I was very disappointed with our most recent birthday party experience. I booked the party and was told tables and chairs would be set up for us and that a “coach” would be there to help guide the kids with the equipment. We got there, nothing was set up and there was no “coach”. The attendant said “the tables and chairs are upstairs”, so my husband had to handle all of that.
Also, women’s bathrooms were dirty and didn’t have any toilet paper.

I asked the owner Missy to call me, which she did, and she apologized and explained they have made changes to prevent this from happening again. She offered to refund me 1/5 of what I paid, and then never did.

Very disappointing especially for the hefty price that I paid.

My daughter loves this gym. They focus on proper form even at the beginner level. She had attended another gym for almost a year and within 2 months of switching to Lake Country, there was drastic improvement in her cartwheels and, most importantly, her confidence!

My daughter took gymnastics there and will continue there for the foreseeable future once all this virus stuff is over. The people there are so awesome and helpful. They work so hard to make these athletes the best. I’m proud to be part of LCG. Missy loves these kids like her own.

I was visiting a family member at an Elite Gym event. I thought this place was part of the same facilities and what I thought was the main parking lot was full, so I parked there. Turns out, it's a separate facility. My mistake and I'm happy to immediately move it. What I didn't appreciate is the person who called and spoke very rudely to the nice lady at Elite who answered the phone who had nothing personally to do with me parking my car in a spot I wasn't supposed to. I also didn't appreciate the spiteful condescending note left on my vehicle. Also, the parking lot was practically empty, so they weren't in any desperate need for parking and had no call to be so rude. Disappointed in a business taking frustrations out in such a snobbish sounding way and hope this doesn't reflect the business as a whole.
