Whether you’re just starting out, getting back in to working out or are marathon ready this gym is for everyone. Upbeat workouts keep you pushing towards your goals. Coaches lead the workout and genuinely care about your safety and success. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

This gym and Jennifer are amazing! I have never been a "gym person," but decided to give this a try when they opened. I LOVE IT! The workouts are varied, efficient, and challenging, and Jennifer is skilled at adapting different exercises to the abilities and strength of the participants. Being new to all of this, and not being a spring chicken, I need lots of help and adaptations. Jennifer makes sure I am safe, and we are all having a great time. Everyone is friendly and helpful - I cannot imagine a better place for either the experienced or newbie exerciser. Best decision I ever made to give this a try!!

I started coming here in late April 2025 and have seen such progress in the almost 6 months of being a member here. I am a breast cancer survivor and treatment left me so weak. Having never done this type of strength training before, I have learned more about hiit training than before! Attending here 1, 2, 3 times/ week has improved my strength tremendously. Love it here, the members and especially Jen! Couldn't do it without you

I have been going to this gym for a few months now and can say it has easily become one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. Jen (and other coaches) are awesome! They are very knowledgeable and friendly, making you feel supported and welcome whether you are a beginner or experienced gym goer. The facility stays perfectly clean and organized. The group workouts are fun, effective, and challenging. I love this gym for its positive and encouraging atmosphere. If you’ve been debating signing up, just do it!!! Burpees are more fun with friends!

Love love love this gym! It’s refreshing to find a place that isn’t pretentious or intimidating. There’s no judging or “fashion show” vibe — just real people focused on getting stronger and healthier. Jenn and team are friendly and encouraging, always willing to educate and support you no matter your experience level. It’s truly a welcoming, down-to-earth community, and I look forward to every workout here!

I have been attending HITT FITNESS Plus for a couple months now!! The programming is excellent. Jennifer does a great job with strength and cardio together. If you are looking for a gym, I encourage you come try it out!!

What an amazing place to start your day! I work out at the 5 am class and the members are motivated and so encouraging. The coaches take their time to work with you to help you achieve your fitness goals. The gym is clean and has a challenging workout daily. On Saturdays there is open gym so you can do your own thing. I can’t say enough about Jennifer Akin and the environment she has created at HIIT Fitness Plus. I have been in the fitness industry for decades and HIIT Fitness Plus is an absolute standout! 100% recommend for all fitness levels!

Hiit Fitness Plus is a wonderful place to begin your fitness journey or to take it to the next level. Jen is so attentive, encouraging, and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is so nice here, I've found a community as well as a gym.
The workouts are always varied and we hit a great mix of cardio and strength. It feels good to be getting stronger!

Hands down the best gym I’ve ever been apart of! Jenn takes the time to test each of the workouts she writes so she knows how to coach each member. The atmosphere is fun and energetic and everyone feels like family! As a personal trainer, Jenn is top notch, she helped me recover from a total knee replacement and always made sure to follow up after every session to make sure my knee was good!

I absolutely love this gym! The owner and head coach, Jen, and all of the trainers and coaches are so welcoming and encouraging! Every class is challenging, but they can also modify any workout to suit your athletic ability. There is also a wide variety of class times that will work with just about anyone's schedule. The best of the best when it comes to gyms in Dawsonville! Programming is top notch, precisely planned, the coaches meet you where you are physically and always ensure you are moving properly. Jenn, the owner, takes the time to get to know each member and her classes and will always push you to be the best version of yourself. The classes themselves are well rounded and physically demanding, but don't let that intimidate you because with the hard work comes results. Did I mention class times are offered 5 days a week and run all day offering flexibility for even the busiest of schedules?! Again, I can't sing the praises of HIIT Fitness Plus enough and I encourage you to take the leap and check out the training for yourself!

Love this gym and all the people involved with it! Jenn programs great workouts that last about 30 minutes after a great warm-up routine. She goes out of her way to make every person comfortable and will tailor the workout to meet the needs of each individual. I highly recommend this gym to folks of all ages and abilities! Been going to Jennifer’s HIIT classes since 2019. I lost over 70lbs and have maintained that for well over 4 years thanks to her training. She has some of the best cardio workouts with strength mixed in. The gym environment is like its own little community where everyone is welcomed. If you’re looking for a gym where you see results this is it!

I’m so thankful that I found this gym! If you are looking for a gym that motivates you to do better for yourself, this is the place for you! After visiting multiple gyms and not feeling the vibes, I walked into this gym expecting the same experience as the others. This was not the case! I have been to different class times here and every time the members make me feel welcome and support one another.
Jen is an excellent coach who truly cares. Her passion and hard work are so motivating! She is great at giving everyone one-on-one attention and makes sure to alter the workout to fit your needs. It’s like having personal training and class workouts all in one! If you’re looking to improve your strength and learn how to push your body in ways you never thought possible, look no further! This gym is awesome, the programming, the coaches, the equipment, the space, everything is top notch , the members are super friendly and welcoming. I took a break from working out and I returned to this new gym and I've been here 2 months and I'm almost back to my previous fitness level already. Honestly, this is the best gym in Dawsonville! I had been searching for a boot camp style gym for a while and most of them were either too expensive or too intimidating. Jennifer, the owner, meets you at your level and gives you an incredible workout. Every day is different and exciting and makes you want to come back. I’ve been to the big gyms but this is much more special and if you stick with it, you will see results! Plus Jennifer is an amazing coach and really cares about you. Give HIIT Fitness Plus a try!
