Tio was patient and kind. He encouraged me to do poses I have never been able to accomplish in the past. I finally was able to do Crow-didn't hold it long, but I did it. I will definitely take another class from him.

Anushka is quickly becoming one of my new favorite instructors (there are many) at the Dunwoody location. Her genuine love for yoga incorporates breathwork and gentle movement to warm up our bodies before moving into an intentional asana practice that leaves one feeling renewed and refreshed for the rest of the day.

This studio has welcomed me with open arms. I throughly enjoy every class I attend. Each teacher puts their own spin on class, which I like. I highly recommend this studio to yogis of all levels.

First time practicing yoga. Joined about 3 months ago. What a great experience. The teachers are patient and supportive to all levels. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, but serious in a good way. I absolutely love going here and highly recommend. Georgia, Lauren, Allie, Kember, Melanie - you are the best!

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Lift Yoga Studio that has left me questioning their commitment to customer service and the true spirit of yoga. I was running just 2-3 minutes late for my 10:30 reservation and called ahead to inform them. Instead of showing any understanding or flexibility, they bluntly stated they would close the door and not wait for me. This inflexibility over such a minimal delay felt unreasonable and contrary to the principles of grace and acceptance that yoga embodies.

To avoid a no-show fee, I had to cancel my reservation. When I attempted to discuss the situation with them, their response was rude and uncooperative. Their lack of accommodation and poor customer service have certainly made me reconsider ever booking with them again, let alone getting a membership. If you're looking for a yoga studio that values its clients and practices the inclusivity and compassion that yoga teaches, you might want to think twice before choosing Lift Yoga Studio. Who treats their customers this way? Also, most studios have even a 5 min grace period for situations such as this.

I have taken several Friday Flow down classes and one Saturday Vinyasa session. Both instructors are warm and professional. As a beginner I feel easy to follow and I enjoy.

Terrible! Rude. It's absolutely frustrating that there is no mention on the class pass about arriving 15 minutes early or the possibility of the door being locked. I drove for an hour only to find the door locked when I arrived at 12 (12 is when the class was scheduled) and it was my first time attending this studio. I understand the importance of arriving early, as instructors prefer it, but if that's the case, it should be clearly communicated on the class pass platform. When I approached Lori about the situation, she was incredibly rude and dismissive, telling me that the policy was on their website. However, I didn't book my class through their website; I used class pass, which is where I book all my yoga classes. This was my first impression of the studio, and I have no intention of returning or recommending it to others. Not only was there no apology, but Lori's sarcastic and loud behavior only added to the disappointment. This is definitely not the kind of experience I've had with other studios before.

I swear, one year of dedicated yoga practice at Lift did more for my muscle tone and physique than ten years of weightlifting. Not only has my posture improved, but also my weightlifting form. The mind-body awareness you'll get from yoga will do wonders for your running, too. Plus, Lift is a local, small business studio with more daily classes than some national, corporate studios. I really like it here.

I love all of the classes on weekdays at 9:30...the instructors are all experienced, kind, and able to offer guidance for all of their students, no matter where their personal practice may be. The studio is warm, cozy, and clean.

I’ve been attending classes at Lift in Dunwoody for over 2 years now. Great studio environment where you can get heated and non heated options, all levels of classes, welcoming students, and warm, wonderful teachers. Lately I’m loving Holly, Laura M, Octavia and Melissa’s classes!

Lift Yoga + Body at Dunwoody is by far one of the best yoga studios I have ever been to (and I have been to many over the years). Holly, who teaches the 9:30 class on Tuesdays and Thursdays is an amazing teacher. I always know I will get a great work out, learn something new and feel inspired when I leave. In fact all of the teachers I have had the pleasure of interacting with have been very skilled, knowledgeable and warm. Lift Yoga + Body at Dunwoody feels like another home and I would recommend it without any reservations!

So happy to have Holly B. at the Dunwoody Studio 9:30am Tuesday and Thursday's! Holly's Warm Core & Flow is the perfect class working hard and mindful. Always a different format too.

Joey and Lauren are both great teachers. I joined back in October and have now found the time to come to a class. I've enjoyed the Warm Vinyasa classes which help me loosen up. The Funday Flow sessions on Sunday are just the class to get creative and try out new poses. I look forward to doing Yoga here in the New Year!

Lift Yoga in Dunwoody is a friendly, inviting yoga studio. I loved Emma’s Yin class. Emma is a considerate, natural yoga teacher. Her relaxed demeanor and joyful personality set the tone for a wonderful class. The relaxing postures and Emma’s calming presence made this one of the best yoga classes I have had in quite some time.

Outstanding Yoga Studio for all levels! Highly professional and skilled staff. Per hour, a far more economical and beneficial option than any other fitness facility in the Dunwoody or Alpharetta areas.

I really like all of the class options, the instructors and the overall aesthetic of the studio. You can take a class at virtually any skill level and customize the movements to your practice. Also they’re really good at communication, with the email blasts. Love it!
