I was a mess physically, I was over weight and pre diabetic. When my sister approached me about using her trainer Christian, to be honest I didn’t jump on the idea. With some thought I agreed I would try and see how it worked out. 3 months later I honestly can say it’s one of the best things I did for myself. I live in upstate NY (I mean upstate near the Canadian border). We have an online zoom workout every Wednesday morning. Christian challenges me each week I am doing things that I wouldn’t have thought I could do 3 months ago. You won’t be disappointed if you sign on with Christian. Joanne

I love working with ITP Fitness and Christian as a trainer. The workouts vary every day, so I never get bored. They also do a great job keeping me motivated and on program. When my doctor told me I was pre-diabetic I knew I needed to make some lifestyle changes. I have never really felt comfortable at a gym, but knew I needed to start a regular exercise program if I wanted to meet my health goals, and I felt like I needed a trainer to help keep me accountable. A friend recommended Christian at ITP Fitness, and I’ve been training with him for over two years now. Christian is an awesome coach whose support and encouragement is inspiring and motivating. I have gained strength, and lost fat. I feel better about my physical appearance and more confident in everyday functional movement. I was able to climb up four flights of stairs with a loaded suitcase in each hand on vacation recently. Most importantly my health has very much improved and I am no longer considered at risk for diabetes. If you have health goals you are aiming to achieve, i absolutely recommend you try ITP Fitness!
