These variations of classes that this Lift Yoga studio offers really benefits the body and mind! I love how the instructors help remind you of setting intentions for each class. And every class is different given the other yogis, so you are welcome to set your own pace. I would recommend this studio to any beginner or fellow yogi looking for a high quality change!

I have been member of lift yoga for almost one year now and I like this studio. They offer various types of yoga classes and also have multiple sessions in a day which really works for me.

They have open cubbies for your keys, shoes, and other belongings. My oil-brushed Birkenstock got switched with someone after a class a month ago. I noticed it immediately, reported it to the instructor, and gave the sandals to Lori, the studio owner the next day, hoping she could give them to the sandals' owner when she brought mine back. After 2 weeks, when I asked for any updates, Lori told me the other person showed up with mine and they could not find her sandals. So the other person took mine back as a hostage. It was obviously their fault, for not keeping them in a safe place. After that, Lori was not responsive to my emails asking for updates. I went to see the instructor every week and asked if she knew of any updates. The instructor was very empathetic with my situation and tried to help me but Lori was defensive saying the other person was out of town and would come to the studio after that. She made me feel as if I was bothering her. After a month, my sandals were still lost and I did not get any updates from her. Then Lori sent me a picture of very old and broken sandals and asked if they were mine. They were not mine and Lori could not answer for who received them or if they were really from the other person. She even said she contacted the other person again and the other person would stop by the studio the following weekend. She also said, that the other person showed up when she contacted the other person for the first time which was a month ago, took hers, and left those old sandals. But the old sandals were not there until after 3 weeks. What she was saying did not make sense at all. When I told her what she was saying didn't make sense, she said she had a communication problem with me. what a pity on her! She had nothing but excuses for her nonsense and wanted to blame my English ability. I was educated here in the States and am a proud Korean-American. It was very obvious that she was just trying to get around and not being honest with me. Of course, the other person did not show up the following weekend. Why would she come if she took hers already? I lost my sandals. All I could do was to cancel my unlimited membership and not to deal with this anymore. I'm sharing my honest review here. It was such an unpleasant experience with the disrespectful, unkind, apathetic and unprofessional owner.

I drove 30 minutes for the class. I was 3 minutes late. The door was locked. I knocked on the door and waited outside for 15 minutes, but no one opened it.

- Ok just saw the instructions, I just never had experience like this, but understand that was my mistake didn’t check the instructions.

Sorta new guy, and I needed help getting the poses right because I didn’t know everything by name. They were great help and didn’t make fun of me for not being flexible :-)

This location is a bit far from my house, but it was worth. I had an opportunity to try new class like Qigong. I am looking forward to take more classes here!

I have been a member of Lift Yoga for 3 years. I started off at the Alpharetta studio. One of the best things about Lift is that your membership/class package can be used at any of their 3 studios. When the Johns Creek location opened I started taking classes there too since I live between the Alpharetta and Johns Creek studios. I have also attended at the Dunwoody location (a further drive for me) when a favorite teacher/interesting class is taking place. All 3 studios have amazing instructors and a wide variety of classes to suit any level yogi. The staff is universally welcoming and friendly. I never leave a class without feeling better than when I walked in. I highly recommend all 3 studios. The new student special of 2 weeks unlimited for $20 is an amazing way to experience all that Lift has to offer.

The other 2 Lift Yoga locations were already great studios with an amazing staff. Now the addition of the Johns Creek location is just fantastic since it is a collaboration of some of the fabulous Lift Yoga teachers and many of the wonderful Johns Creek Yoga teachers. The instruction is exquisite and the new space is just divine with 3 practice rooms!! It such a wonderful place to practice yoga!
