I have been going to this gym for about 20 years and love it. Over the years the people here have become my family and support system. Alec knows how to motivate me to work harder than I think I can and actually laugh my way through the work out while I sweating bullets the entire time. I love this man! Laurie has a great way of balancing a kick your butt supportive individualized workout with all of her clients. Tyrone has great positive attitude with his clients and keeps them coming back for more.

Love this place! Best Gym in Atlanta by far! The fantastic trainers push you past your limits and get you where you want to be! You can get your workout in whenever you’d like to. LifeFit works to make you feel comfortable and does whatever they can to help you with your fitness needs!
