Just started this early October and loving it a lot! The space is Super unique. I love to do sessions here, but, absolutely hate the way equipment is set up, its too crowded and the row room is the worst. I always calm until I have to maneuver around trying to get in and out. Please consider 2 pieces of equipment per room.

The Staff is nice, but uninformed of current policies. I received conflicting information every step of the way, even received conflicting information during an attempt to cancel. Glad I wised up after only two payments which were strangely coded through my bank as a “Fuel” charge. Tight space and I didn’t like constantly shoulder bumping other customers while trying to access the saunas. Other than that it was as advertised.

Short story: A health concern stopped me from using the service, so I wanted to get out of my contract. It wasn’t easy—by design.

I wasn’t getting anywhere by talking to the managers at the Johns Creek location. After a lot of frustration, I received a call from Jocelyn, a manager at the Smyrna location. Jocelyn is one of those rare, amazing people who genuinely cares. She took on my burden, went above and beyond her job description, and completely relieved my stress. (Gyms aren't supposed to cause stress!)

The staff at the Johns Creek location are friendly, and I believe they were doing their best within their limits. But somewhere higher up, the contract policies need to be re-evaluated. If I can’t use the service and can’t get out of the contract, it gives the impression that Hotworx cares more about money than people.

At least they had the good sense to promote someone like Jocelyn. If this review were just about her, she’d easily get five stars.

Be warned. Since the new owners came in this place is falling apart. This morning, there’s no toilet paper, no wipes for equipment and no soap in the ladies room or the men’s room and the men’s toilet is completely backed up, it was closed for several weeks and clearly not fixed properly.

The customer service displayed by Aaliyah was top notch. Her energy was very high like the temperatures inside the sauna’s. While I was there, I noticed her energy stayed very high and consistent while she interacted with two members that were looking to cancel, but they both ended up keeping their memberships because her energy & customer service was A1.

Hotworx Johns Creek is a fantastic studio. I'm primarily there to get rid of toxins and I can say first hand that this has been a game changer for me and how I feel. The owner is nice and attentive. For traveling person like my self it was ok. I wanted to buy a 1 month subscription just to try this out but it was to pricey and it was weird not having someone correct my yoga positions. You can’t pause the video so it’s was weird to look at TV if you misinterpreted what video is saying. Also the front desk person was not clear on pricing so that was uncomfortable because they said I could go online to sign up for a subscription but while I was there I looked online and didn’t see an option so I felt like I was lied too. I didn’t appreciate that. I do hope that there is more clarity in the future with customers when it comes down to subscriptions and such.

I have done hot yoga before so I have the right gear but was told I have to pay to use there equipment which made me uncomfortable because I have sensitive skin so I can’t know for sure if they wash there mats with hypoallergenic products. I did brake with a rash it’s possible they don’t. I understand on there end with using there own mats. But it is what it is. I would have loved to make it work out but I have too many personal skin problems to feel comfortable using mats that other people use and the heavy miscommunication well just made me lose trust.

Have been a member for 2+ years and am so thankful for HOTWORX. The owner and staff are all incredible - super helpful and encouraging. Saunas are always clean and they have a great online system to register for your class 2 days out. I maintained my weight during the pandemic due to all the available classes and did not gain the 'Covid 10 - 15.' The infrared heat feels amazing and the detox is incredible. After one session my body is able to stretch so much further (extremely helpful after sitting all day for work). They offer fun friendly contests, 'glow nights,' and more!

HotWorx has been such a great addition to my life. I had overstrained my shoulder and knee at the gym. In 2 sessions, both felt completely normal to me. It is so convenient to book classes on the app & i love the location! I can take my kids to the Dojo next door and then pop in to my class! No extra effort needed . The ladies who work there are so friendly and encouraging. It’s like I’m chatting with my girlfriends (and there are plenty of gentlemen who work out there, too! ). So grateful this place opened up!

I've been going to the Johns Creek Hotworx since they opened in 2019. It is incredibly well run and managed, and during these uncertain times, rest assured you do not have to worry about cleanliness! First of all, using infrared sauna and a variety of exercises, yoga, pilates, cycling and more is an amazing way to work out! The calories burned as well as the overall health benefits you will achieve in a shorter amount of time is amazing!
Second they do have a small gym area for those who also like to lift weights and do other types of strength training.

During the pandemic I was struggling a lot to exercise at home and when the gyms opened I wanted to go back in a safely way and I'm so happy I found Hotworx! I can go any time of the day, I can choose the time on their app and I can do cycling, yoga, pilates, exercises with bands. My wife attended a different location for the last year, but since we moved recently, she started her membership at this location. That night I came in for my first class with her. when they say feel the burn - they mean it! I’ve never done this type of workout and usually hate the sauna but this works out is different.... it’s short and sweet. You have a personal coach during the duration of the workout (tv) which i love. You can be alone in the room and can set the lights to off which helps me focus! try it & become obsessed with sweating it out!
