I got injured in my foot was trying to go in to experience "Hotworx branding" of being an answer to pain management. My left foot is non weight bearing due to an injury so im having difficulty getting up in case i be in the studio to work out. I spoke with Gillian regading possible accommodations but the owner Andrea provided an answer of NO accommodations at all. Studio does not even have any handrails at all.

The owner has poor communication skills considering she hasn’t informed her General Manager of the situation, nor followed up with client. March 27 started membership cancelled May 2nd. joined the facility excited to begin my fitness journey, and I’ve been pleased with the workout sessions themselves. However, I’ve been concerned by the consistent lack of acknowledgment from staff. Over seven visits, no one greeted or said goodbye. On my eighth visit, after I welcomed a new member and shared best sessions informed the staff will not greet you after you sign up, not by coincident the two staff members finally acknowledged a I was leaving out. clearly performative and followed by giggling, which was unprofessional and dismissive. Also shows their level of professionalism and self esteem. Women who lack confidence seek opportunities to be rude for myriad of their own personal beliefs.

In wellness spaces, a respectful, welcoming atmosphere is just as important as physical results.
I will continue to assess the environment and update my feedback accordingly—whether the treatment improves or further declines.

The Hot Bands Sauna (4) was left completely open never happened before. The follow up class in sauna (4)Hot Barre None door was left ajar.

After submitting a review yesterday, I received a public response(below) from the owner who addressed me by my first name, despite it not being mentioned in the original review. This is not only invasive but unprofessional, especially considering the “owner” did not state their name.

Additionally, the “owner” hasn't contacted me nor addressed me upon entering the facility the same day they responded. Makes sense to contact client in person or by phone vs simply stating “will review cameras, this never happened before”

What makes this studio so great are the women who work here. There’s two in-particular that are just beyond welcoming, friendly, kind, helpful, caring and always seem to be so joyful! Jillian is one of them and the other gal…I cannot remember her name but she’s in amazing shape, blonde hair, closer to my age (I’m 42) and she went to LSU (I’m so sorry, I cannot remember 😣). These ladies are hands down amazing! We’ve frequent both Cartersville and Acworth and although we love the size of Cartersville, the energy is just always on point at Acworth! I had the best first experience with Hotworx yesterday! Jill gave me the warmest welcome, the grand tour, and also helped me get set up- all while juggling multiple customers as she was on her own.

I arrived on Feb 1st and Jill was so enthusiast and excited to share with me that for the first 5 days the enrollment fee had dropped from $90 to $5! You have to be crazy not to hop on that deal.

Love, love, love! I was curious about HOTWORX when my mom started raving about the inferred sauna. I had heard so much about these kinds of saunas but kept thinking, “working out, IN A SAUNA?” I was upset that my previous hot yoga studio shut down because of Covid so I thought I would at least go check it out.
