Really great classes, people, and environment! I started with the six week challenge and moved into strength training, and everyone is incredibly welcoming and supportive. The accountability is really nice and every trainer is so helpful while still pushing you! They’ve helped me so much with my form and dialing in on my nutrition to see the results I’m working towards. Lovely experience overall!

I love Ironwood so much. It’s a different kind of gym in the best way. The coaches really care and want to see you succeed. They lead every class and hold you accountable to do the work and push through the barriers of discomfort and self doubt. I recently had a period of downtime and they never one made me feel anything other than understanding and encouragement to get back to it. It’s not easy, consistency is key, and if you show up and do the work you will see results.

Ironwood is different than anywhere else I have been. Every workout is coach led. They know your name, your goals, and your tough spots. They push when you need pushed and modify where needed. Will not go here. I spent 20minutes on the phone with a rep who told me "we will put this on hold until your serious about this.." when I asked him roughly how much it would cost. I told him I'm very serious about my health goals, but didn't want to waste his time or my time meeting in person without knowing how much it would cost to use them. He proceeded to tell me to call him back when I'm ready.. very unprofessional.

I love Ironwood I started in June 2023 and go M-F and I love every second of it!!I have lost 9lbs in 6 weeks and have lost body fat and the results are insane! I see a big difference from when I started!! I love each trainer! I work out more with Dex and let me you tell you he plays no games!!!He pushes you and motivates you the entire workout! I came to Ironwood Fitness to get help getting over being stuck on this plateau for 3 weeks. I wasn’t loosing any more weight despite exercising 5-6 days a week and sticking to a 1,200 cal diet, all while watching my macros. After two weeks at Ironwood Fitness, I broke thru my plateau. I have to say the guidance given, the classes, and just the energy all around is nothing less than AWESOME! Yes, you get pushed to the limits, but it’s great to see what you’re capable of when you show up and hold yourself accountable. I walk out of every work out knowing there are no limits for me! If you want to read please do. Long story short this works GREAT. I started my 6 weeks thinking let’s see if this will work. After handing over the money to start the free trial I was dedicated. I was doing three classes a week for 1 hour classes. You can do more if you want. The owners and the coaches are all amazing. You have to see for yourself. They do your body measurements before you do a class to get a base line. The meal planning they give you and the easy to use app is amazing when you can’t make it to the gym. During the 6 weeks I had to go out of town for two of the weeks. We all know that vacation/work trip is not the time you want to eat right and or work out. I tried to do both as much as I could. So my 6 weeks were 4 weeks. I lost 13lbs and 4 percent body fat and feel great. If you want to make a change in your life give this a try. 0 risk to you. You will love it and you will see the gains. If you want a gym that actually personalizes your experience and personal trainers (yes, PERSONAL trainers) that actually care and want to see you achieve your goals, look no farther than Ironwood!! I never wanted to go to gyms because of the atmosphere. I didn’t like the idea of there being a hundred people judging me on how I was working out. Here you can literally get one-on-one training that fits YOUR goals. Not just machines sitting around and you have to figure it out on your own. Small class sizes, custom meal plans, and genuinely nice people make this place a diamond in the rough!! Go get started now! You’ll only regret it if you don’t.

I have really enjoyed working out at Ironwood. I have always enjoyed working out and have done CrossFit, Bodyplex or just enjoying my runs. However, with Ironwood, I have been committed to my workouts more than I have in the past. The small classes makes it feel personal. I have lost 30 pounds overall and gained muscle. Ironwood has been a vital part of my journey. I have lost 27lbs in the weeks I've been with them. I am 56 and I run into a few issues every now and then, vertigo being a big one. The instructors have been patient and understanding and make adaptations to routine exercises to compensate for the vertigo issues. Its been a wonderful experience.

The Ironwood Family is a great group. The trainer James is very encouraging and supportive. He offers flexibility to the workouts to work well with different body types and fitness levels. I started with James back in May. As of today I’ve lost over 30 lbs. and 17 inches. I’m finally putting myself FIRST.
I work out with James before work at 6 am. Just could not get back home and get ready and get to work on time. So I ask James if he could and world do a 5 am with me. He said yes. And he was thinking oh this won’t last long. Well as of today 5 am is one of the best attended classes James has. I have another family my Ironwood Family. James has help and walk through the weight lost with me. Teaching me how and what to eat. I feel so much better. Still not where I want to be but I know my Ironwood Family and James is right there with me.
I’ve never done a walk or run Marathon but Thanksgiving my husband and my self did the 3mile Turkey Run. If it had not been for James I would not have finish in less then one hour. Thanks James for all you do. I would HIGHLY recommend James and Ironwood Fitness.

I started training at Ironwood with James in late June, he mapped out a nutrition plan that fit my needs. His workout programs are challenging and hit all areas, he pushes you so you get the most out of each workout and is great at changing it up to meet different levels. James takes his time with his clients and makes sure they get the training and support needed. The environment he has created is welcoming and makes it more like joining a family. Since beginning, James has helped me lose a total of 32 pounds, 15.5 inches lost and a total of 16% body fat gone. I haven’t found another place that tracks and maps things out like Ironwood does. James knows his stuff, I’m excited to have taken this leap of faith and join the Ironwood Family. I love this place. Workout classes are short and intense; 3 a week. When I first started I couldn't do a single squat. I am so impressed with how far I've come in these classes. Exercises are modified for the beginner. I also hired him as my personal trainer to help with my floppy upper arms and toning for my legs and butt. Shockingly my arms have improved dramatically and my butt has returned. He listens to what your goals are and puts together a workout package to help you meet those goals. BTW I'm 58 but feel 30 years younger now. Thanks James
