My mission and purpose in this life is to support you in building a positive mindset while creating mental and physical strength. I firmly believe that the foundation for a life of wellness and vitality is found in the “daily details” of life. The essential ingredients of movement, meditation and mindset are woven into my workouts and coaching sessions.
My goal is to inject my message of hope and energetic enthusiasm into every class, video and interaction. I spent most of my youth in the grips of despair, depression and maladaptive coping skills that kept me from fully embracing the beauty of living life well.

I’ve been training with Lydia for a few years now, and every time I take a break, I always find myself coming straight back to her. Nothing compares to the results I get when I’m in her classes!
Lydia has an incredible gift for sculpting the body. Within weeks of being back with her, I can see strong, defined muscles starting to appear — in places I didn’t even know could change! My bottom has never looked better: lifted, firm, and noticeably more toned. Her workouts push you in all the right ways, and she knows exactly how to activate the muscles that truly transform your shape.

Here are my thoughts after completing Lydia's 21 day sculpt challenge. The first thing I can say is: I absolutely LOVE it! I love the format, the content in the private Facebook group, and especially the body positivity.
This is the kind of workout I can do from anywhere and, most importantly, something I can keep up with long term. I found that working out 7 days a week was a little too intense for me but I know I can commit to 4-5 days of sculpting/barre pwe week, so I have joined her private membership and I'm SUPER excited to start!
At first, I thought 45 min. was way too long of a workout, but it goes by so fast because you're constantly moving, which is great! That said, I’m already feeling stronger and I’m seeing results just after 3 weeks!! My waist is slimmer, I feel stronger and even if I’m feeling the burn three minutes into some workouts, I know it will get better and easier!

I started with Lydia about 5 years ago scrolling through ticktock. I watched her clips and felt an immediate connection. Her trustworthy demeanor shines through every word she tells you. Her journey on what she went through I could relate on some levels and where she is now is remarkable! She is a true inspiration! She put in the hard work and got the results. There is no secret Diet no pills. What sets her aside is she targets your mind and helps you think about your daily routines which greatly affects the way you eat and what you physically can do. I started to realize that my bed time routine and being on my phone was an issue and changing just this increased my energy to get the workouts in and not dread them because I LOVED the way I felt after and the results I was getting. I workout every day prior to her was with a personal trainer so being in a gym for 2 hours every day was a must and I started to hate it and it sucked because I loved working out. But then it became a chore. I was shocked that after her workouts which sre only 45 min!!! I was sore in a GIOD way! Its crazy! The moves in her barrel workouts are insane and the results you get is the best reward from them!!! I absolutely love she is not making food plans I HATED that bc every body is different. I really wasn't eating bad I ate very clean but noticed when I was not sleeping at a normal time id do unnecessary snacking. She also has become like family to me and has been there for me through hard times ive been through which is crazy to me! Like I would have never thought a trainer i found on ticktock would end up not only providing me with workouts but like a mentor a good friend...she is real 100% honest and who i can personally trust which is extremely hard to find these days. I am so blessed I found her. Its a very little cost to pay which improves your health your mindset and longevity.

So thankful I found Lydia and her Magnoli Method Iv never felt a burn like it from the plank sequences to the arm and leg burns and shakes its like no other method that will Truely sculpt your body you notice results even after a few workouts i will continue with the method and look forward to the burn and shakes daily it sets me right for the day Thank you Lydia 🙌🏽🤍

I have been enjoying Lydia's workouts for close to four years now and I can honestly say I still get challenged each and every time. The workouts push you to your limits but she gets you results if you put the work in. For about three weeks I have been alternating between arms/abs and glutes/thighs with three pound weights. I subscribed to Lydia's YouTube without program. Two days ago I tossed in the total body 45 minute workout. I'm 65 and thought I was in pretty good shape since I use to work out with my 10 and 15 pound dumbbells. Once I strapped on the 3 pound ankle weights I knew I was entering a whole new dimension of muscle toning. Lydia is very responsive to any questions or concerns. The 20 minute or so workouts are perfect and challenging. My goal is to have Lydia glutes 😝 Give her program a try you won't have any regrets...maybe a few sore muscles. Well worth it! Three months in with Lydia and her incredible workouts and I am feeling better and stronger than I have in more than a few years. I’ve always loved working out but some old sports injuries and what felt like general aging have kept me from being able to do what I have always done. Lydia was a game changer for me - the workouts are crazy hard but in the very best way! No, I don’t do them perfectly (yet) but I love how I notice small strength changes and then suddenly really big changes all by staying committed and consistent. Her workouts are different and better for me than I have experienced in a long time! I’m 56 and loving how I feel! My longer term goal is to be stronger and better by 60 - yes, I’m in it for the long haul, I have always been but needed to find a new way to make it happen!! OMG THIS IS AMAZING. You wanna feel a burn and find muscles you didn’t know you had? This is THE workout. Unlike others where you follow along and isn’t very satisfying this one makes you FEEL IT!! I can’t recommend Lydia’s program enough! I have been working out with Lydia for 3 years. I love following her programs…just building muscle and targeting endurance muscles to create a toned, lean physique. Her barre classes are top notch. They are so fun AND EFFECTIVE! It can be frustrating when you follow a program with zero results delivered. This IS NOT the case. If you follow her workout method, you WILL see results. I love being able to wear whatever is in my closet and feel confident. I used to never wear shorts, but now, I wear them all of the time. No issues. Her barre leg workouts are 🔥 and my favorite. I’m in my 3rd week of the Sculpt 21 challenge and I’ve lost 3 lbs!! I feel more energetic and I’m ready to workout first thing in the morning with Lydia! Before Sculpt 21 I was doing crazy amounts of cardio with no results and I was exhausting my hormones. Therefore I was exhausted. I don’t feel exhausted after doing a sculpt 21 challenge. I still have 7 lbs to go but I will say I feel great and my clothes feel and look better on me. My husband has noticed and says I look fit. Such a good feeling for me :)
The key is patience and to trust the process and it does work. It’s been a good start! Thank you so much Lydia!

I've been following Lydia on social media for several years. Doing her shorts on You Tube, IG, and Tik Tok on and off. I am currently in the middle of her 21 Day Sculpt program and it's AMAZING! Lydia is the most positive, pleasant and encouraging person there is. But do not let her kind nature deceive you. She is a tough trainer and pushes you to push yourself and think about your mentality as well as your physical fitness. I've been more consistent that I have been in months with working out since I joined her challenge.

I've been doing Lydia's workouts for 10 days and I am seeing better results than the workouts I did before having a partial hysterectomy. The deep core exercises are the key! Look no further! Lydia is truly a health, fitness, and wellness rockstar! I have been working with Lydia since April 2022. Lydia provides a wide range of classes to suit each individuals interest and goals. Lydia is extremely personable and is always available for encouragement, modification suggestions, and healthy eating tips too! My main goal is cellulite reduction in legs/buttocks. Through Lydia’s classes I have drastically improved the appearance of cellulite and I am completely thrilled! Lydia’s classes are always different, keeping it fun and exciting! I have been working out with Lydia Magnoli probably since 2018/19. Her classes are challenging. I don’t go for perfection. I just show up 4x a week and I don’t quit. With Lydia I have learned to meditate, control my stress, eat better and exercise. The results are self confidence, focus, clarity, strength, endurance and…I forgot to mention great shoulders and legs! Lydia’s classes are the absolute best! A few years back when she was teaching in Marin I attended her classes regularly. I had never done a workout like hers. She hits every single body part in each class. Abs, arms, thighs, flutes, legs. I was really sad when she left Marin, but I stayed in touch and purchased a few videos. The silver lining of the pandemic is that I have more of Lydia! I highly recommend trying her classes. She is truly one of a kind!
