We help men and women become the best versions of themselves, primarily through educating them, helping relieve and eliminate pain, as well as improve their mobility and movement patterns.

Giving someone the ability to move (without pain) ultimately improves their overall life, lifestyle, and if they partake in Tennis and/or Golf playing at a higher level and doing so without hurting afterwords is priceless!

Impact Training is a fun place to workout. The gym has a family atmosphere , full of jokes, encouragement, and keeps you accountable. Andre is always available and dedicated to helping his clients reach their goals. Extremely covid safe, so you’re able to train online or in the gym and feel comfortable. Definitely worth trying!

I found Impact Training after a long search for a good trainer back in 2014. I was out of shape and felt lethargic; long story short, with Andre’s help I changed my eating habits and his workouts resulted on significant improvements on my muscle tone, flexibility, waistline, and energy.
What I also like about Impact Training is that Andre will customize a plan and work around your schedule, plus you can control how much effort and time to put into workouts and diet. One may not have to quit a favorite meal; but eat better.
My two final points: lower risk of injury, as he designs warm ups and stretch sessions with adequate workouts for your body type/needs; and time savings, with online choices, and most importantly, you don’t have to think about a workout routine, just show up!
Great choice for a balanced personal/professional lifestyle.

Highly recommend virtual training with Andre. I had been an β€œin studio” client and was concerned about getting the same level of training going to remote sessions. I like it better! Less prep to get to and from the gym. Puts time back in my day. Andre makes sure you have the gear you need and still provides detailed coaching so you get the most benefit from your workout. And you still get to see your workout buddies via Zoom. Andre keeps it light and positive as you bust it to make progress on your goals. Try it, it’s awesome!

I have been with Impact Training LLC for several years. As I worked through a torn ACL and just getting older, I couldn't continue with the "big box" gyms. They just can't meet your personal needs. I am challenged, accommodated, and find community in the small group settings. One lesson I have learned when dealing with aches, pains, and health questions, Andre is always right !! Don't tell him I said that.

I love the group sessions, which are small enough to get to know everyone and get some personal attention from the outstanding trainer, Andre Coman. The facility is top notch and the workouts target all muscle groups and include cardio. Both my running and my golf have improved with Andre's help.

When I first joined Fitness Revolution Roswell I didn't know exactly what to expect. I thought it was going to feel like an exercise class at the gym (which I have never been a huge fan of). But what I found was something so much more fun and interesting and a community of people that has been built by Andre (who is an amazing trainer and generally a positive and happy person to be around) and his wife Diedre (who is an amazing nutritionist and chef). The "Fit Fam" as Andre calls it is a source of constant comradierie. I absolutely love the format of the classes. They are bootcamp style group classes that I attend, but he also offers private and semi-private personal training as well. Andre creates a different circuit of exercises every other day - I've been going for over a year and I've never seen a repeat. It never gets boring, it moves quickly and the music adds a great motivator to keep you moving and adds to the fun atmosphere. Think ropes, squats, lunges, kettle bells, planks, bosu balls, ladder pulls, bands etc. In addition to the classes offered Andre & Diedre also host grocery store tours, cooking demonstrations and offer several challenges through the year that really kick your motivation into gear. The most recent challenge came complete with a four week meal plan and some of the most delicious recipes I've ever tried straight from Chef Coman's kitchen. Andre and Deidre are always available to their "Fit Fam" via email, text and Facebook. Really, I just can't say enough about how wonderful this gym has been for me. It has transformed my exercise life as well as elevated my healthy eating to a whole new level. I look forward to my classes every week and couldn't imagine life without Andre, Deidre and the "Fit Fam" in it.

I have been working out with Andre for almost 10 years and everyday he surprises me. I am a stay at home mom but my degree is in exercise physiology and the techniques he describes and the manipulations he uses continue to impress me.

Andre is constantly updating his knowledge at conferences and online education. His adaptation for body type, injury, age, sport, condition level and movement restrictions allows those in his class to get the best movement with the best results and with the least amount of potential for injury.

I have had better results with him than any other class or personal instruction. Besides really understanding the body and movement, he makes the class fun and everyday more interesting than the last. I would recommend him to anyone at any age and any fitness level without reservation!

I have been going to Fitness Revolution - Roswell for roughly 18 months. I take the group boot camp 2-3 days per week. I love the variety and intensity of the workouts. Even though you are in group setting, Andre (owner) takes the time to know the capabilities of each of his 'students' so you feel like you're getting a personalized workout each time. The workouts never get dull and provide a great combination of both cardio and strength training.
