I took my first free pilates class and it was amazing!! Arianna was there to guide me through the whole place and membership process. She was very thorough, friendly and passionate about the special qualities of this gym. The class itself was encouraging, uplifting, and detailed! Today I decided to pop in to the HotWorx Marietta Square location and was greeted by Arianna with a smile. I booked the wrong location and forgot my bag. Arianna was super helpful helped me with a mat & towel and quickly booked an ISO class. It’s hard to find great customer service these days but never at HotWorx. Same videos over and over and over and over and over. They never change. When you join, they say they rotate videos. They don't. It's so boring I have to workout to my YouTube videos while I'm on the sauna. Staff is nice.

love hotworx & everything, but this particular location is never stocked. when i try going to the vending machine there is never any hydrogo. the first time i went i got the last packet of the hydrogo & it was hard as a rock. again, love hotworx just wish this location did a better job at replenishing & keeping things stocked up & available like the other locations.

I love the workout and I love the physical standing studio and the young lady that helped lead my introductory class. Unfortunately however the first time I returned after having become a member, the front staff person greeted me solely with a sarcastic remark of “you look happy to be here”. It honestly broke my heart and really dampened my mood as I actually had been looking forward to coming to my session all day long. I’ve never met this woman who speak to me this way and I’m confused on why a more standard greeting of “hi” or “welcome in” wasn’t used. I’m truly hoping that this employee is an exception as If I find myself in another interaction like this I can’t say I will be staying a member.

I started coming to Hotworx this past July and it has become my favorite way to exercise. I love the low impact options and variety of workouts offered. Been coming at least a few times a week for a few months now and I've noticed I've got way stronger! The low impact workouts on the mat are my favorites: Pilates, Core and Yoga. I did research on infrared heat and I really do notice a difference in the (known) inflammation in my back. Give it a try!

I don’t normally do reviews but this one is getting on my nerves. Very inconvenient to cancel membership. I went to this branch during staffing hours and there is nobody in the front. I kept waiting. I emailed the manager and nothing. I called, nobody answered. I guess they’re only after the money. I can’t even get a response from anybody in this branch! Very disappointing.

If your familiar with HOTWORX and love it this is the best one!! Smyrna is absolutely awful. The bad reviews are the real people! This HOTWORX is absolutely awesome! Super clean and bigger. Cold water to drink, many awesome products. Everything always works for the most part. There is just all around more at this facility. The owner is super cool. Don’t truly know her but she listens to everyone and makes changes when needed. She did not spare any money on this place. It’s absolutely amazing! Evening the bathroom mirrors wow haha Sorry! Smyrna give it a 0 but Marietta square is the best!

I have been going to hotworx for about two weeks now and LOVE it. I have never been one to workout because the idea of public gyms scare me but my friend Makenna works there and recommended it for me! I wish i had an option of giving ZERO!!! My mother had an appointment today 3.28.2023 at 9am. I was with my mother when I tried to drop her off at this location but we were met by other members who mentioned that "you need a code to get in". This was never related to us that the place opens at "11am"!!! No calls or any follow ups to reschedule. NOBODY WAS THERE!! HOW RUDE!!! This place is very disappointing and we will NEVER COME!!!

I’ve only been going to HOTWORX Marietta since this past Sunday and today is Friday but I love it. I heard about it from a friend who goes to another location and she dropped 80 pounds working out at HOTWORX, so I had to try it out and see for myself.
I have done some research on infrared light and how wonderful it is for you, prior to my going to HOTWORX, so I was sold when I learned they use infrared in their saunas. I was unsure if I could handle the heat after my introductory session, as it was hot, but I did aclimate and it’s great. I use a sweat enhancer lotion I purchased from Amazon and the sweat just drips off me.
One of the things I’ve noticed since doing these sessions, is that I’m sleeping less. It’s not a coincidence. It started right after I joined and hasn’t stopped since.
I really appreciate how they are open 24 hours. I was up at 3AM last night and at HOTWORX at 4:30AM.
If I’m unable to keep pace with a class and go into child’s pose, I don’t feel bad about it because I’m still getting the benefits of the infrared and the sauna.

The place is kept clean. I have dropped 5 pounds in 5 days. I’m really looking forward to continuing to go here.

I joined Hotworx for the infrared sauna benefits. I am a person that enjoys trying new workouts and moving my body. I am currently a member at another local gym that offers high intensity interval workouts and I have a nice home gym for strength training in my garage. So, hotworx was going to be my relaxing workout, where I Stretch and Recover my muscles after a strenuous workout session. Little did I know I would become addicted, I have tried almost all the classes offered and I am not disappointed, the workouts are different then what I normally do, so Hotworx is a great complement to my exercise routine! I leave feeling refreshed and energized... as is my body went through a detox. Hotworx is now my favorite way to start my day.

I joined HOTWORX based on a recommendation from a friend who was a member at a different location. It is really convenient for me to be able to get a quick workout in on my way home from work or in the evening if I have extra time. So far, I have enjoyed all of the classes I've tried, and they are definitely challenging. One thing I have noticed is how well I have been sleeping at night after workouts, so that is definitely a benefit! I look forward to trying the remainder of classes that I haven't taken yet and figuring out which I prefer most.

Great virtual workout that you can do on your own schedule. They have cardio classes every 15 minutes, and strengthening/stretching type classes every 45 minutes. Plus, taking these classes in the 125 degree infrared sauna pushes everything to the next level. Highly recommend trying it at least once, but you will probably get hooked like me, and keep going back!

Words can't explain how incredible I feel after I get an infrared class in at Hotworx. Not only has the infrared saunas HELPED with my lower back pain, but I lost 10lbs!
