I just want to say that Ryan Roy is AWESOME! He came out to offer me and my first responder colleagues a free session on Hotworx. I never heard of it before and decided to give it a try. Ryan was very informative on the entire process. Showing me how to work the saunas, app, how to track my fitness goals, challenges, literally everything prior to me joining. He made sure to check in on me and motivated me to finally sign up. My husband, coworkers and even friends decided to sign up and we are loving it! I’ve been waking up every morning to get my workout in. The app tracks your health and the coolest part is that everything is accessible 24 hours a day!! Love this gym! 1 - Flexibility of scheduling. I have a inconsistent work schedule and found it difficult to find classes when I needed them each week. HOTWORX has at least 4 classes starting every 15 minutes. 2 - Intense and efficient. Even if you only have 15 minutes for a workout, you can burn a ton of calories with cycling or rowing. 3 - Maximum sweat and detoxification. It’s hard to find a more satisfying 15 to 45 minute workout Lastly, The owners of this location keep the gym spotless and safe. All of the equipment is in good working order and they keep up with maintenance to keep those saunas HOT!

I have been doing hotworx for several years. I’ve been to Sandy Springs, Smyrna and East Cobb locations and I love East Cobb! The owners are super friendly, engaging and they keep the gym immaculate. The combination of the gym in the FX zone, the HIIT sessions and regular sessions is all I need to keep my body in top shape. Try it! I promise you will LOVE it!

Got my fat bottom into the gym after a 50lb covid cave gain. I have been a member for almost a week now and can immediately feel the benefits. After working in the fitness industry with Bikram and Justfitness both in Marietta. I can say that this gym run by Donna is first class. Brand new state of the art infrared saunas with high-quality equipment which include spin and weight training. In addition, the parts sold are specific to high temperatures are of excellent quality. The workouts are only 15 minutes, but inside the infrared sauna, it is like a rotisserie chicken 🐣 on a spin 🚴 bike. Absolutely high tech intense. They have a fantastic “runners special” all December 🎄 with a zero enrollment and no dues till January if you bring a race bib and to add a family member, it is only an extra 20-30 bucks. Get it before the January Rush and tell them Mimi sent you. See your body dripping wet with sweat 😅 in a minimal amount of time. Efficient and effective workout. Highly recommended!!!

WORTH EVERY PENNY!! If you live in the E Cobb area and you haven't come in for a free workout, you are missing out. RUN, don't walk to come give this workout a try. This 3D workout offers heat up to 130 degrees, infrared to remove toxins from your body as you sweat and of course the workout brings the whole package together. I like to workout in the evening with a hot yoga session and having the option to shower in studio directly after my workout-- to wash the exhumed towns away-- is very refreshing. My hotworx evening workouts are a perfect way to end my day.

I am OBSESSED! I tried a free class and immediately signed up right after. I joined with a Sweat Everywhere membership as this gives me access to any location. I live closest to the Marietta location, but I work near another, so it just made the most sense to be able to Sweat Everywhere. I do have to say that I have been to at least 4 different HotWorx locations and the Marietta location is by far, THE BEST! It’s the cleanest, biggest and friendliest. Owners and staff are so nice and helpful. I highly recommend!

This is hands down the best overall experience I've had at a workout facility.

The owners and staff are friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging.

The workouts are nothing like I've ever experienced. I am in love with this concept. I am drenched with sweat after workouts, I have to put my clothes in the washer when I get home. I have only been a member for a month, I am down 12 pounds, 4ins hips, 8ins waist, 6ins chest. My skin is improving. I can go anytime of the day or night and I can have my privacy while working out which is huge for me. I am just in love!
