The co-ed wet area was an absolutely ridiculous design choice that ruins the entire experience. The rest of the gym is nice but this was an immediate deal breaker. I looked forward to this location opening but won't be back for this reason alone.

Superb fitness and relaxation center - used to be a member at WH Athletic which was fine for many years - but could never get availability on tennis courts. Decided to move to LT based on a recommendation and I've really enjoyed it.

Best aspects for me is the indoor swimming pool and Multi-layered workout area. For some reason, I dont like gyms where all the equipment are on one level. I like a design that allows you to explore different spaces, nooks, where you can find your flow.

No issues with the co-ed wet rooms. If you're mature enough to manage the opposite sex - that we share space with everyday - you'll be fine. Most people I've come across are respectful and get on with their business.

Only issue for me - but still 5 stars regardless is infrared sauna. One room seems to always be broken.

Great gym with lots of room and extremely clean/spotless. Primus is the best personal trainer I’ve ever had. Definitely ask for him.

I recently toured LifeTime Perimeter and was extremely pleased with my experience! The facility is awesome, but I was more blown away by the tour. After calling only an hour beforehand, Bri took me around to see the facility and showed extreme patience with me as I asked a million questions. I'm coming from a Crossfit background where community means a lot to me, and the welcoming atmosphere she provided made me feel like I will not be missing that element - introducing me to other associates at the club if I ever had specific topical questions about the things Lifetime offers. While the gym itself is cool, Bri is the one who sold me on it. My Fiance and I can't wait to get our first workout as members in today!

The coed sauna and steam setup completely ruins the relaxing experience — separate spaces where members can unwind quietly is preferred and I’ve heard that by multiple people. I’ve been to six other Lifetime locations in FL and GA, and none were coed, so it’s frustrating that this brand-new club opened this way. I’m used to Equinox and other gym are similar and you know what you are walking into. Lifetime it’s always a surprise!

The yoga setup is another letdown. The room is small and cramped, and it sits right next to an open treadmill area where loud classes echo through the gym. It’s baffling that anyone thought that layout made sense for a luxury fitness club. Other locations have a quiet, calming shoe-removal area before yoga — here, it feels like an afterthought. Also, those loud classes I can hear while lifting free weights even with noise canceling headphones! It’s horrible!

Only two weight racks and two squat racks for classes? Other gyms have four or five. For what we pay, the inconsistencies between clubs are shocking.

At least the gym is spotless — a big improvement compared to Buckhead, which is always dirty. Also, shout out to the staff! They are fantastic!

Longing for the Concourse Club of old. They shut this place down for 2 years to do the bare minimum in renovations, remove nice amenities like the basketball court and do absolutely nothing to change the locker rooms outside of adding a wet spa. They did all this while also severely jacking up the rates. We wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but within a month of opening they began having even worse issues with plumbing and amenities being inoperable despite the aforementioned 2 year renovation project. This couple with the rates forced us to cancel our membership. Really poor job by Lifetime squandering what was a major opportunity. Long live the Concourse!

This place is absolutely beautiful, but the inconsistency of the broken equipment, infra red sauna works 1 day and than 3 weeks close, the rate is pretty high ($279) for them to not fix all this issues. They need to keep up with the equipment.
Sandy location still my favorite. Not sure if I’ll keep my membership on.

My family and I recently moved from the Alpharetta location to the Perimeter area, and I have to say—this place is beautiful. The staff is outstanding. The two gentlemen at the front desk were incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in our well-being.

We accidentally ended up in a different class than planned. Instead of yoga, we were recommended to try dynamic stretching with Emari—and I’m so glad we did. It was the best stretch experience I’ve ever had. Not only did it relieve my stress, but Emari provided valuable education about my health and a clear game plan moving forward. Honestly, it was even more effective than any chiropractor visit I’ve ever had.

I’ve struggled with lower back pain for nearly 20 years, and this session made a huge difference. This place is worth every dime—it’s truly unlike anywhere else I’ve ever experienced.

The new Perimeter facility is beautiful and first class. The co-ed sauna, whirlpool, steam space to me is perfectly fine and feels like you are in a 5 star resort. The bar restaurant is fantastic, pool area is lovely. If you are a treadmill or stairmaster fan, they have an abundance of equipment - 50 treadmills and 20 stairmasters. Most disappointing to me is that they do not have some of the other popular cardio equipment - no Cybex Arc Trainers - available at every other Lifetime I've been too - and a low selection of Elliptical equipment, maybe 5 or 6. The True brand of Ellipticals are not calibrated correctly - they say that I'm burning like 1000 calories every 20 minutes. Not correct. I'm not sure why they purchased so many treadmills and stairmasters but don't have some of the variety of other cardio equipment, esp the Cybex Arc Trainers. I am finding myself traversing back and forth b/w the Sandy Springs location when I'd rather be full time here.

While the aesthetics are great, for a new facility that has been opened for just a few weeks there is a lot that doesn't work. For example, the infrared saunas have not worked. In the men's locker room a stall has been out of order for over a week, leaving 2 available, also in the men's room there is no hot water in the sinks. Shaving with cold water is not fun. I find the front desk uncaring. For example, when I notified the front desk about the lack of hot water for a second time in a week, I was told I need to talk with operations. When I asked how does one get in touch with operations, I was told they are walking around. I don't even know what that means. For an upscale club there appears to be a lack of consideration from the staff other than the fitness trainers looking to sell various programs. Like others have mentioned, the coed steam and whirlpool area is problematic. My wife has said she feels uncomfortable. I get the sense that Lifetime thinks they are doing me a favor by allowing me to be a member. I would stay away until the management is able to get things fixed and the staff is better trained. The facility itself, however, is really very nice.

Very stunning at first glance and great location. Very disappointed to learn there is no cycle studio. The kids space was also very small. Wish they could use one of the tennis courts to make it a kids turf or gym for the kids classes that are advertised on the app. Too crammed for a variety of ages all in one space. Sandy springs setup is ideal with the turf and gym for kids classes. Great people though and beautiful locker rooms with sauna and cold plunge

Cons - coed sauna/steam room/cold plunge/hot tub was a bad idea. It’s way too crowded in there and women don’t feel comfortable. Infrared saunas already out of order not even a week in. Tennis courts need work. No benches, scorecards or trash cans on the courts. Outdoor pool is mainly a lap pool. The leisure space is tiny.

Pros- location is great, lots of equipment, lobby is nice with work space areas, squash courts look nice. Indoor track upstairs is cool.

They need to fix these things to justify the $280 membership.

Unfortunately, I’ll be canceling my membership after just four days. During each visit, I experienced unwanted attention in the sauna, hot tub, and steam room, which made it difficult to relax and fully enjoy the amenities. This came in the form of asking for my Instagram username, asking if I was single, and starting conversations when I was clearly trying to relax (even with AirPods in and eyes closed) !

In my opinion, making these areas coed was a mistake. While it may be convenient for couples, it can be uncomfortable for women attending solo. I believe having dedicated steam rooms and saunas for men and women would make a significant difference in creating a more comfortable and respectful environment.

In my opinion the Sandy Springs location is much nicer and larger than the new Perimeter location (formerly Concourse). The SS pool area is like a luxury resort hotel versus the 'corporate vibe' of the much smaller and uninviting Perimeter pool 'deck'. I just joined SS for $219 per month (no joining fee) whereas Perimeter are asking $279 per month AND $200 fee to join. I guess they're going after the Equinox image , and good luck to them. I'm not paying more for less!

I’ve been a member at concourse for a while. Lifetime has not done anything to improve, all new work is delayed and super disappointed that they don’t seem to care. The only reason I don’t leave is because of squash courts otherwise i would be out…

There is ample gym space with a pool, tennis court, and gym spread over three stories. The facilities need to be updated to keep up with other lifetime fitness centers, and the interiors should be renovated. I am seeing some changes every week, such as new weights, benches, and belted squat machines.

This version ensures clarity and corrects grammatical errors.

This gym used to be beautiful and clean, and now that it's taken over by LifeTime it is terrible. We pay so much in dues every month, and so many of the amenities are out of service and have not been repaired in over a year. The indoor pool is filthy, and yesterday when I tried to go swim (after the LT announcement that the pools had been cleaned up and restored) there was a nauseating chemical smell that caused an immediate headache so I had to leave. Shame on LifeTime that they let this happen! The outdoor pool is finally (finally!) operational but it still does not have a heater, so swimming this winter will be impossible, and the sauna and whirlpool have been broken forever. The weight room is very rudimentary and several of the machines are out of service, weights are missing, etc. Very disappointing!

Lifetime Fitness offers a great location with ample parking, but it could use some updates. Unfortunately, several amenities have been out of service for weeks, including some Pickleball courts. On the bright side, the staff at check-in are consistently friendly, which is a plus compared to other locations. Overall, it's a decent spot for Pickleball enthusiasts, especially for outdoor courts.

The women’s locker room is in dire need of attention. Lockers don’t work. The sauna, jacuzzi and steam room are all out if service. The temperature in the showers is warm but definitely not hot enough to feel comfort in this cold weather. My shower had a clogged drain so I had to move to the shower next door. The indoor pool heater is broken. The list goes on. Let’s see if Lifetime can get these problems fixed.
