I Am/I Can Strength and Conditioning program is in place to develop clients. Functional Movement and Athleticism at the forefront of programming workouts. This is accomplished with two specific goals of the way we program: to prevent the likelihood of injury and increase Range of mobility/performance with each workout. By constantly evaluating through testing measures, and using proper training techniques and modalities we can accomplish these goals.

I Am / I Can Fitness is a great gym with genuinely skilled trainers, and Malcolm, the owner, really knows what he’s doing. I originally joined for aesthetic goals, but over time I learned how important real core strength and mobility are - and I’ve honestly enjoyed that shift in mindset. The atmosphere is supportive, focused, and accountable in a positive way. The classes are varied throughout the day, the membership options are flexible, and the app makes everything easy to book. I joined the the gym towards the end of June and all I can say is 10/10!! From my first consult with Coach Malcolm, I knew this was the gym I needed to join! They hold you accountable and push you to be the best version of yourself which is what I needed. I was at the heaviest I had ever been and other gym’s never made me feel as comfortable or motivated as this one. Since joining and working out with Malcolm, Kyle and Dre I have dropped a whole 13lbs and gotten much stronger(💪🏾 😊) and found myself again.I am definitely looking to achieving more fitness goals!!!

I've been coming here for a couple months now and I highly recommend. I take the noon classes with Bri and they're great! It's a perfect mix of HIIT, cardio, functional fitness, and strength training. Bri is a fabulous coach and prioritizes variety. I am fighting for my life in nearly every class, but it's worth it.

I joined this gym in December. All of the coaches are amazing and hold you to your workout. Because I am an early bird, I workout at 5am with Coach Dre, and have completed over 80 sessions to date. My daughter attends evening sessions. I enjoy the smaller groups, the workout rotations, and the focused sessions (upper body, lower body, cardio, abs and full body).

10 out of 10. Period. From reaching out for my first consult with Coach Malcolm to signing up and going regularly with Dre I've really enjoyed I Am/ I Can. The gym is clean, they have everything you need and they meet you where you are while pushing you to be your best. You know the coaches are knowledgeable and it's such a welcoming vibe. The app is so easy and makes signing up for class simple and easy to manage. There are plenty of classes and I choose the super early 5am and actually look forward to it. This place is great. I started a few weeks ago and I'm really impressed. I'm probably a personal trainers worst nightmare. I'm hard of hearing, have balance issues, severely nervous, accident prone and probably the most insane job schedule known to man that often time changes on a whim. However, everyone here has been incredibly patient and accommodating at every turn. The people are all very diverse and there is always a good vibe. I really appreciate the time and effort everyone here puts in.

I'll give a short, then a long version.
Short verison: If you're looking for a gym with great knowledgeable coaches, a wide variety of workouts and training regiments, and a great support system, this is the place.
Long version: I've been going to I Am/I Can for almost 6 months now, and I can confidently say that this has been some of the best progress I've made physically than all of my previous years training on my own. Malcolm and the rest of his staff take great care every day keeping a clean, safe, fun environment to train in.
From the small group workouts (around 6 people max per group), to the possibility for 1:1 sessions, to occasional group outings like hiking or weekend boot camps, I've been able to find more joy in working out here than years past. Every member of the gym (including every member of the staff) is supportive of one another and super positive to the point that it truly feels like a community no matter what time of day or sessions you attend.
There is great care taken to give a wide variety of exercises from pure conditioning, to strength training, or circuit boot camps. There are also often new additions like most recently, a stretching/replenishing class, and a weekend dance fitness class.
And to top it all off, it's all managed from a really easy to use app for scheduling and reserving time slots.
I could continue to go on about more positives of the gym, but I'd say just reach out and go to a class! From the first session I had with Malcolm, I was sold on the gym and their mission. I'm looking forward to continuing my time with the gym and seeing more results 💪🏿

I joined I AM/I CAN Gym over the summer and love my experience! I've been going to this gym for almost a year now, and I can honestly say this Gym is PHONOMENAL!! By far one of the best gyms I've ever attended. All of the coaches are excellent and extremely knowledgeable.
I love the small group format, it allows the coaches to give EVERYONE the attention they need throughout the workout and ensure you have the proper technique for the exercises. Every workout is well planned and challenging.

Now here’s my longer review. I’m truly blown away by this gym and Malcolm’s approach with his clients. I’ve been with I Am/I Can Strength and Conditioning Gym for the past month and since starting, I’ve noticed a difference in my strength and form when doing certain exercises or movement. I’ll break down my biggest hitters since joining: Coach Malcolm Strapp himself and flexibility with scheduling on the app.
Whether you call him Coach Strapp, Coach, Malcolm, or a combination of either, he’s going to be your guy. I categorize him as one of the titans in my personal trainer Rolodex. He puts his clients first and makes sure each exercise is clearly demonstrated and then makes sure your form is correct to prevent injuries. He’s personable, understanding, and challenges clients to push forward when training when it comes to weights. He’s also fostered a great community of clients who are encouraging and who are a joy to meet and work out with.
Lastly, the app. The app is AMAZING! Using it is so straightforward and intuitive. You can tell the business invested in the functionality of the app to give clients as the users a smooth experience when using it to schedule sessions or cancel. You can also communicate with Coach Strapp through the app. He’s super responsive if you need to reach out to him about any changes to your session.

Great gym, great trainers. I have been going here for about 5 months. I've lost 13lbs. Gained confidence in myself, my abilities in and out the gym. It was a struggle in the beginning with my body and mind resisting; Making me believe I couldn't do it. But with Malcom and Bri, they have helped push through "one rep at a time". It’s extremely clean, well ventilated and in a great central location in the city.
There’s a variety of equipment that suits our workouts and my trainer, Coach Strapp is amazing!! He keeps each session engaged and is everything you’d expect a trainer to be: professional, patient and understanding of each person’s needs.
The cherry on top is the app, which is used to schedule sessions and handle payment. The whole process is seamless.

I have been a member of I Am/I Can since April this year and it’s been a great experience. It’s not always easy to walk into a gym as a plus size woman and feel like you belong there but I never experienced any other feeling than support and pride. I have had the pleasure of working with Malcom since he was a trainer at LA Fitness and really enjoyed his training style.
Before Malcom, I had tried many other trainers in the Atlanta area but he turned out to be the trainer that quickly realized my capacity and limitations and gradually pushed me to get closer to my true potential. When he left LA Fitness to open up his own gym, it was a no brainer for me that I need to move to a new gym too!
Malcom has a solid scientific and meticulous approach towards training. From warmups, logging your weights and the time you spend on each workout, to the final stretch and cool down, he always makes sure that you have a good set of workouts and you are pushing yourself
close to your limit, while not burning yourself out!

Coach Strapp is very attentive and knowledgeable. Definitely one of a kind in his field. He takes his time and listens to ensure the best outcome for his clients. Very perfessional and punctual. I've been a client of Coach Strapp for 2 months now and I am definitely stronger than I think I have ever been. My push-ups are even better because they were no existent before (the struggle was real). I recently had a knee injury (not at the gym) and I let Coach know and he took his time to help me rehab my knee and even shared some additional info for me to use to aid in my recovery. Thanks to his expertise he has been a big contributer of my recovery and he has helped me become stronger and more confident in my abilities to do movements I don't think I would have ever been able to do on my own.

If you are looking for a skilled, professional, and motivating coach, look no further! Malcolm listened to my goals and created a detailed guide for me to achieve them. He pays close attention while you are training to make sure your technique is on point to avoid any injury. He also pushes you PAST your limit each time. There is no way I would be able to push myself like he does. As a woman, I get weary with having male trainers but, he definitely has surpassed anything I could have wanted in a trainer. If you have been thinking about outsourcing for your fitness goals, definitely come here!! Also the gym is amazing!! Very well kept and has great equipment!
