Faith , hope , caring . Seem to be the best words to describe Iron Tribe . I say this because of the community that surrounds this place . It doesn’t make any difference if your a beginner or a professional body builder to be part of this exciting community. Each coach has a characteristic that makes each workout fun . Dexter is the pretty boy with a BIG HEART , Darian wants to be a comedian when he grows up ( lol) . Marty’s a mommas boy who loves wearing fee-tie pjs . Last but not least is the sweetest young lady Megan who has abs of Steele . There no other place that actually cares about you !! At Iron tribe at Johns creek these wonderful people care about your health. No matter what your going through they will be by your side all the way .

I’ve worked out at a lot of different gyms and a few different crossfit gyms, but none have compared to Irontribe. This gym is always clean, plenty of space to exercise, the weights are in good shape, etc, but what makes this gym so great is the community.

EVERYONE there is so friendly and welcoming! The coaches know everyone’s names, are very helpful and intentional with each person. For those who are intimidated at working out at a crossfit gym for the first time, I understand that, but the community really does help significantly with that. You get people of all calibers of fitness here, and the coaches help a lot with form and scaling workouts to your needs.

In the end I would say, just try it for a month or two; it will be worth it. I promise.

They call it the happiest gym and it really is. The coaches are very nice and supportive as are the members. The gym is very clean, the equipment is in excellent condition, and there is proper spacing/plenty of cleaning supplies provided. They have an amazing scale called the inbody which measures your weight but it also measures your muscle mass. That's a great benefit for anyone looking to lose weight and/or build muscle. Everytime I go I sweat hard and feel so accomplished when I leave. I definitely recommend this facility.

Caring Coaches, Correct Form and Calculated Results. Over the years I have been a member of many Gym's and Fitness programs. Only one has provided the 3 items listed above as part of their program. The coaches at this location speak to you, and get to know you. Theses coaches ensure correct form to limit injury and modify any exercise to fit any impairment or limitation a person has. Finally, through the diet portion, if you follow the meal plan, which helps you know what to eat, when to eat and how much to eat, your objectives and goals are calculated and adjustments are made to help you achieve your goals. Iron Tribe in Johns Creek is less like a gym and more like a party where everyone's invited – and the dress code is sweat! The staff? So friendly I'm starting to think they mistake everyone for long-lost best friends. They cater to every need; you want a pep talk? They've got you. Can't find your water bottle? They'll sniff it out like gym-bloodhounds.

It's the only place where "feeling the burn" somehow turns into "feeling like part of a wacky fitness family". Warning: Side effects of joining may include excessive smiling, newfound muscles, and a suspicious urge to high-five strangers.

Big fan of ITF. Never belonged to a gym before and was never interested. Tried out some of the free workouts when they were first opening and really enjoyed the methods and approach. Now, five years later, I'm still certain to get at least three and up to five workouts in each week. I have been going to ITJC now for 15 months. I go 5 days a week. Darian is my coach. He is a very nice guy, supportive, encouraging, and funny at times.
He looks after me re: more difficult or heavy stuff, and of course RM efforts, the regular things I work through by myself. This works for me.
After I hurt my back on a 220 lbs deadlift I am back at 205 lbs. I am happy about that. However, I am seriously struggling with upper body strength. I am working hard, but progress is really slow. I hope coach Darian will find a recipe for success.
Everyone there is very friendly and welcoming, and it is amazing, that manager Marty remembers everyone's name and greets every member walking in the door by name.
ITJC is not only a CrossFit gym. As Prime member, you can have any exercise program created for your personal needs. Just be courageous and walk in the door.

I have been at IT Johns Creek for one year. Coach Taylor got me interested in lifting (for me) heavy weights, and so far, I was able to progress in several areas. Something new and exciting for me!
The atmosphere is great, the people are nice and supportive, you can ask questions and get support when needed.
Their Inbody tests showed that I built muscle and reduced body fat to an almost excellent range for my age.
I am a 62 year old female, and came from a small Physical Therapy Studio, where I had 1:1 personal training for 2 years. At first, the place was rather intimidating. A huge hall, deafening music, totally muscular trainers, lots of barbells and free weights, ...., nothing I had been used to at all.
Well, I started with 3 days Prime classes, I now do 4 x Prime, and just this week added 1 x Power class.
I am motivated and disciplined regarding my workouts. However, I need being held accountable and the support of a trainer. I get this at Iron Tribe. A good place to be.

I joined IronTribe Johns Creek in November because I was tired of feeling weak and pathetic. I had never done anything like this and the trainers were very patient in teaching me all the proper form and movements. Each workout is created so that anyone can do it, regardless of fitness level. And everyone at the Tribe is very friendly and encouraging, so it's fun to chase each other's numbers and see how everyone progresses. And I love that it starts and ends on time. The environment the coaches create is great. From the music selection to the random shouts of encouragement. The whole environment pushes me to try harder every time. They generally explain all exercises very clearly and break the most complex moves into easy to replicate. They care about form and they show you how to properly do it. This was the first nutrition and fitness plan that I have done in over 20 years that I saw real results and almost immediately. I did the 6-week challenge and lost 20 pounds and gained strength, muscle definition, energy, and self-confidence. I felt so much better - lighter physically and emotionally. The workouts are challenging, fresh and new all the time - so I'm always working and strengthening different muscles, some I didn't even know I had! And such a great team of coaches - friendly, fun, and encouraging and always there to help make sure you know what to do and are using the correct form in the workout. I also can't say enough good things about the nutrition plan. It was easier than any other plan to stick to, I was never hungry. I missed a few things but once I was at a healthy weight, I could start adding those things back in. So, it wasn't really a diet, as much as improving my quality and quantity of eating and has become a lifestyle change to me. It's been 2 years now and I have only gained back around 5 pounds - but that was due to relaxing my eating standards (too much!) and making too many exceptions over the holidays for sweets and processed foods. Back on track now!

I joined Iron Tribe at Johns Creek over one year ago and have to say it has exceeded all my expectations. After years of neglecting my physical fitness, a good friend of mine convinced me to give Iron Tribe a try and I am glad to say I did! I have lost more pounds in 5 weeks than I did a whole year at Burn Boot Camp. The difference is the accountability, meal plan and workouts. The coaches at ITF are personable, knowledgeable and fun. I was curious why this place get 4.9 stars at google review. I tried....and here I am giving them 5 stars too! There are reasons why people give them 5 stars.
Crews here, they are just nice people. People who come here are decent. They try to make the atmosphere positive and bright. I joined the 6weeks program, I enjoyed it a lot. Though I have to say, It is pricier than the regular gym, but remember, you get what you pay for!

Members and crews are responsible and trusting each other. People work together to keep things clean, they will never give you the hard time with Covid related rules. People trust each other and understanding one another. That was my impression. It is a good community there!

I have 3 young kids, a full time job, and haven't worked out regularly in YEARS...and Iron Tribe still helped me lose 22 pounds in 6 weeks! The workouts are so easy to learn and scale with the more you get in shape. I am SO happy with the results of my 6 week challenge and the great team at Iron Tribe Fitness Johns Creek. I lost about 15lbs and feel SO much better about how I look and how my clothes fit. I have biceps! Who knew!! ;) The workouts are awesome, challenging but fun, great staff/trainers, and the meal plan was key for me. I have been going to Iron Tribe for about six months. Prior to that, I had been in crossfit for about 4 years with increasing pain in my body after workouts. (Pain is different then soreness). In these 6 months I have grown to love this style of working out. They are very similar to crossfit - They are still tough and I still get sore, but the kicker here is I am not in pain. My goal is to never feel pain (love being sore though) from doing my body good and I’ve found that here. The coaches are the best!!

I had just turned 50 years old, been a diabetic for about 3 years and was looking for a more healthy lifestyle. I never understood how I should be eating or working out. I always thought being active (not necessarily working out) would offset my poor eating habits.

Iron Tribe posted the 6 week challenge on Facebook the day after my 50th and I noticed the word nutrition. I thought nutrition is important for a diabetic and I really need classes to push me to work out routinely so I went to see what it was about and joined immediately after. The experience has been outstanding. I followed the 6 week challenge to the letter and lost 30.7 lbs. during the 6 weeks. I really couldn’t believe it worked that well and I felt that I was still eating more than ever. After the 6 weeks was over, I wanted to figure out what was next….Keep eating the foods, cheat some, but maintain a steady weight loss. I am constantly thinking about what and how I eat every meal.

Setbacks can happen (Achilles surgery due to a 5 year old bone spur) and meals don’t go as planned but I continue to keep looking forward to that next workout and meal to get on track.

I am not the most social person however the best part is that I really can’t wait to get on the app and schedule a workout. The Iron Tribe coaches and the encouragement I receive from the members are the best part. Without the guidance and support, I would never have made it as far as I have. All the coaches put me in the best position to do the work and reach my goals.

IronTribe. Wow. It was just the name of a place to me last May. I wasn’t sure about signing up for the 6 Week Challenge, but I knew I need to do something. I figured it was only six weeks and having the summer off as a teacher, if it didn’t work it was no big deal.

I’m also a HS football and baseball coach. I preach discipline, effort and accountability. My problem was that I was not being disciplined myself and was not holding myself accountable. IronTribe helped me with that. The first month was brutal. I was sore from the workouts, my diet had changed dramatically, I went on a mission trip to the Dominican Republic and a family vacation at the beach. But through all that, I was losing weight, gaining strength and feeling better. I haven’t missed going to at least three classes a week since I started. I have to thank Coach Dexter for that. At one morning class in July, he greeted me and asked how I was doing. I said I wasn’t feeling like this was going to be a good workout because I was dragging. He said the only bad workout is the one you don’t do. That along with the fact that my son was going through Officer Candidates School for the US Marines Corps kept me getting out of bed for the workouts. Remembering what Dexter said about just showing up and knowing that what I was doing was not nearly as difficult as what my son was going through was all the motivation I needed.

Now, after seven months I couldn’t be happier that I chose IronTribe. It’s been a great place to workout with awesome coaches and the other members have always been helpful and encouraging! My body has transformed. I’ve lost 81 pounds and have had to buy a whole new wardrobe, but that’s only part of it. I feel healthier, stronger and my knees that were “cranky” don’t bother me at all now. I also teach and coach better than I did.

If you’re not sure where to start your journey, I can honestly say that IronTribe is the place. Good luck and know that IronTribe will help you with your goals!

Detailed : Having a history of Asthma I was never in great shape but at the beginning of 2019 I probably was in the worst I've been in my life. I have the same excuses forever ... I'll get to it when I have time.. I can lose it when I want to etc.

I joined on a recommendation of a friend who was able to meet his goals. Coming into it you always think these "challenges" are always stacked against you. I'm happy to say that I was completely wrong. Even being slowed down by an early hamstring injury (embarrassingly enough it was the first jump rope jump I did in class) I was about to meet my own personal goal and more.

Throughout the whole process the coaches were extremely supportive. When I was injured they figured out different exercises that I could do in class while i recovered. They constantly are on the lookout to give you tips while working out to make you more efficient. And one of the best things I personally felt about the gym (As it's one of my biggest pet peeves in a lot of modern gyms) is that the coaches really take in your goals in mind and aren't there yelling at you to the point of injuring yourself.

So all in all an amazing experience. All of the coaches are friendly and knowledgeable. The way the structure the gym's culture has all the team members encouraging and helping each other. Multiple times i've seen long time gym members talk to new ones and make them feel at home.

Even if you are tight on time just take my experience as a guide. I followed the diet and only once did any exercise outside the 3 workouts a week plan and I completed the challenge!

Hands down best fitness program/family/gym I ever was part off. I have lost over 20pounds in 6 week and changed my way of dieting completely. Before the program I even tried eating healthier and no matter what I used to go to the bathroom almost immediately so about 6-10 times a day just depending on the food I eat that day. Now my digestive system significantly improved to go 1-2 per day. You may or may not loose as much as I did however I did weight over 280lbs now I am in low 260s and looking forwards to next goal of 230. With their program I know I will get there. The workouts and how you can schedule workouts what fits your schedule is awesome using modern technology and apps , so convenient and easy and all your workouts and data are stored so you know how you are improving. Numbers don't lie, I have become stronger , leaner , and more energetic in these 6weeks than I have in long time. I used to go to DD each morning and drink and XL coffee just to start...w ITF I have not drank coffee at all simple because I do not need it as I have energy all day after a workout. Worrying about some injuries you are lagging? No worries the coaching staff will work with you to find a solution for you as their goal is for you to keep moving! Hey if a pregnant lady can work out at 5am you can too! I feel sad that I will not continue using this gym as I am moving half way across the world , however coach Darian, Marty, Dex and Meg thank you for pushing me/us everyday and for the teaching that I can continue ...I guess I will just have to imagine Darian telling “next station” in my head 🤷‍♂️😂

Iron Tribe Fitness is great, definitely the best gym i ever attended. About 3 month ago, my friend Wei told me about this gym and its 6 weeks challenge. The challenge is to lose either 25lbs or 6% body fat rate in 6 weeks in order to get your $500 refund. It sounds impossible to me, so I didn't join at that time. after 6 weeks, my friend accomplished it, the result is incredible. So when he asked me to join this time, i decided to go for it. After discussing the details with Darian, the challenge begins.
The work out classes are tough, but the coaches are very professional and helped me getting use to it. Special thanks to Coach Darian, Dex, Marty and Megan, you guys are really awesome. Also everyone in ITF is very supportive, it feels like we are in a big family.
Following the meal plan is more difficult than i expected especially during the holiday season. luckily I managed to do that. the result is great, I lost 25 Lbs in 6 weeks.
If you want to change your body in a healthy way, stop hesitating , talk to Darian, go for it, you won't regret your choice.

Hands down the best fitness gym in Johns Creek. I have joined the 6 weeks challenge twice, and I lost over 12% body fat over 13 weeks. The result was amazing, and it worked!! The coaches are EXTREMELY supportive and very helpful through my journey in Iron Tribe. The members are also very friendly and you will not feel left out here. All the people are there to help you to improve, one step a time. If there's a certain work out that you cannot do , the coaches will modify it for you so you can still do it, too. There are 2 things that make Iron Tribe different from other gyms - the coaches and the members!
The coaches are THE BEST!! They are encouraging, motivating, and great at working with everyone, no matter their fitness level. The members are also very encouraging and friendly.
I’m not a traditional gym person but Iron Tribe is different. I’ve not always felt comfortable at gyms in the past but at Iron Tribe, there’s no judgement and it’s just an all around positive environment. A lot of gyms don’t care if you show up. I have worked out at multiple types of gyms (crossfit gyms, LifeTime, Crunch, etc.) and this is BY FAR the best place I've ever found! You immediately feel like family. The trainers are SO attentive to you and will modify the workout to fit your needs and abilities. After having kids and taking a few years off working out I was intimidated to first step through the doors, but I immediately felt welcomed and comfortable. "I LOVE IRON TRIBE!!!!" -this is what I usually say to my husband whenever I get home from working out at Iron Tribe.

I come from a heavy sports background, including D1 soccer, and I can still feel a little anxious when joining a new gym. HOWEVER, that feeling quickly went away when I walked in the doors and started a Push class here. The coaches are great, the people here are awesome, the environment is fun, and I have gotten so much stronger in the past year and a half.

The members here are in all stages of their fitness journey, and the coaches really do push and motivate you to reach your goal, no matter how small. It's the best when you want to be able to do 5 continuous pull-ups, you reach that goal, and your coaches and workout buddies get just as excited as you are. Who wouldn't want that?!

If you have experienced ‘CrossFit’ in another setting and walked away with a less than stellar view, or with injuries from being pushed too hard, give Iron Tribe a try. ITF may be a ‘CrossFit’ workout, but there is no pushing you beyond where you need to be, or yelling that you are too weak. I joined ITF almost 6 months ago after a friend talked me into trying out their “challenge”. I was very hesitant and uncomfortable at first with this type of gym. I was also very worried about my bad knee from a car accident 11 years ago. Until recently, I was never able to do lunges or squats without pain. Although I started working out a little over 2 years ago, it was just in the last 6 months at ITF that I have seen the most results. I no longer worry or think about knee pain. I am amazed at how far I have come. I love how the coaches make you feel welcome and surround you with encouragement. It is great to see all ages and walks of life represented. This place has changed me and I have never felt so good. I can’t believe that I am now addicted and try to go as often as I can. I was never that kind of person. I joined the Tribe in March of 2016. I was scared to death to walk in the doors. I was out of shape and thought there was no way I would be able to do the workouts. I came in during a challenge they offered and gave it a shot. It was hard, but the coaches surrounded me and modified each work out specifically for what I needed. Never have been anything even close to a "gym person" but started at Iron Tribe nearly 3 years ago and haven't looked back!
The coaches are extremely fun and helpful and quickly erased the intimidation factor of entering the classes.
Every day is a different workout which helps to avoid the monotony I had experienced trying to exercise on my own.
The community withing the gym is a great group of people who are open, friendly, and consistent. It quickly transforms working out from what used to be a grind into a fun environment of encouragement and friendly competition.

Iron Tribe is a really special place. You walk in and you don't just see young people, you see people of all ages, and with different fitness backgrounds. Along with that the coaches do everything to bond with you, answering different questions you may have and helping you understand what ms going on with the workouts while also pushing you in a safe direction.

I played competitive sports all through college, but working out had always been a necessary evil to get ready for the next season. Since joining IronTribe - Johns Creek 10 weeks ago, I've seen my body respond & change quite rapidly. I can honestly say it's the first time in my life I've ever enjoyed and looked forward to working out. The coaches are personable, engaging, and motivating. I've made great friends quickly and the accountability & competition from them and the app have made me (and my wife who started with me) a huge raving fan!!!

I have been going to Iron Tribe for 6 months now. I love it! I am not new to working out, but was looking for a change. This gym offers such variety in the workouts that I never feel like I’m doing the same thing week after week. I am challenged and compelled to bring my best effort to the class everyday. The coaches are supportive, amazing, and push you to go just a little further than you think you can. I have seen weight loss and muscle tone, but most of all my strength increase so much! I highly recommend anyone to come try it out!

I've been a member since the first week they opened this location. I keep coming back because of the Excellent coaching Staff, the family atmosphere of the gym and the relationships that I've formed with the other members. Great workouts and I'm done in 45 minutes.

I have been a member of Iron Tribe Fitness for almost 3 years now! I have tried other gyms and regimens, but nothing seemed to work until Iron Tribe! I can’t say anything but positive things about Iron Tribe. Every time I walk through the doors, I feel so welcomed and embraced by the coaches. They put so much time and effort in working with you on your fitness and helping you reach goals that you once believed were never achievable! Being a member of Iron Tribe is much more than just being a “member” of a gym, it is truly my second family, and I would never workout anywhere else! So come on in and join the tribe!
