I’ve been training at JTM for the past 18 months with Kel, and it’s been an absolutely amazing experience. The team not only knows what each individual needs to stay fit and healthy, but they also live the lifestyle themselves. Kel and Jaime look like professional bodybuilders—strong, sculpted, and the perfect embodiment of what they teach. Just being around them is incredibly motivating.

Kel makes sure every session is intense—you’ll be drenched in sweat and feel like you’ve truly pushed your limits. When I started, I was dealing with an elevated biomarker, but under their guidance, I’ve brought it completely under control.

Of course, real results require effort from both sides, but if you commit, you’ll absolutely see a transformation. Highly recommended! Keep up the phenomenal work, Jaime and Kel!

I can’t believe this workout was free! It was a very challenging, full body workout. I appreciated the fact that it was an equal mix of cardio, strength training and core. I’ve been doing Jamie’s Boot Camp for four weeks and within those weeks I’ve already lost 9 pounds! I love working out with Kelvin and Jamie. I usually want to roll my eyes knowing the workout to come, but it is always worth it after it. They will challenge you as you work, but they will also motivate you throughout the work out. They apply pressure, but not too much pressure.

I am came to Jamie very frustrated about my weight for help as I knew I could not lose it by myself after having gained 40 pounds in less than a year. And being a former gymnast for 14 years I knew I had to do something. And Jamie motivated me to start over. Kelvin also was a great part of my success. Kel at JTM Fitness has been training me for about 4-5 months now and he is awesome! I’ve had a lot of travel since I started, keeping me from the gym for a couple of weeks at a time and he always gets me back on track. His meal plans and texts throughout the week remind me to make wiser choices with my food. There are rarely more than 2-3 other people in the gym when I’m there (not counting boot camps) which allows them to really give a personalized workout. They provide lots of opportunities to network and group activities to create connections to motivate each other inside and outside of the gym. So far everyone has been really nice and I’m excited to continue my fitness journey with them!

I’m 46 y.o. and I’ve had a number or trainers over the years. These 2 just get it right! I was provided a meal plan for the first 21 days, constant guidance and motivation. The sessions are INTENSE but show up ready to work, trust the trainers and see results.
