Hi, my name is Sam, founder of Lifestyle Body Academy. With a background in military discipline, martial arts, and a degree in exercise science, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others unlock their true potential through fitness. Over the years, I’ve trained clients from all walks of life, combining proven science, practical experience, and motivational coaching to deliver real, lasting results.

At Lifestyle Body Academy, I believe fitness is more than just working out — it’s about building strength, confidence, and resilience that carry over into every part of life. Was having trouble with form in the gym Sam a instructor/trainer was around didn’t want to intrude on his time but asked if he could check out my form and let me know if it’s good and bad and he did that and also gave a couple of tips, super friendly environment enough workout equipment to hit all the muscle groups great music choices playing on the big speaker great gym.

At the start of my journey I was not very confident, I was always worried to be the smallest guy in the gym and I was embarrassed with how little weight I could lift. Then I found Sam, at first i was nervous about having a personal trainer but after meeting with Sam and talking my confidence started to rise, during every session with him we have laughs and great conversations. He's very persistent with wanting you to see the progress your making and that's something you can't find anywhere else. It's such a amazing feeling having your trainer as genuinely excited about your progress as you are!

I trained with Sam for 4 months. I walked into the gym knowing nothing about personal fitness. From the start, he was very nice, professional, and very knowledgeable. Sam is my husband's personal trainer. Let me give some background on why we sought him out. My husband is 79 years old with many medical issues, pacemaker difibulator, 2 brain bleeds, parkinsons and 6 fractures in his cervical vertebra. He has had a devasting year and a half. He went through therapy, ordered by his doctor, but that wasn't enough. He had lost all mus cletone, his balance and endurance was gone. He needed more therapy to help him recover.
Sam has been working with him since Ja uary 2024 and has improved his balance, he is walking without assistance and has regained confidence in himself.
Let me say that Sam is a veteran, has a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and a degree in Health and Fitness Management and Business.
We would recommend his services to anyone seeking personal fitness, recovery from an accident or medical issues requiring assisted recovery.
Sam works well with people of all ages. I would highly recommend you contact him for any issues.
