I have been training with Chloe a little over 3 months and I am beyond excited with my results of being down a shirt and pants size ! Chloe is the type of trainer most people would want she motivates you to work hard without making it seem like you're in bootcamp. She is personable and makes an effort to get to know you and tailor workouts that best suit your needs. If you're thinking about getting into fitness program, definitely give Chloe a call.

Chloe, the owner, started out as a neighbor and I always saw her doing what she does best...getting bodies in shape. Last year, I was fortunate enough to officially meet her. Shortly after, I became a Kettell One client because her personality is just off the charts amazing and she is SUPER dedicated to her clients. It's obvious that she has a passion for what she does and it shows not only in her everyday interactions with clients but in the end results. I was preparing my body for my wedding day and I had exactly 12 weeks to get to my goal. Not only did I develop way better eating habits but I could see the difference and so could other people! Kettell One Fitness is excellent and I definitely would recommend paying them a visit if you are trying to get on the right track and stay motivated.

My 12 week program with Chloe was very successful. I built the strength I needed in a safe way and got the toned body I was dreaming of after having my first child. I am grateful for all that Chloe did for me including teaching me how to continue healthy habits and safe workout routines. I've learned to appreciate my health and my body in ways I never imagined. Any fitness regimen is mostly about you and your adherence to a plan to achieve your goals. The small percentage that isn't about you is important to get right, though! Chloe has created a judgement-free environment in her gym that has a positive vibe and great sense of community that encourages you to participate and give 100% of you to you. Personality is a huge part of that equation, and Chloe is welcoming, approachable, and energetic without the saccharine or perky industry stereotypes.
My personal goals were focused more on building strength and establishing a routine rather than nutrition monitoring and weight loss. Chloe's approach took that into account, in spite of her other clients' goals being different, and now I have much more accurate lifting form and performance than before. Let her help you work towards your goals!

I am always skeptical when trying out new programs or trainers, mostly because I never commit long enough to really see results. My experience with Kettell One Fitness has changed the way I view working out, keeps me motivated to finally achieve my goals and change my lifestyle. Chloe keeps in regular contact between session with texts and emails to keep us motivated and on track! Without a doubt, without Chloe I would be in the same boat I was in this time last year. I just finished my first 3 months with Chloe and I am ready for more! She is a smart, patient trainer who makes sure you are progressing at your own pace. The small groups create a sense of community and everyone encourages one another through the tough workouts. My first 3 months with Chloe were great! She's not the typical burly, meat head who screams in your face, trying to make you do something that you're incapable of. However, her workouts are still challenging and effective. I'm stronger and tighter than I've been in a long time. She was very attentive and motivated me to do my best. I highly recommend her services.

I completed my first 12 weeks with Chloe and was amazed at the progress that I made! Although I did not see the numbers on the scale that I'd hoped for, everything else more than made up for it! I lost 4 inches off of my waist, found that I was making healthier decisions in my everyday life and just feeling better and more positive! Everyone around me has commented that not only do I look like I've lost a lot of weight but I seem to be happier and more productive too!
Chloe is such a great trainer and really cares about you as a person. That doesn't mean she isn't going to push you farther than you think that you can go, or that you are going to love her while working out, but the results are more than worth it!
I signed up for another YEAR because I tried and failed for 3 years to get results and in 12 weeks I see the light at the end of the tunnel! I can't wait to see how far I can go, how strong I can get, and how healthy I can be with Chloe's help!

I have had many personal trainers in my life, and I say without exaggeration or falsehood that Chloe is the best I've ever had. Her knowledge of exercises and their placement within an effective routine is unrivaled. She has an unquestionable understanding of the human body, and how to tune it to reach peak levels of performance and aesthetics. Furthermore, she is an excellent motivator. The word quit and the phrase give up will never enter her vocabulary, and when you work with her it will be subtracted from yours. I strongly suggest taking any chance you get to work with her.

Chloe is an awesome trainer! Since I was a beginner, she was patient as she walked me through different exercises that worked best for me. I felt super comfortable training with her and looked forward to learning new tips at each of our sessions. She was also very flexible with our schedule, which really helped me balance both training and school. I would highly recommend Chloe!!

Chloe was an amazing personal trainer, she always pushed me to my limits and knew exactly what I needed to work on week by week. Over the course of my training with her I got a lot stronger, which helped me immensely in the two sports I played, soccer and basketball. Overall I think that Chloe is an amazing personal trainer.

I always thought personal trainers were big bulky men who yelled at you so when I first met Chloe, I wondered how on earth this tiny blonde girl could get me into shape. I had no idea what I was in for. We first started working out in person and because of a bulging disc issue, I was scared to do many exercises. Chloe was very patient with me and explained what I was going to do, why I was doing it, and what muscles I would be working. Whenever I had a question, she would talk me through the moves and even explained the science behind them. Learning what muscles are affected and how they work together has greatly improved my understanding of my body. What I love most about Chloe is that she listens to me and works with my fears instead of making me feel like I am a big baby. She pushes me to work as hard as I can but is always aware of my limits. She doesn't chastise me for having a bad eating day; she reminds me that it's a marathon, not a race, and there's always tomorrow. It's hard to see progress sometimes and if I ever I complain that I feel like I am regressing, she reminds me where I was when I started and how much I have improved. After 5 months of in-person training, I moved overseas and Chloe continued training me via Skype. She's very flexible with our sessions and I look forward to our workouts (something I never thought I would say). I feel stronger and more confident than ever. Chloe has become a friend and I would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone who is looking for an excellent trainer who really cares about her clients.

Chloe is an amazing person and an oh so amazing trainer I can honestly say that I saw improvements in my weight loss and endurance when I was working out with her, oh and my coordination and range of motion also improved. I miss her since she no longer lives in my area.

Chloe was an amazing trainer. I trained with her for a few months before going to Basic Training for the Air Force Academy, and she prepared me very well. I learned a lot from her in regards to how to work out. She is very encouraging and I had an amazing time! I would highly recommend.

The best thing about training with Chloe is that you don't even feel like you're working out. She becomes such a great friend that you look forward to every session. It also helps that she really knows what she's doing and is amazing at explaining how different muscles and tendons work together. She plays close attention to your form and provides good feedback while getting you to meet your fitness goals. I would hands down recommend her to anyone at any level with previous injuries.
