Great space to host many events. Basketball games, cheerleading competitions, archery, boating, skiing kayaking all kinds of things goes on at this facility I think they even have soccer fields and baseball fields. It's just awesome it's a great asset to the Cartersville/Rome area. Lots of hotels and food places around to choose from. Definitely a great site for events.

Only issue there is having enough staff to clean bathrooms throughout a all-day event. Bathroom should be maintained well, throughout the day.

Well equipped. Multiple sports on multiple courts occuring in concert. Clean and well staffed. Ample parking some on gravel lots. Limited handicap parking given the size of the facility. However, there is a circle drive in front for drop offs. Allow time to navigate large facility to not miss any of the action being played. Still 5 stars. More lighting in the parking lots would be a welcomed addition.

My son’s basketball team had a few tournament games at LakePoint Sports Complex over the weekend, and I was truly impressed! This place is massive, with so many courts under one roof, it’s the perfect venue for large-scale tournaments. Despite how big it is, everything felt organized and well-run. Each game started on time, and the staff did a great job keeping the flow smooth from one matchup to the next.

The facility itself is clean, bright, and comfortable for both players and spectators. The restrooms were well-maintained (which is a big deal during long tournament days) and there were plenty of places to sit or stand and still get a good view of the action. The energy inside the complex was incredible and you could feel the excitement and support from families and teams from all over.

Another pleasant surprise was the concession area. They had a solid selection of snacks and food, not just the typical chips and candy and everything was fresh and reasonably priced. It definitely made spending a full day at the courts much easier and more enjoyable.

Between the impressive setup, cleanliness, and friendly staff, LakePoint Sports Complex sets a high standard for youth sports venues. Whether you’re a player, coach, or parent, it’s an awesome place to experience competitive games in a fun, family-friendly environment. We had a great time, and I’d be happy to return for future tournaments!

My son plays top-level soccer here and he’s almost 18 years old. Every parent agrees on one thing: Mo Diallo and Roman please retire immediately. Honestly, Mo, Roman you’re the only refs who makes us wish the game had no refs at all. Do us a favor kick back on the couch, grab a remote, and ref the TV instead. Our town will thank you!

My son played here for the first time for his preseason soccer tournament. This place is VERY nice and well taken care of. It was a very hot day and the pavilion was a nice area to cool off. The concession stand and even beer offerings was a nice touch also. Hope to be back and play here again.

Great central location. Very vast area for more than just baseball. Was blown away knowing that they do many other sports there too. But since I was there for baseball…. Entry fee is ridiculous plain and simple. They don’t accept cash only credit or debit, but they tax it as well 🤦🏾‍♀️. A few shops on the way in to look through which is nice. They have many clean, well kept diamonds with each having its own scoreboard. Need to change the layout and font because everybody had a hard time reading the small print on them. Stadium seats available for each as well. Parents are able to use their own chairs if needed. Washrooms are clean as well. Snack bar available in both directions the facility.

The staff selling wristbands for Insider Exposure basketball tournament especially (Liv) was rude and bulling spectators. As spectators were re-entering the facility they were inspecting each wristband individually. Literally they’re putting their hands on every single person. They were isolating kids away from their parents to check their wristbands.

They were recharging person after person for the dysfunctional bands that they were selling and confiscating bands that were too loose. When I asked for the director of the event, they refused to give me their information. To be honest, the bands were flimsy and did break easily. Our bands didn’t break, but they were checking for that too.

Also, they were making false accusations about people swapping bands. And refused to look at the receipt after spending $270.

Very disappointing that they would hire STAFF that is so unprofessional.

Attended the 16U baseball tournament July 10th through the 15th put on by PBR. Nice facilities, but problems with games starting on time and the scoreboard. The scoreboard operators can't seem to keep up or accurately update their scoreboard during games.

Baseball facility is nice but the gate keeper is creating a negative environment before you even get into a game. Lots of money is paid by teams to play in these tournaments, by parents to attend, and then you are hassled to get in the gate. Not helping the yelling at umpires when visitors are already irritated before they get to the field. No outside food allowed because they want you dependent on paying more money for their concessions which are overpriced and less than mediocre.

There is plenty of parking, multiple entrances to the gymnasium facility. Multiple courts inside (12). Seating available, opposite of players bench. 3 level aluminum bleachers. Seating can be very tight as some courts have more available seating than others. Courts are numbered, and all courts have shot clocks. There are multiple baseball fields and soccer fields all part of the sports complex. Hotels are close by less than a half mile away and are in walking distance. Multiple fast food restaurants also in walking distance less than a mile away. Traffic can be heavy at times due to multiple events taking place at the same time. Multiple entrances and exits to the sports complex. Highway is approximately 2/3rd's of a mile away. Clean restrooms in the morning, but as the day continued, they became messy and nasty as trash bins overflowing, I didn't see attendants working to keep clean throughout the day??? Concessions are available with seating inside the facility. Overall, it was a well-kept and clean facility.
