We all move and breathe, but do we all do it as well as we can? Our bodies are adaptation machines, conforming to our daily activities. Although not all adaptations are beneficial. A large portion of the population now spend the majority of their time in a seated, back rounded head forward position. All while breathing short shallow chest breaths. Incomplete movement patterns have hidden our natural movement potential. The accumulation of stress in our daily lives has locked some in a fight or flight negative feedback loop. Joints ache less when properly positioned and strengthened, sleep and digestion can improve just through various breathing techniques. Together we can uncover the hidden potential in your body.

Joe and I have been working with Joshua 3-4 years. He works with us on total body strengthening, balance, getting up from the floor. We are 81 and he keeps mobile and functioning. He is the best!

JC Functional Fitness is awesome. If you have a mobility issue, Josh can help you. He listens to your issues and then works with you to taylor a program to address the issues. He is very knowledgeable about how the body functions and the importance of proper breathing and nutrition. I highly recommend Josh as a personal trainer, mobility coach, and breath coach. He can help you reach your fitness potential!

Joshua is a fantastic movement coach. I have learned so much about my body and how to strengthen and heal it, from going to weekly sessions with him. He is kind and communicates well, pushes you to your limit without going too far. I made a list of all our workouts and stretches along with the muscles that I learned about so that I can continue my training at home. Joshua doesn't just treat people in his office, he gives them knowledge and a lasting routine for them to better their bodies and their lives in the long term. Thank you so much!

Josh is amazing and he's helped me a lot. He helped me build strength in my weaker knee from past injuries and he's also helped me improve my mobility...both of which have helped with quality of life and preventing injuries when playing rugby.
