I was in Town for work and decided to get a week pass while I was there. The gym was very clean and very well maintaine. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming. The equipment was top notch plus the extras that they have on site such as Tanning booth, massage chairs and personal sauna for members definitely amazing. I will definitely sign up again when I'm return. Thank you guys 🙏

I had a very unsatisfied experience at this gym. They take all your card details and then they charge you extra which you at the beginning of the month with out your notice. I already paid my annual enrollment fee and then they lied to me and charged me in my 2nd month. They also informed me the incorrect amount of the fees stating the deals are going on. And in the another month they charged me. When I emailed to peek l, they started that there was no deals going on. They are not supposed to dedect the amount from the card without your noitce. I would highly recommend do not join this gym ever and specially fo not give your card details.

Extremely annoying facility and customer service. It was difficult to sign up and even after I signed up, I got repeated calls/texts about their memberships and “3 day trial.” I stated I was already a member and asked them to double check the system. They saw me in there, but kept calling with the offers. I enjoyed their tanning beds, but if no one was up front I had to peek into the office to see if someone could help me. They have cameras at the door, someone could see I was waiting. Finally, GA is not home and for my boyfriend to cancel his membership, he was told to show his ID with his permanent address. When he did, they said he couldn’t get out of the contract. It was stated up front that we are only here for a while and asked how we’d go about cancelling (which is why my boyfriend did the contract; he could just show his home address in another state when we were leaving). So if you’re interested in a difficult facility with employees that don’t know which end is up, this is the gym for you! So happy to get back to Planet Fitness.

After signing up to try out the gym with my son, we waited 20 minutes to start our trial. Since no one helped me after arrival, we ended up leaving with no one even speaking to us. Do NOT recommend.

Hey just a reminder if thinking about signing up you will need your banking account info and Routing numbers just to signed up to workout in gym. No cards debit or credit anymore per Lisa x in management who also doesn’t knows how to treat a loyal customer, but anyways I was dropped by their era. Because of that I have to pay $49.00 to get back on a month to month plus give up my banking info etc (as if I have one). If not go elsewhere basically is what I got from them so. There you have it. I hope this helped someone 💯🫡
