⚠️ Terrible experience – stay away!
I have never seen a place treat its customers with such disrespect. Not only is the front desk service cold and unfriendly, but when you try to cancel your membership, they keep taking money from your account illegally.

When I went there to speak up and demand my rights, instead of resolving the issue, they actually called the police on me — as if I were a threat, when I was just a frustrated customer. The worst part is that they told me, “You’re no longer a client,” and banned me from coming back.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable and deeply humiliating. It was a painful and traumatic experience that no one should ever have to go through. I strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this gym.

Starting to not like going. It has become increasingly hard since the remodel mainly past few weeks, to consistently find free weights, they always not innthe correct place, missing or it's just one and his it from light to heavy weights. Just last night couldn't find 55lb 35 in is place, missing on the other side. One 75lb or 15lb where the 85lb should be. I don't know if it's a staffing issue or visitors not re-racking their weights, lifting bars as well it was plenty nice the remodel now out of place. Hard to workout when equipment isn't where it should and supposed to be. Weights all over ther floor, drinks spilled and not cleaned. There really needs to be a better effort on reminding visitors to re-rack their equipment or perhaps the gmy needs to close early from time to time in order for the staff to get things back in order. Was my favorite LA Fitness, but I also don't mind driving to Grayson for a more organized facility.

I love the equipment, and the staff are nice enough. However this place has a German Cockaroach infestation. The pool is down more than it is open and that is the main reason I joined this supposedly hign-end gym. Outside the facility is always laden with scattered trash. I have reached out to corporate several times with no response to my concerns.very sad when I come here for wellness.

The gym itself has an absolutely ideal location right off the highway and it used to be a very clean gym. I haven’t been to this location in a while and was hoping to utilize that location with my schedule now however it is absolutely filthy. The reason the staff never gave was their understaffed however, during my workout on the cardio equipment, I could visibly see Staff sitting around chatting away instead of cleaning the filthy equipmen. The majority of the gym equipment has not been cleaned or wiped down in a very long time. It appears this location appears to be very unsanitary. It was so filthy. I didn’t even wanna finish my workout. I left after 30 minutes of cardio And went to another nearby location.

On July 14 I was charged $250 for my plan. I was told what that included to start my membership and that my next payment would be on 8/11. Less than 2 weeks later I was charged more money. $118 to be exact. I went up to the gym where I was told that no one could help me and everybody was so confused and the manager on site couldnt help with this matter . Told me to call today to speak to another manager. I called and couldn’t get an answer. Ridiculous!

Im gonna be honest: I love this gym. The things are really nice, clean, and the people are kind. They have the perfect things for a good exercise. Also, I wanted to mention my trainer, Dominic. I don’t ever do reviews unless absolutely necessary to give a good or bad one and I’m so sad I had to do this , Unfortunately, I had to cancel my membership after what started off as a promising experience. The gym itself is well-equipped and conveniently located, which I appreciated as a busy mom. One of the main reasons I joined was because of the advertised childcare — a huge selling point for parents like me.

However, the childcare experience turned out to be a major disappointment. The kids’ area was completely overcrowded, yet two significantly older children were still allowed in while I was turned away with my 2-year-old. When I asked for clarification, I was told, “You wouldn’t want to put your kid there anyway, so you should leave.” That response was not only unprofessional but also concerning.

The fact that such a large facility only staffs one person in childcare — even during busy hours — feels unsafe and irresponsible. It also made me question whether this setup is even within proper safety guidelines.

At the end of the day, I was paying for a membership I couldn’t use because there was no reliable access to the childcare I was promised. For a gym that charges premium rates, that’s unacceptable.

I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary changes to improve the safety and accessibility of their childcare services. Until then, I would not recommend this location to parents.

I am so sick of people throwing around "sexual harassment " without consideration of the criminal charges and reputational damage that can be done to a person simply because you had a disagreement with the person that had nothing to do with sex or harassment at all. When you dance in a provocatively sexual way at the gym and wear shirts that say "your dad is my cardio " on them to obviously draw attention to yourself, should be a warning to all men to put your headphones on and don't give these attention seeking women any attention what so ever. I signed up and had my son sign up for a 3 day pass to determine if this gym was a fit for us. I received a call this morning from Daniel Starobinets checking to see when I would be able to come in to view the gym. After arriving and Daniel was assisting another member, our check in was attempted by another staff. The staff then checks with Daniel and advises that since my son did not have a permit he could not use the pass. I explained that the fine print states that guests 16 and older or 13 and accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who signs the liability waiver could use the pass. Such an unorganized experience and a blank trip. The guidelines should be updated in the fine print or staff should be trained appropriately

This gym is just so filthy. The wipes to wipe machines are always empty, so it’s safe to say no one is wiping the machines (I started bringing my own). The bathrooms are filthy. I want to keep coming here but for a big gym like this, they need to be on top of cleaning more. Only reason I can’t give this gym more than three stars is because of the lack of cleanliness. Nobody seems to care to wipe the equipment down, dumbbells are scattered all over the place and the gym is visibly dirty with trash on the ground. I don’t blame the gym goers because the staff isn’t holding the gym up to a certain standard where gym goers feel like they need to keep the place clean. Staff are usually on their phones or chatting it up with folks. All im saying is… can y’all clean up a little bit? Otherwise it’s a pretty good gym
