As an older client, I was looking for a trainer who would be sensitive and knowledgeable enough to tailor a workout to my specific needs. Tamdra impressed me so much! She asked me a million questions to get an understanding of my current health and exercise history. Then she created a plan that would address what I needed.

Tamdra has been great! Even though she has won titles as a collegiate track athlete, she is so kind, patient and humble. That means a lot for people like me who aren’t necessarily athletic, but still want to achieve some big goals with their health and fitness. I have had 4 kids and am in my 30s, so working out consistently feels impossible. She gives me plans that I can work on independently when we aren’t together, that are challenging but still suite my needs and my schedule. Would absolutely recommend!

Tamdra is an amazing trainer! I went to her with my goals of wanting to lose my mommy pouch from having my two kiddos and she helped me figure out the best workout plan + dietary food plan for me to achieve my goals of losing weight but also toning my entire body! She is very professional, on time and truly makes working out enjoyable for me!

Working with Tamdra- Founder of Honest Fitness has been an amazing experience! She is knowledgeable, motivating, and truly care about helping you reach your goals.
