Have been to a couple birthday parties here (for a 6 year old and 7 year old) and both parties were a success. The coaches do a nice job organizing the kids, keeping them safe, and coordinating a couple sports games of their choice. (Soccer, basketball, flag football, dodge ball etc.)

Plus they serve the pizza, serve the cake and handle cleanup. It’s a quick, easy birthday party for the adults and the kids all get great exercise and sleep well after.

Hosted our twin 9 year olds birthday party at Hi Five yesterday and it was a great time!! The owner runs the party and keeps the kids engaged; they played dodgeball (even had a round of dads vs kids), and flag football. Coach engages with all kids and keeps them going.

For parties they say to bring the kids and disposables and they take care of the rest. Great staff, very clean. Definitely recommend and will do again!

I had my son's 5th birthday party here and I can honestly say that it was the BEST birthday party! All of his friends have consistently mentioned how cool his birthday party was and they all now want to have their parties at Hi-Five. We had a great experience with Hi-Five Sports Zone at North Point Mall. The party was for our son's 5th birthday and they did so well organizing the sequence of the party. The focused on the small details to make it a stress free experience for the parents (cleaning up a spill before my wife and I could jump in to help, shifting from play to snack time/cake etc. and having a large cart to get presents to the car). You can tell they have thought through all the friction points to make it a seamless experience. They were thoughtful with the kids (remembered and called all the kids they just met by their first names, providing encouragement and also ensuring safety). Thank you for making it a great party!

I highly recommend this place for parties and sports. We hosted my son’s 10th Birthday party there this past weekend on April 13 at the 4:30 pm slot and the service was top notch. They pampered us from the beginning of the party till the end. The owners were so patient with our super large party. They catered to our every need. We felt so special. Went in with my son to kill time before a movie. Staff is friendly, the place itself laid out nicely allowing for a lot of different groups to be in at the same time. While we were there 1 group was playing dodge ball, another group was playing tag and a young lady was being trained by one of the coaches in another corner and my son and I were still able to play basketball in our corner uninterrupted. Definitely worth stopping by if you have kids, helps break up the monotony of just walking around the mall.

My son attended a camp here and it is disappointing when your child comes home and says this was the worst camp ever. Mom you wasted your money and my day. Counselors were on their phone the entire time and all we did was do what what we wanted to. That’s not a camp. Don’t waste your money and upset your kids during the holidays

This place is amazing.We celebrated our Son's 5th bday here and the coaches and crew were really great. The kids had a blast with the organized games and the crew went out of their way to make sure we didn't have to do anything. From setting up the food tables, decor to taking pictures, serving food , handing out goodie bags and packing up everything and loading in the car they did it all. Highly recommend this place for an event.

Do not hesitate to book this place for your next birthday party! The crew is awesome and SO energetic!! My kids had the best time and the birthday boy was thrilled. I have my boys enrolled in camp and have tried to contact this location multiple times, as well as the corporate location. No one has responded to me, and I am asked to leave a message when I call. When we enrolled, the location was at a local elementary school vs. it’s normal location at an old mall. They changed the location (2 weeks prior to camp) back to the mall. There was a shooting at this mall two nights ago, and I (along with others enrolled) have tried to reach out and cancel our registration since hearing about this incident. Again, no one has responded to us.

Thank you for your response to this review. However, camp begins on Monday. It is 7PM on Friday. We reached out yesterday and followed up a couple of times today with no response. That is why I decided to try and get a response via a Google review. We appreciate your timely response to this review and would kindly ask for some response to our initial request before camp begins in a few days.

An incredible experience. The coaches and staff were very helpful, polite and accommodating (even had activities for our special needs family member). My son and his friends had the best time, the parents were on their phones at the party trying to book their kids party there too. At school today, that's all the boys talked about and my son is on top of the world. The coaches were not only great with those kids but helped us unload the car, setup EVERYTHING, get all kids playing, clean up and loaded our car back up. We just had to get our kid there and order some pizza. 100% worth every penny.

We just did our twins party for the second year in a row. They are amazing. The kids love it. The owners are so nice and take care of all details. They ensure the place is setup up, the kids love the coaches. I had my son’s 4th birthday party here today. The staff at Hi-Five exceeded my expectations for a birthday party. Staff was incredibly engaging and accommodating. My son, who is usually shy, left crying because he didn’t want to leave 😂.

We had kids attend that were all different ages (ages 2-11) and all of them had something to do and play. No one was bored.

Additionally, the staff did everything so all we had to do was sit back and relax while the kids had fun. The least amount of stress I have ever had for a birthday party. They set up, played with the kids, served food, and cleaned up.

I am honestly considering booking again for next year. I would absolutely recommend Hi Five. So glad we found this place!

I couldn't give this team enough stars. They were the most helpful party venue we've ever had. A great team working with the kids and also helping us. I kid you not I did nothing... besides soak up my kid smiling and having fun. Every parent who attended kept complimenting HiFive sports zone for what great service they had. We booked a birthday party for our 8yo here and she had an amazing time. The owner was extremely helpful and communicative, and once we got there they literally took care of everything. I absolutely love Hi five and their staff. My 2 little ones, 5 & 6 years old, also love coming here. My kids have been taking their multi sport program since the gym opened I believe a little over a year ago. The kids got to know different sports and we’ve learned their strength’s and what sports they want to pursue. They also made great friends at their multi sport class!

My kids and my family have created a bond and trust with Coach Bree & Coach Duane and of course their daughter London. This is a beautiful family owned center where they really make sure your children are having a blast letting out energy and growing a love for sports!

We loved it so much the kids also did summer camp, and will continue to do after school at this facility. I can’t say how good it feels to know my kids are in good hands and excited to always be at Hi five gym. We appreciate you guys!

I recently took my son to a Birthday party at this venue and was so impressed. It was the perfect venue for my 11 year old son and his friends as they played soccer, bball, flag football, and dodgeball! What made it even better were the employees. We had my sons birthday party at Hi-Five sports and the total party felt so rushed. The owner while booking the party initially said that we could pick 2 sports that would be played between our guests but to my surprise when the actual game started they included their own kids and their friends who are lot older than my son and his friends and were little rough. And when I complained about it they immediately gave a break and sent the kids to eat. Also they said that they’d let the birthday boy pick his team but instead they let their own kids (who were not even welcome to play) pick the teams- ending up with the birthday boy and his team getting hurt or losing every time.

Our guests did not even have time to finish their food, though being the last party of the day they couldn’t even wait for 10 more mins to finish the food that was in our plates. The whole party place also got so crowded that we didn’t even have enough space to open the food we bought. Also before the party we inquired about the paper products couple of times to make sure we will have enough for our guests(parents and kids) and every time they said they would be providing them, but when the actual party started they said they are out of plates!
We did so many of my kids birthday parties outside our home but this was the worst experience we ever had. The only plus side of the party was the 30 min playtime they got. I would not recommend birthday parties here. I am surprised that this place has these good reviews to start with!!!! Please avoid. I would give 0 stars if I could.

What a fun time! My kids absolutely love this place! Duane and his entire family make hanging out in the mall the best time ever. He plays with and coaches the kids, and really takes an interest in their talents. He even allowed my son to practice wheelchair basketball on the open court to help him with his free throws. My 3 year old son & I had been shopping at North Point Mall and as we were walking out to leave the mall, we spotted Hi-Five Sports Zone. What caught our attention was the many basketball courts and other kids running around playing so we decided to stop by and check it out. The establishment was clean and the owners were extremely inviting, friendly and professional. Hi-Five Sports Zone has activities for children of all ages. My son played basketball, threw balls back and forth with the owners, played with the other kids and jumped in the bounce house. My son had a fantastic time and did not want to leave and I enjoyed myself watching him light up with a huge smile while playing. We will definitely continue to support this business. I highly recommend anyone with children, nieces and nephews or etc to visit this establishment rather you are in the mall and need to sit and take a break for a few while your children exhaust themselves or if you are interested in enrolling your children into sports programs as they also offer summer camps and youth sports programs.
