Don’t sign up for the free trial. No one is ever available to cancel a pressured membership. I can’t even log in to cancel the membership online because the account wasn’t setup correctly. The communication is non existent. They don’t abide by the staff hours displayed on the door and no one answers the phone and takes 10 days to respond to the emergency number. Not worth the hassle for a refund. Just don’t sign up.

I’ve had my membership for 6 months. I’ve always worked out by myself. Some days are better than others. Sauna’s aren’t always cleans. Bathrooms aren’t rarely cleaned. Weight room is clean. Often times the bike seats are broke. There is no one to contact if you need something. I have the direct line and no one ever pick ups. I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for two weeks. I won’t be returning to this gym.

I have not visited this facility since 2024. In fact, I moved my membership to the McDonough location. I was unaware that the Stockbridge location continued to draw from my account until I moved states in April. At this point, I’ve called and left two voicemails over the course of that time to ask them to STOP charging my account. No one answers the phone. I’m having to pay my bank a fee to stop these charges and asking for several months back. They make it impossible to cancel if you don’t catch them whenever they choose to show up or answer the phone. I do NOT recommend this facility and will keep reporting charges to my card. If I need to make a report with the BBB, I will. Please stop charging my account & handle your business transactions with efficiency and ethics.

I went as a guest with my friend who has a membership . The manager gave off a very hostile impression the second we entered the building, she was not very welcoming and delayed our work out by asking several questions. She was eating and doing arts and crafts at the front desk area which personally seems very unprofessional .

Once we began our workout she told us that we were not allowed to bring personal towels or yoga mats, which we were not aware of since other HOTWORX locations have allowed us to bring our equipment in the past .We informed her of this and yet she insisted we left or either rented 2 mats at $5 each or my friend purchased a $100 towel&yoga mat ( with only 20minutes left on the screen ) which is absolutely ridiculous, given the membership is already $85.

I understand policies are in place, but she did not inform us of this rule before we went into the Pilates class .She refused to give me a free Mat which all guests usually receive because I informed her , that I was a previous member years ago and supposedly only a newbie was entitled to. Again I have never heard of such, if I’m a guest at a new location I should be treated as such. Definitely left a bad taste in our mouths and we are not surprised that this location was completely empty.
Having read other reviews this isn’t the first time people are complaining about staff and policies here . The owner(s) should investigate this matter immediately .
Personally I would never start a membership at this location . And to whomever will respond to this, save yourself the time of trying to tell me about rules and policies, as I’ve stated that I understand certain things are in place but customer service and accommodations should be made if you’re trying to attract new business and we wouldn’t have any problems abiding by this location’s rules In the future .

I loveeee working out here! If you are consistent with your workouts and diet you definitely lose the weight and tone. I love that it's 24/7 and I can come and go as I need. They also have a good vending machine. Highly recommend.

I been trying to get a membership for a week now. No one is answering and I even had an appointment no one was there when I arrived. Im pissed because I really want to join. Its so bad I have to sign up at another location just to get help. I do see the bad reviews on here but i still wanted to give it a try. Im going to another location. Who ever owns this needs to be coached

This is the most fraudulent and unprofessional facility in the history of Hotworx. Nicki and Angie obviously do not take advantage of the facility or themselves because if they did they would hold themselves to higher and more ethical standards. Over the course of my short 6 months of being a member at this location- it has been horrible to say the least. Nicky has a terrible attitude and disposition about herself. She’s constantly complaining talking bad about her coach and is constantly lying about policy and protocol.

I have had several things that have happen, but this is my final straw. I brought a guest in last night, which when I signed up for my membership- I was told that it comes with guest privileges. We came in, checked in with the host and enjoyed our workout. Today I received an UNAUTHORIZED $20 charge. I call up there to inquire about it and they literally say “your guest didn’t sign in” when in fact, he did and we checked in with the front desk lady. This is so disheartening considering that I’ve already enrolled 6 people as referrals under me and counting. I use this facility everyday, talk so highly about Hotworx as a company because I see and understand the vision- outside of my horrible experience that I’ve had here. To charge my card $20 because your employee failed to properly check me in, is literally fraudulent and sick and then when I call you try to make it about me. So you clearly have a personal vendetta out for me. Because I am doing the work and you are not, how sad. Instead of being inspired- you get jealous. Smh.

I understand that you are frustrated in yourself on how you are failing to lead yourself by refusing to show up for yourself in the manner that would grant you peace and happiness and in order to lead a franchise to success but to become jealous of another woman choosing to do just that, is sick. And it is very obvious and apparent. I would highly suggest that the corporate office come evaluate this location before you ruin your reputation due to the level of unprofessionalism displayed at this location.

And to mention, equipment is always broke, studio and bathrooms are always dirty. I had to ask a few times for them to clean and even took time to show them the literal dirt I was inhaling & they claimed they never saw it, again their entire disposition was “girl idc, I’m only here for the money.”

Her response should tell you everything you need to know about the ownership and lack of professionalism at this studio. Go elsewhere.

I'm a little self-conscious in gym settings because I don't have a "gym body" and can't perform amazing feats of strength and endurance as some gym devotees can. This Hotworx location offers me a clean, safe environment where I can do what I can do without feeling pressured to push myself beyond what is good for me.

Onyema customer service is horrible. She only wants to text and avoid all questions you are asking. When calling the place no one answers. I will not be changing my home base to this location. It is horrible.

I made an appointment for a trail workout via text. I received a confirmation of my appointment and when I arrived no one showed up and no responded to my text or call until 3 hours later. I thought ok maybe that was a miscommunication. So I tried two more times to walk in during business hours and still no staff available. I give up I’m going to the Decatur location.

I joined on the spot after 1 class. This facility is so clean and the staff is professional and courteous. The workouts are amazing, and extremely effective. Less time, more burn = better results <3

Do not sign up for this!!!!! If I could give this place -10000000 stars I would!!!!!! This place is a scam! I signed up and was never told that in order to cancel there would be a cancellation fee of $100 or I would need to “put in a request” to cancel and after two months I wouldn’t be charged anymore totaling $120 to cancel. This is the most ridiculous policy I have ever heard. Although that is the policy I was ok with the same day cancellation fee and decided to continue with my cancellation due to no longer living near a HotWorx location. Last month I was charged AGAIN for my subscription after it was suppose to be cancelled, and the $100 was withdrawn. I simply disputed it with my bank account and changed my card number… no one ever reached out to me regarding my dispute so I thought all was well and I would be done……… NO! This month my BRAND NEW card was charged for a subscription. At this point I have never authorized any access for my new card to be on file or in their system.. FRAUDULENT!!!!!!!!! Now I am dealing with another dispute, & will be contacting my banker to BLOCK all recurring charges from this company. It seems as if they have access to my ACH payment information and this is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!! I will be giving corporate a phone call.

HOTWORX Stockbridge is my HAPPY PLACE! This wonderful place is spotless and runs like a well-oiled machine. Nikki (the owner) is so helpful and knowledgeable about all of the workouts and equipment and just in health and fitness overall. She is so pleasant to talk to, professional, and goes above and beyond for her customers. I highly recommend this magical place to get in a great sweat and surround yourself with amazing and knowledgeable staff!!

I signed up with this company eager and ready to work out but they were under construction and schedule to open in May which was fine. I signed up paid fees and purchased work out gear total $100 and some change. They opened in June later than they announced I waited and when I did go it was 1 time because life happened and my schedule changed. I tried to cancel my account they stated I was under contract for some time and couldn’t or I would be charged $99 smh. They then recommended what’s called a freeze where instead of paying the normal fee of $44 you just pay $9 monthly. I said ok, they also said I couldn’t use the gym during the freeze but the contract said I could as long as it was during business hours when they were in. This particular location is a joke and are not truthful they play on your ignorance of not reading the fine print. Every time I tried to cancel the membership it was something different. I paid them way too much to only use the gym once. Then once canceled they say you will be charged 2 more months of membership before it cancels. Scams!!! The worst experience ever the manager Nikki had a different excuse every time. After almost 2 years in this contract..Never again and I don’t recommend this location..THIS IS NOT A GOOD REPRESENTATION OF HOT WORX READ YOUR CONTRACTS!

Completed my complimentary workout yesterday and I can not stop talking about my experience to anyone with ears. Lisa was amazing and very thorough and answered my many questions with such ease. I felt so good after and was amazed that I was able to push myself through the workouts. Please give it a try I promise you’ll love it! The facility was very clean, comfortable, and well organized.

Saunas and facilities are very clean and well equipped. The recorded workouts provide modifications so you can build your strength/endurance. Fun workouts, the convenience of scheduling my workouts anytime and the infrared sauna make this a ++!

Wow! I mean wow! I can’t believe I’m the first to leave a review because I haven’t even started yet and im already sold!! Today I spoke with Linda and she has made me even more excited and ready to get started!!! She was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about everything! Every question I asked, she answered more than thoroughly!! She spoke so highly of Hotworx and truly believes in the benefits it provides. I loved that she is a member herself and told me about all the amazing changes she has seen in her body and skin since she has started!! She was so upbeat and provided genuine positive vibes!
