I love Hot Yoga Kennesaw! I recently moved to the area and was a little hesitant to try hot yoga again after several years because I wasn’t sure how my body would handle the heat. I’ve been 3 times this week and have been able to complete every class! It’s not too hot where you think you’ll pass out, it’s the perfect amount of heat to stretch your body and sweat a healthy amount. The classes and instructors are all great, they have a variety of classes to suit everyone, whether beginner or advanced. I’ll definitely be back!

I have been looking for something to add to my daily/weekly routine that will benefit me both physically and mentally. I’ve tried the gym before and at home workouts, as well. I always felt like it was an activity of labor. I decided to try Hot Yoga Kennesaw about two months ago, and I was hooked on the first class. I have been going three + times every week since then. I can’t wait to go and crave it in my daily routine. Every single person that works there is excellent and their personality shines through in their instruction. I felt instantly welcome, and ever since my second class they recognize and greet me by name. I feel like a person and not a membership there. They offer a great variety of classes and a flexible schedule. Their pricing is also a great value for what you get and they offer great discounts for students, teachers, military, etc. All physical levels and sizes are welcome there! You don’t have to be flexible to do yoga. A wide variety of people attend classes there and all have positive attitudes and a welcoming demeanor. I have noticed a drastic difference in myself physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually ever since I started practicing yoga there. I always feel cheered on and notice weekly improvements in my ability. The heat has also been a highlight of the yoga there. I have never sweat so much in my life, and it feels so good! I have noticed a decrease in my blood pressure and my resting heartbeat. As well, I’ve noticed a huge difference in my skin health and can’t help but contribute it to the heat. I have always had acne prone skin and have noticed such a difference since practicing in the heated setting. The heat is not too intense and is easily acclimated to. I feel like I sweat all my stress and worries away every time I go! I highly recommend trying Hot Yoga Kennesaw. It has changed my weekly routine and attitude towards my daily schedule (I always have something to look forward to!).

I love Hot Yoga Kennesaw. I've been coming to this studio for several years now, and every class I've taken and instructor I've had has been wonderful. I love the variety of classes they offer, and the atmosphere of the studio is so relaxing. I'm thankful to have this yoga studio in the Kennesaw area!

I must say that at first I was skeptical because I am naturally a hot natured person. I took a class on a whim one day because my muscles were so tight from doing high impact kickboxing and felt this would help me through the healing process and it did!
The class starts out warm and then they gradually increased the temperature of the room. I did sweat a lot but was never uncomfortable. I would make sure you have your own yoga mat that comes with a towel, if not you will be slipping and sliding all over your yoga mat like I was. They have mats you can borrow and even buy but they are quite expensive due to their good quality. I found one for myself at TJ Maxx and it worked out fine. Bring plenty of water!!! They have cubbies for your items in the front.
I would recommend going early in the morning if possible especially during the hot months of the year. After a few classes the room can already be hot.
They keep this place is very clean and after you are done during the meditation period they give you a cold wash cloth with a lavender scent to help you relax. I always feel great after leaving this place, feeling refreshed!! Would highly recommend, very friendly people, very informative, and try to work with you as much they can.

My girlfriend and I both participated in a Hot Vinyasa class taught Asaada, and it was absolutely excellent! Neither of us had ever been to a class before, but Asaada did an excellent job explaining the poses in a way that accomidates both beginners and above! We'll both be back, and I could not recommend this place more!

Been doing yoga at home for awhile (YWA - Yoga With Adriene - she's so cool) and moved into the area and decided to try something new. The intro student special is a steal especially with the quality teachers there. I didn't know what to expect but certainly nothing to what I am experiencing now. There is a good feel to the place. Not trendy or commercialized. Many different types of yoga practices with teachers that are very intuitive and spiritual. Newbies welcome. All levels. And I hesitate to tell you about the savasana process cause then classes may start getting crowded. Yeah. You'll have to come to find out. Support your local yogi's, your body, mind and soul will thank you!

I took a class from Jessica she explained the poses well and made sure she was present and wanted her students to have a thoughtful and challenging experience.

I have joined this wellness center one month ago and my experience has been grand indeed. First, let me be clear that I am not a yoga "bunny" and my body is far of being athletic so if you are looking at a first experience with hot yoga in a non threatening environment, this will be a great studio for you as the members come in all shape and size. You will find very few "look at me, I am so hot" attitude in this studio.
Here are a few points I found about this studio that may help you make the decision to join:
1. The manager will do everything in his power to help you afford this. They offer so many options (passes, monthly membership, yearly membership, one pass class). If you are a KSU student, staff or faculty, they offer a special for us. It is a GREAT deal, be sure to register for it. At this time, I think it is 89 dollars a month. If you are not sure to join or not, they also offer a one time monthly first time membership for 49 USD. That is a super GREAT deal.
2. The sign-up website is very easy to use. Log in, register for the course, pay for it and go to class. If your schedule changes, just log in again and drop the course you registered for. Super easy!!!
3. The instructors are very patient and will give you advice on how to improve postures without being too pushy. While I have my favorites, you will find "your" instructor but one think is for sure, they do care about your well being and respect your personal space. I just wish that the website would reflect the instructor who really teaches the class. Lately, instructor X is listed on the website but instructor Y shows up. No big deal but something they need to improve.
4. This is a hot yoga class, so come with water since they are not water fountain. I think they do sell some water bottles...
5. The changing rooms need improvement, the showers are on the opposite side of the studio which means you have to bring your clothes with you in the shower (too small) to get there. I heard they will be expanding soon and hope they will make proper "locker room" with showers in them.
6. Easy access from 75-575. If you are commuting on 75/575, take the Wade Green exit and you are almost there. Easy access in and out. One thing they will need to improve is the light on the parking lot and outside their studio ... but again, they are a new studio so let's give them a break.
So overall, this is a really a great place to exercise, reflect and meditate. With the very few "need improvement points (which is really not a deal breaker), I recommend this place. You'll be hooked ... I found myself going sometimes twice a day ;-)

I had never taken a hot yoga class before and was worried that I wouldn't be able to do it because of the heat. However, the heat in the room is gradually increased so you get in a good sweat but it's not too overwhelming. The instructor was fantastic and gave different options for the yoga positions to accommodate beginners and more advanced students. Overall the studio was very clean, the people were very friendly and it was a relaxing place to be. I will definitely be going back.
