I’ve been a member here for almost a year. I’ve been trying to cancel my membership because I moved about two or three months ago. I’ve called many times went and spoke to someone. They told me I’ve met my agreement. They told me I was canceled and still continue to get charged the next two months after I talked to the manager they offered nothing really just to tell me that they were sorry and they had to let somebody go because of customer service. I understand this is how the industry works, but it sucks as people that you have to eat that sometimes Now I feel like something that I already dealt with. I have to do all over again. Otherwise, the facility and everything is great customer service not too much.

Update! Its been more than one year and I am still in love with Hotworx in general and the Kennesaw location in particular.

In many ways it is like a second home since I spend so much time there Lol. My old review (posted below) still stands and I am trying to post a few new pics of me and my Hotowrx buddy Nick (one of the awesome managers at the Kennesaw location). Keep up the great work and great attitudes as we get in shape together and have some fun while we are at it!!!

HOTWORX (HTWX) has changed my life in an amazing way over an unbelievably short period of time , about 6 weeks. I have never looked forward so much to any fitness program I have ever done in the past. The benefits of 3D training are REAL and my body loves it. Though I just celebrated my 50th birthday, I feel at least a decade younger and that is new for me.

I have visited 5 different HTWX clubs and so far, the Kennesaw location (my home club) is my favorite with the Sweet Apple in Roswell a close second. Is it perfect, of course not… but, they have achieved an impressive balance of quality, reliability, exquisite customer service, and amenities. The attention to detail is impressive. The manager Elena, as well as the staff I have met have been a delight to interact with. It is obvious to me when someone loves their job and this crew seems to fit that bill. A special shoutout to Nick, McKenna, and Grace.

6 years sweat everywhere member! Absolutely best workout ever! We workout together 3-4 x a week cycling, yoga & stretching. Only negative I can say is the rooms are not at all big enough for 3 people. Very miss leading. My husband is 6ft tall and cannot move or stretch when 2 other people are in the sauna. HOTWORX needs to rethink 3 person setup

I was a member for 7 or 8 months in 2022. The workers are nice. It helped me lose weight and tone to a certain point then I started plateauing and wondered if it was the heat. I rotated all the classes and added HIIT training in between. I truly could never get to my target weight after losing 15lbs with a change in diet and exercising here, however, that’s still a notable amount.

When signing up they were nice enough to wave the introductory fee. I cancelled my membership in September? by writing a letter and following the procedure. They emailed me and said ‘are you sure?’ And because I was going through one of the hardest times in my life and couldn’t respond they continued to draft the monthly fee. It was a little strange.

Fast forward one year I joined a fitness club where I reside in Atlanta through my health insurance back in Feb, standard is $25, I pay under $35 and can go to any location. I prefer the amenities and price point I’m receiving. There’s all the same equipment and the guests are friendly, which is unfortunately something I rarely experienced here. I very quickly reached desired fitness goals.

I never saw the funds back for the month the membership was supposed to be cancelled. Hotworx was a nice facility just maybe not the most ideal for my personal fitness goals.

I could not recommend Hotworx more. I started going there about a year ago, and saw so much progress in such a small amount of time. I’ve never been a fan of working out in large gyms since I always felt intimidated by working out with other people, but I’ve never experienced such a more welcoming environment. I honestly love how the studio has that 1 on 1 connection with all the customers. I love how it’s a pretty clean environment and the music they play is so lively to the point where I want to come everyday if I could! Not only are the staff really friendly, but the members are also very kind and motivating!! My school location is in Birmingham but I come to the Kennesaw location whenever I am home from school. I have gone every day since I joined. Wow, just went to Hotworx last night and I feel great. The saunas are so nice and the classes really challenge you. This place looks brand new and there are always plenty of rollers to borrow and clean towels for the equipment. Everyone should join up.

I have never had a more unpleasant "gym" experience the workers and managers here are the absolute worst. The saunas are unpleasantly dirty 90% of the time. I would not recommend anyone sign up for hotworx, its waste of money. 100% scam.

Just getting into infrared, love the concept at hotworx, incorporating it with exercise videos in the rooms. Been here a couple times and the workers are always awesome and nice. The facility itself is always clean. 5 plus stars!

If we’re ever wondering where working out gets close to sanity it starts at HOTWORX! This place was a breathe of fresh air for kennesaw they have sauna’s where you complete the workouts so you actually burn more calories while cutting down on the time. It’s convenient and actually provides a little meditation. I Enjoy coming in when the staff is here because they are all so friendly even the owner who is such a gem and can educate you on everything fitness related, but I appreciate the security they have when I need to come in before or after hours and their high level of safety for all of its members. I’ve been going since they opened, referred friends and don’t see me leaving anytime soon. I’m a HOTWORX member for life!

I love coming to work out here! Its such a stress release for a college student like me. The environment is nonjudgmental and welcoming. I recommend everyone at least trying a free session, I was hooked after just one session of Hot Yoga! Come earn the burn with us!

To be completely honest I was hesitant and did not think I was going to enjoy working out in a 100+ degree sauna but I thought I’d give it a shot. SO GLAD I DID! I signed up right after my first class. I had so much energy after my workout and could not wait to be back. Also, not the mention the countless benefits of the infrared sauna. The staff is so sweet and motivating. They answered all of my questions and were super professional. I am very excited to see where hot worx takes me and I am happy to be apart of the Kennesaw family!
