It's an efficient workout! I took the intro Intown Pilates Atlanta and think it was a great way to get familiar before jumping into the regular class. Really surprised how sore I am the next day after a class. Wish instructors would spend more time correcting positions is my only critique.

I have been taking class and private lessons at Intown Pilates for at least 5 years now and it is a fantastic studio. I am a former Pilates teacher so I know a good studio and this is one of the best. All of the teachers are great to work with and very well trained.

You really can't go wrong with any of the instructors whether for privates sessions or any of the classes. One the best things about all of the instructors is they all focus on continuing educations and bring the new ideas and techniques to their teaching.

The facility is well run and always in impeccable condition. They have an excellent variety of equipment as well.

The location is great too as there is usually plenty of parking.

When I complete a Pilates class, I always feel a great sense of accomplishment. Pilates is my secrete weapon against aging. The best "chick workout" most men can't do. Thank you Intown Pilates Atlanta for keeping me on point.

I have been a Pilates devotee since it first came to Atlanta, and for the past several years I have been going to Intown Pilates Atlanta, which is the best! The instructors are excellent. I love the advanced mat and tower classes, and the private instruction is fantastic. Ellen, the owner, does a wonderful job of keeping the studio up to date on the latest techniques, while also keeping the focus of instruction on the core principles. I highly recommend this studio.

Loved the instructors, but....

I wish it hadn't been such a frustrating experience, but between the multiple errors in the class fliers and the management's unwillingness to help find/ coordinate a time so my friend and I could work out together, it just got too stressful.

My two cents- If you have a "workout buddy" you want to do sessions with at this studio, I highly encourage you to go in together, sign up together, & book in your "orientation" classes together.

I have been taking private lessons at Intown Pilates for the past two months, and wow! I can already see and feel such a difference in body tone and muscle mass that I could never achieve through my favorite workout activity - running - alone. I learned that Pilates works very small muscle groups. The first time I went, I thought "Huh. I didn't work up a sweat and didn't get my heart rate up. So, this isn't much of an exercise routine." But, then I woke up the next day so sore I had a hard time getting out of bed! I was strengthening muscles I didn't know I had. In two months, my body has tightened up considerably and I've gone from a size 6 to a size 2-4. I could never have done that just by running.

Jessica, my instructor, is fabulous! She gives very clear instructions and watches me the entire time to ensure I use correct form. And, she gives me lots and lots of encouragement!

I had never done Pilates before going to Intown Pilates, but I can tell you the friendly ladies at Intown have made me a life-long devotee of this fabulous fitness activity. I highly encourage you to try it!

Intown Pilates is excellent! I have been going for private sessions for over a year. I highly recommend to anyone that is either starting to workout or wants to add a twist to your current workout routine. My body shape has been transformed in a healthy way.
