So far since signing up with Hotworx last week I have been mind driven and focused on my new journey. Newnan’s staff has been helpful with open arms and care to what I want in my goals. Great communication and customer interaction with every one that comes in and leaves. I have gone after hours. With everyone’s help of keeping the facility clean and ready to work out. Cleaning stations to wipe down equipment. There are two bathrooms here at the Newnan location. There is a shower room for after work outs. There is a locker station and few benches to sit down on. There is cute apparel to support your workouts with confidence. They carry equipment to purchase for the workouts that are provided for 3D training with recorded coaches. The works will switch from time to time with different instructors to guide you into your work out. Let me say for the equipment you will need the sauna approved mat. It gets hot in the sauna and just a regular mat will possibly melt. The mat Hotworx sells is well worth the price and durability. There are several supplements to purchase as well to maintain your body and workouts. They have a cable machine to work and smith machine I believe and free weights to use. There is a screen in the work out area to work out along with a recorded instructor. Come hydrated can not stress that enough. Sauna work outs is my new go to workouts. What really helps is the friendly staff welcoming and so very helpful.

I am new to Hot Worx but I am already enjoying it! I do strength training and my muscles are often sore, but I noticed after joining Hot Worx I am a lot less sore and recover faster. Edit: I spoke with the owner and she explained that with the system, all changes to the membership need to be made before the next pay period and the associate who canceled my membership didn't have access to make changes but it has been taken care of! I saw reviews from some other not so amazing locations who refused make the changes and I'm so glad this isn't one of those locations!

I loved hotworx! The 24 hour availability and being able to workout alone was a top favorite of going there. The 3 stars is because I did unfortunately have to cancel my membership and while they tell you 60 days when you sign up it's actually 2 pay periods. I canceled on the 1st of November and was told that my last payment would be Jan which if it is actually 60 days my membership would have ended on Dec 31st officially. I loved the vibe and idea and thought I might eventually come back but that really rubbed me the wrong way. I was told the owner would call me and so I wasn't going to argue with the girl at the desk, I figured I would talk to the owner but it has now been a month and I still have not heard from her. I'm going to take the loss on the final $59 payment in Jan but just a warning that though they tell you 60 days, it isn't.

I’ve been an active gym member at traditional gyms for 12 years, but Hotworx is my new workout addiction. I actually look forward to coming everyday. I love that I get to enjoy the benefits of a sauna while working out so it cut my traditional gym time down. I’m also to a point that I was feeling a lot of tension in my knees and elbows from traditional weight lifting. Switching to Hotworx has relieved a lot of those issues. I walk out feeling energized and ready for my day, or relaxed and ready to wind down when I go in the evenings. The workouts are challenging, and I like that even the same workouts have a slightly different routine depending on the instructor. If you’re looking for something other than traditional weight lifting and cardio, this is the gym for you!

Love this place! Ive been coming for a year, and enjoy the ease of scheduling. It is always available 24/7 so it works with my schedule that’s ever changing! Truthfully this has been instantly life changing for me! This HOTWORX is not only so welcoming but extremely clean! I never have issues booking sessions and literally everyone I pass through here has a smile on their face. You can have privacy or the space to group it up. My fourth EDIT:: Skye emailed me back and says the account has been taking care of, but she did not state she’s give me a refund or pay for my over draft fees. This horrible management. This place won’t last long treating others this way.

My third EDIT:: Got charged again this month!!! Now we got overdraft charges!! I was not told to send in any thing. I was told I’d have to wait 3 months and it would no longer charge. I never got a call, message or email and neither did my husband. So basically a 3 month contract has turned into 9 months. Please people, save yourself and go somewhere else. We have paid so much to this place and it’s not ok. We are not even offered a refund. I did send an email after this review and I asked for a refund for the months we were charges and the over draft fees. I hope they do the right thing and refund us.

My second EDIT: We are STILL getting charged!! Are you kidding me?!?! I will NEVER go to another HOTWORX again. You guys are HORRIBLE!!
EDIT::: You did not give the refund, so no, there’s no “agreement” . I went by what your employee said. We still got charged.
Oh I’m pissed! I actually liked this place until the new “manager” lied to me! I’d like to add that she’s extremely pushy. She’s nice, but refuses to take no for an answer.
Anywho, your contract ends in 3 months. The 4th month we got charged. I called about this and was told to come in. I let her know I was now in Vegas and could not come by. She said that’s fine no worries and she’d make a note if it. We still got charged! We also did not get a refund of what we were charged.. Sky, please get a new manager.

Margie is excellent! And Terry is also lovely. The workouts themselves and the saunas are pretty great as well. The rowing machines could use some work as they seem to often be not working properly, but overall good gym in that sense! The one star is for the owner. Skye cannot handle someone respecting themselves enough to not allow her to be patronizing and condescending. Some of her own staff have observed her uppity, dismissive demeanor, but god forbid a black woman have the audacity to call her out on that. That, she absolutely cannot handle. She is fake, petty and childish, but thankfully there are other places to exercise! She claims to have had all these complaints about me…..the fact that I have asked people to be quiet is so offensive to her. It’s not that I have ever used foul language or damaged equipment, etc. I hope she takes the opportunity to work through whatever is wrong internally with her to make her so offended by a black woman asking to be respected. So offended she had to pull a stunt to make her ego happy again after I bruised it so badly apparently. I had a great workout though and great conversation with the staff to whom I am apparently so rude. And I’ll leave this review as one last birthday present to myself per your advice Skye. Thank you!

Great facility. It was clean and had everything that I needed to burn some calories. I was pleasantly surprised how much I sweat from the sauna. The only other workout that’s produced sweat so quickly like that for me is when I’ve trained for wrestling and BJJ in the past. My approach was to get a 30 min. sauna session in, followed by a 45 min. weight lifting session. I walked away feeling very satisfied! Thank you Skye, for introducing me to HOTWORX!
