I have been practicing Yoga with Hope for over 14yrs, I was a novice when I started, and she has been the most amazing mentor throughout this time. Last yr I broke my wrist, and she has patiently seen me thru tough times. Her knowledge and encouragement are priceless.

I got so much clarity out of my coaching sessions with Hope after being diagnosed with breast cancer. She helped me navigate the overwhelming maze of treatment decisions and find the path that was best for me and my personal health, both mentally and physically. 1 year after being diagnosed and a few months out of treatment I can say that I feel better than I have in a very long time and feel equipped to continue to make the right decisions for myself in the future.

I started working with Hope in October 2022 and my last meeting with her was in July 2023. I've waited a few months to leave a review of my experience because I wanted the time to pause, to consider my time with her, to leave a comment not just on how I grew with Hope, but on the growth I was looking to continue when I left.
My time with Hope was well spent. She was a neutral voice, interested only in my well-being, in hearing my voice, in supporting my vision, and helping me find the strength to heal. It's important to find that voice and I'm not sure it's possible in our everyday lives. Our kids, spouses, friends, parents, etc., all have things they need and want from us, even when they are supportive and wonderful people.
I learned to pause with Hope and to allow space for my feelings. I learned not to judge them, to just accept them, and in doing so, not to react with them. With the people in my life I was able to feel, pause, and decide how I wanted to be, to react. I became a much better mother, daughter, and spouse.
When I left Hope, I felt secure in my growth. I felt less anxious, but the journey continues. In fact it was just today that I realized that it's not just important to pause before reacting to others, it's important to pause before reacting to ourselves. That anxiety, where every feeling feels so big, or scary, or uncertain, I now know that I can pause and not react. Sit in it, consider it, and just accept it.
Hope helped me to get to a far better place than I was in when I first reached out to her. And I see and feel myself continuing to grow even now, and I know (because I can still hear her voice) that she helped to put me on this path.

I am currently taking an adaptive chair yoga class at a Senior Living Facility. Hope is our teacher. She is professional, knowledgeable about how to lead a group of Seniors, and I, personally, feel more healthy and energetic since starting her class.
Hope has a delightful personality, and I think I can speak for the entire group when I say how fortunate we are to have her as our teacher.

Hope is an amazing yoga teacher. In the 9 months I have been attending her yoga class, I have grown stronger and more confident because of her attentive and flexible guidance. Hope's instruction is clear and easy to follow for yoga beginners while also offering challenges as participants gain more experience. Because of Hope, yoga has become an essential part of my daily wellness routine.

I decided to work with Hope as my health coach because of her passion for supporting others in healing and achieving their goals.
She helped me find my strengths and always supported me while pushing me at the right moments.
We built a relationship of safety and trust.
Feeling understood and supported helped me make positive changes toward myself and my healing. Hope helped me feel like I could do the things I wanted to, even though I didn't think I could.
She helped me to see and understand my reactions and behaviors. She helped me to understand what was truly important to me.
Hope helped me "reframe" harmful internal thoughts into a much kinder voice rather than one of shame and guilt.
With this knowledge and Hope's support and guidance, we would chart a specific course each week to move me toward my goals. And that is just what happened!
My time with Hope has been a catalyst for a more positive self-image and overall improvement in my quality of life, health, and well-being. I have gained strength and resilience both mentally and physically.
My belief in myself and my ability to handle life's hurdles with more grace has exponentially improved, and so have my relationships with others. I have achieved my initial goals, and I am now making new ones and looking forward to achieving those as well!
My experience has been outstanding. Finally, I have gotten what I have been looking for for a long time!
Health coaching with Hope has been life-changing.
I would recommend Hope to anyone serious about change!

I had wanted to take Hopeβs yoga class for those with MS ever since she started offering it a few years ago, but was never able to due to my work schedule. After my schedule changed recently, I jumped at the chance. Aside from the (unbelievable!!) fact that the classes are free, I was curious what they would be like and how they compared to other yoga classes I have taken. I happened to hear Hope speak at an MS event a few years back and was impressed by her openness about her own personal health journey and how she persevered. I liked that she believed in a holistic approach to health and the mind-body connection. She also just seemed so nice! I thought with all this, the classes just have to be good. And now that I have experienced some, I can for sure say that they are!! Itβs evident that Hope is a very experienced yoga practitioner, however, she designs each class based on the desires and needs of the students in attendance. Her instruction is always to do only what feels comfortable and modify if necessary. The stretches feel wonderful and each time I have left with a sense of peace and calm.
Like Hope herself, the setting is very welcoming. She also provides the mats and blankets, etc., so you donβt have to. This truly is a rare find and I would encourage anyone who can make the time to get your doctor to sign the paperwork and give Hopeβs classes a try. Not only is it a peaceful oasis once a week, you will learn techniques you can use at home every day. Thank you Hope for this generous offering to the MS community.

Hope, yesterdayβs class was the best yoga class that Iβve taken! All of the stretching throughout our bodies was amazing! I left your class feeling refreshed and energized and I can honestly say that is rare for when Iβve attended more βstandardβ yoga classes. I and other ladies in the class firmly believed that you knew exactly what we needed! Thank you!

Hope's class is awesome. She is not only a great yoga teacher but is also a very wise woman who is expertly able to share her wisdom and caring as we proceed through the yoga movements. I always leave her class not only feeling like I did something good for my body but also that I did something positive for my mind and my soul.

The first time I met Hope she gave me a hug and I felt her warm spirit. That was 5 years ago and I continue to practice with Hope because she has a way of using verbal imagery to explain the poses. That was helpful to me. Her teaching style is great for all types of learners. She demonstrates beautifully and also she comes around and gently assists. Both newcomers and veterans love that! You get a sense that is more than just a class. She inspires you to get into the lifestyle of gratitude and openness

Hope is caring, supportive, energetic, and full of light. Her yoga classes are beautiful as well as her spirit. Hope will ensure that you are getting the information and techniques that you need in her classes. She will also go further to give you little nuggets of knowledge that you'll remember forever. Her Sedona Retreat was incredible and life changing for me!! I plan to go again next year! Treat yourself and join a class with Hope; your spirit will thank you ππππΎποΈβ€οΈ

I had the privilege of meeting Hope at an event for patients with lymphedema, a disease very common among cancer patients. Since then, we've had the opportunity to attend other events together, where I have heard Hope speak and share her story, her passion for yoga, and I have also been privileged to have Hope as a yoga instructor. Her passion for what she does is so very evident. Hope provides a no-pressure but highly effective session by using her depth of understanding of restorative yoga techniques. I have been so impressed by my interactions with her over this past year, that I've begun private lessons with her. I highly recommend Hope and Hope's Yoga!!!

I recently returned from Hope's retreat in Sedona, Arizona. It was amazing and transformative! The venue was such a perfect choice (a little slice of heaven), and the food prepared by our personal chef was incredibly delicious. With awesome yoga and meditation practices (one with a magnificent sunrise and another with an incredible sunset view plus freshly made dessert and coffee), hiking in the famous Sedona vortexes, and a luxurious private creek side massage, Hope provided a total program designed to dive deep within. I made a decision to go by myself, and I left with a whole new set of friends! It was the ULIMATE experience. I returned home feeling renewed, inspired, and ready to take on life with a fresh perspective. This trip should definitely be on everyone's bucket list!
I have also attended Hope's classes in Atlanta for the past 6 years, and if you are in the area, I highly recommend Hope as she is great at meeting you where you are in your yoga journey with compassion and with lots of options for your practice. She truly embodies her name and inspires hope in all!

Hope is a wonderful Yoga teacher that has the unique ability to connect with people from all walks of life! Her depth of experience and training makes her a great fit for someone wanting to try Yoga for the first time, or the advanced student who wants to take their Yoga practice to the next level. Hope is also trained to work with special populations such as people with Multiple Sclerosis and other chronic illnesses. I highly recommend her!

My neurologist, Dr. Ben Thrower, has partnered with the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation to provide MS patients with a no cost opportunity to practice healing yoga. I am thrilled to have met Hope Knosher of Hope's Yoga in John's Creek, GA where she helps MS'ers rise above their disability and learn restorative yoga techniques to increase mobility through gentle movements and achieve mental awareness on how to direct our own minds ability to heal. I have recently joined the class but in just 3 sessions, I have been able to unclamp my "claw" toes which directly helps me to walk better. I look forward to continuing to practice yoga with Hope and unlock even more healing to the damage that has been done by Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis.

I love practicing yoga under Hope's caring guidance. She keeps me engaged and interested in what's next with just the right amount of physical challenge. She teaches yogic concepts at many levels, letting me take what I need from it. My husband, his sister and I attended Hope's retreat in Sedona last month and had a wonderful time going deeper into our yoga practices and were challenged on the mat as well as off it exploring the beautiful canyons in Sedona. I climbed higher than I ever would have imagined I could and was rewarded with spectacular views of nature and a lasting sense of calmness and peace.

Hope is a wonderful instructor and her warmth as a person shines through in her practice/teaching. I have been attending her classes for a few months now and always feel a sense of peace and rejuvenation after her practices. She is very good at helping you as an individual achieve your best while leading the larger group to enjoy the experience. I balance her yoga sessions with more aggressive cardio/weight workouts and find them to be the perfect complement to relax and restore my body and mind!

Hope is one of the most gifted yoga instructors I have met.
She guides her students through each yoga session and seems to find exactly what one needs that day. For me personally doing yoga is to become and stay grounded, to reduce stress, stay flexible and maintain the peace of mind. Her teaching goes way beyond yoga instructions, it transforms one's life. What a gift to have her in our community. Namaste Hope!

I was fortunate enough to find Hope while researching programs for young breast cancer survivors. She was so gracious and helpful on the phone that I couldn't wait to take one of her classes. Each time I've attended class, whether it is in her home studio or at large events, I leave feeling so refreshed with a grateful heart. Hope is so helpful to those new to the practice and she is very soothing and calming. I really enjoy attending Hope's Yoga and would recommend it to beginners as well as intermediate and advanced yogis.

I love Hope's Yoga. I have participated in three events with Hope and they were all amazing. Hope is always organized and ready to go. Hope's Yoga provided me with the opportunity to begin a yoga practice in a comfortable, supportive and peaceful environment. Hope is patient, kind, and skilled with students at all levels. There is no pressure to contort, sweat or keep up with the rest of the class. Her classes and the atmosphere of love, light, and acceptance that she creates are just what I need to feel more supple in mind and body. I leave ready to take on whatever the week deals out to me.
