher are immaculate to the point that my daughter has progressed quickly towards a higher level in swimming. I am so grateful for the manager Tara for being so supportive, kind, and caring. Her teacher- Andrej Is amazing! He is so gentle with her, patient and she has so much fun learning with him. Thank you so much for this school for being the bestest in the state- dare I say country.
Perks- inside the pool “lobby” itself is warm as well as the water. There’s many showers with warm water. A life guard. Many amazing teachers. Changing hubs. Bathrooms. An area with hair dryers. A small store with needed items like swimsuits, goggles, swim caps and more! A snack shop. Even a play area for your other kiddos!!!

My 2yr old was scared of water. 1st 2 classes she would scream her lungs out but the instructors were encouraging us to make her feel comfortable and taught us tricks to soothe her in water. After 3rd time which was movie time+swim (MOANA & Pizza), she now screams to spend more time in water lol.. love the people working here.. huge huge thumbs up!!!

I really don’t think words can express how grateful I am for goldfishswim school of Hamilton Mill. I’m a mom of 2 boys ages 2 and 5 and my 5 year old is autistic with sensory processing issues. I was a nervous wreck signing him up for classes. Having a child on a spectrum in this world can be really hard. A lot of people dismiss you and turn you away because they don’t want to “deal” with accommodations . There are a few angels at gold fish that not only welcomed us but catered to us in a way that brought us me to tears. John, Tara, and I believe her name was Alesse . These people took my 5 year old worked with him and came up with a plan for my family to get my kids swimming at their pace and comfortability. They were kind, human, and, just amazing. They are more than a swim school. They really care about kids and families! Thank you guys so much.

My three children have been taking swim lessons for about a month now and are absolutely in love with it. Everyone from the front desk to the instructors make everyone feel comfortable and at home. My 10 year old is with Ty and has gained so much confidence from all the encouragement they give him. My younger two are with Grace and we love her! She does an amazing job multitasking with the four children in the class while ensuring that each child gets the attention needed for each lesson. She is very patient when children are fussy or not wanting to complete the tasks.

Destiny at Goldfish Swim School is absolutely amazing! She is Ace’s swim instructor, and we couldn’t be happier with her. She is always so pleasant, patient, and dedicated to giving each child the one-on-one attention they need. You can tell she genuinely cares about her students and their progress. This swim school is amazing! My 7 month old loves her classes with her daddy by her side. The negative comment/review from another person seems bogus to me. They are not understaffed by any means and there is a correct amount of instructors per age group. If someone wants more “one on one time”, then they offer solo sessions for a different price. So I’d ignore the ONE negative review that was left. The facility is beyond clean and they offer anything your little one could need (swim diapers, swimsuits, healthy snacks for after swimming, goggles, etc)

We are very pleased with this place and will continue to come here with our little one for as long as needed!!

We’ve had two classes at the new Goldfish swim school off Hamilton Mill and Braselton Highway. We are SO impressed. Unbelievably professional and clean. There is one instructor per two-three kids, additional lifeguards surrounding the pool. They have lessons well planned for my son's age level and ability. They have changing rooms, showers, hair dryers, swim suit dryers, and everything! I also left a message before we started classes and they were very quick to respond to my inquiry through text and phone call.

Had our first swim lesson for our 3 year old today! I was unbelievably surprised at how it went. The instructors were patient, understanding and very kind to all the swimmers! I didn’t actually feel the water however the pool area was keep warm so the kids were comfortable getting in and out of the pool. The facility is very clean and organized. They have a small shop if you need anything. Very nice changing rooms and Blow-dry area. Also a machine that spins most the water out of swimsuits once changed.
