M3Yoga was built to make yoga and hot pilates accessible to anyone. We offer vinyasa, hatha, yin, Jivamukti and hot power flow yoga classes as well as Inferno Hot Pilates, Inferno Power Pilates, and Inferno Bootycamp in the heart of Candler Park.

The M’s in our name stand for mind, matter, and movement. We focus on keeping all three of those in alignment and a good place. A healthy mind and matter (body) are vital to happiness and longevity. And movement is the key, whether that’s a relaxing yin class or an challenging Inferno Hot Pilates class.

Amazing! One of the most challenging but totally fun classes I’ve taken @ M3. Loved the pre-flow centering warmup/stretch, playlist was awesome, & Amy was super-gracious when I had to duck out early. Go!

M3 has been such a great home studio - I've been a member since the first week the Atlanta studio was opened and have gotten so much out of my time practicing in this space. So many friends have joined since and it's not only nice to have a space to come for some quality personal time but also to hug a familiar face and practice alongside such great humans. I've always appreciated how much though the owners and staff dedicate to building intentional community and offering quality yoga/ pilates classes!

I’ll also add that, though I’ve been a yoga+pates die hard, I recently discovered the booty camp classes and I loved it. I really appreciate how much variety there is on the schedule!

M3 is an amazing studio! You can feel the inclusivity, positivity, and sense of community the second you walk in the door. All the teachers are so engaging and genuine. My favorite part is there's hands on assists in their Jivamukti classes. This studio offers a diversity of class types so I feel like my routine is never monotonous. It's a really lovely experience through and through.

I’ve been coming to M3 for just about a year after a friend introduced me to classes here. It has been such a welcoming and accepting place, I love the diversity of everything- body types, orientations, race, — and also class options! Hard to find such an affordable studio where you can have both hot and unheated yoga, AND pilates! I highly recommend classes with Stevie or Lisa!

In a sometimes soulless desert of corporate yoga, M3 stands out as an oasis true to the spirit of the 8 limbs of yoga.

Like many of us, the yoga journey has taken me to different places, times and spaces. I had the very good fortune to land along the way at a place that imbued me with love and knowledge for the art.

Some cities and many studios later, I am happy to have found a new yoga home. I hope you will too.

The 30 day initial offering is a great way to get to know the range of classes and instructors. I found that the vast majority were both mindfully and passionately taught with a subtlety that, to me, also speaks to the soul of yoga.

To truly nurture the mind, body and breath connection, and if you invite it, the spirit as well, is no easy task. At the end of the day, while I am the final arbiter of my own wellness, I feel very grateful to have a place like M3 to help support me in that endeavor.

I've been coming to classes at M3 Atlanta since they first opened in January 2023 and what stands out most about the studio (and every instructor) is the emphasis they place on creating community while still meeting each individual student where they are in their current practice/workout journey. I've never been a huge fan of group exercise classes, but M3 and their approach has completely changed this experience for me; and now if I don't go at least once a week I find myself genuinely missing the space and the people. I cannot recommend the studio highly enough, and in proof that actions speak louder than words I've used the very generous guest pass offerings to bring several friends to classes with me - many of whom have became members themselves.

While I have only attended one class at this studio, I was quite impressed!
I did a HIIT hot room workout they call Inferno Power Pilates.
The instructor (and co-owner), Nick, was clear with his instruction including general exercise and form. He was also inspiring with a humorous and fun side all coordinated to music.
He personally reached out before and after class to answer questions and get feedback. I thought he was wonderful!
The studio has a hot room (95 degrees) that can accommodate about 40 and a regular temp room to accommodate about 16. The vibe there was supportive with a community of camaraderie and I know MANY people that would enjoy and excel in this environment.
They offer many different class passes including unlimited at a very reasonable price including some intro options for new students of the studio.
A great solution for the hot room practitioners out there! Give it a try and I think you’ll like it

This place is fantastic. Their policy of offering scholarships to make yoga more accessible has allowed me to make yoga a part of my daily life, which has changed it enormously for the better. The space and instructors are excellent, and as a visibly queer person, I feel welcome and safe. M3 Yoga was my first stop during my hot yoga exploration throughout Atlanta. Boy, they set the bar high. They offer an intro special which I got the chance to attend multiple courses in two weeks. The atmosphere was very welcoming. The classes I participated in was Hot Power Flow, Inferno Hot Pilates and 80s Inferno Hot Pilates. I really enjoyed the Inferno Hot Pilates classes especially the 80s playlist. The classes were fun and positive! Anna, Sonja, Matt and Malik were great instructors. They were extremely motivating during difficult and challenging positions. They participated alongside with us which was encouraging and helpful. They pushed you to challenge yourself and face those difficulties because it is only temporary. A motto that can be applied to all areas of life! They offer a eucalyptus tree towel after the class to help you cool down. Overall, I enjoyed my experience at this studio!

Much of my love for M3 is personal to me: mainly, I can walk there, and their schedule suits my life nicely.

The space is simple, but inviting. Small lobby, and two yoga rooms: one heated and one regular.

There aren't showers or anything fancy, but I live nearby so not an issue for me.

I've been a member for about two months now, and I'm quite happy with the variety of instructors as well as the class options. I've taken classes with six different instructors, and there are still many more I've yet to explore.

My favorite aspect is the variety of classes, everything from Inferno Pilates to Restorative. For me specifically, I'm thankful for the quantity of stretch classes. The 8pm stretch classes also work as a nice opportunity for meditation to wind down evening.

UPDATE
After finishing my third month, I've finally dabbled in some of the more challenging classes; including, Hot Power Flow, Inferno Pilates, and Inferno Strength. The full array of class styles offered by M3 will allow anyone to pursue any type of body conditioning they seek.

I've now taken classes under thirteen different instructors. And while I do prefer some over others, I've yet to have an instructor I wouldn't eagerly take again.

For the record, I'm still very much a novice. I don't know position names, I certainly cannot achieve every position offered, and I frequently need to take breaks. None of that is an obstacle. Classes are so welcoming and personal. The instructors keep the classes flexible in structure for all levels.

On average, they offer six to eight different classes during the week. So I'm still able to find classes around my chaotic schedule. Weekend schedules are thinner, but I tend to be booked on weekends anyway.

Lastly, I've really grown to enjoy the community within M3. I'm impressed by how the staff greats students, how many names they remember, and how inviting everyone is.

I'm very happy with my membership.

M3 has no idea how much they have helped me the past couple of months! I look forward to their wide range of classes each week! And I especially love the ‘late night’ classes at 8PM. <3

I found out about M3 through my friend in Athens who let me know that her favorite studio was opening up a location in ATL- and it happened to be minutes from me!

I’ve really enjoyed this studio- the quality of props available, mix of intense and restorative classes, and the knowledgeable instructors. I’d recommend it to anyone looking to get into yoga/ Pilates or wanting to incorporate stretching into their routine.

Love Matt and Nick the owners and all the teachers! Regularly enjoy the hot power flow and hot Pilates. Yin and restorative yoga they have are wonderful to complement the heated classes. Stretching classes are a must! Queer friendly, and overall sweet people in the community. So grateful to have them in Candler Park! ❤️

Just joined using the new student special early this week. I've taken 4 different classes so far with 4 different instructors. I really have enjoyed it. Everyone is quite friendly. I feel like some studios are lacking in friendliness, but M3 definitely isn't. I also like how many classes they have on the schedule, as well as all the different types of classes. There is so much to choose from. Candlelight yin, warm stretch, restorative, hiit style hot pilates (with a killer music list and club lights), hatha, hot flow, nonheated flow and the list goes on. A++

M3 is amazing!! As a former Tough Love student, I love that they have several instructors still teaching. They have done a great job of integrating into the community and everyone is so friendly! I’ve enjoyed every class I’ve taken and can already feel a difference in my anxiety. I’m so happy to have them in the neighborhood!

M3 Yoga and Hot Pilates is a great addition to the neighborhood! They had big shoes to fill taking over the space previously occupied by our beloved Tough Love Yoga, but they are doing a terrific job. There’s a wide variety of types and times classes which allows great flexibility. Highly recommend M3!

My experience at M3Yoga ATL had been 100% positive. Great instructors, a nice variety of classes, good times for classes, and great parking. Plus if you like to run, Candler Park is a beautiful spot for a pre or post yoga run around the neighborhood!

I loved M3 in Athens and was so excited when they announced they’d be starting a second studio here in Atlanta. It’s only been a couple months but Nick and Matt have done a great job planting the seeds for another very special community. The studio space is peaceful and welcoming, they offer a variety of heated and unheated classes, and you walk away from classes here feeling like you’ve learned something about yourself. They offer a great intro special - I highly recommend giving M3 a try!

Key takeaways:

Variety of classes and times
Welcoming environment,
and FUN!!

M3 Yoga & Hot Pilates is a new studio with a familiar twist. The Owners, Nick and Matt, respectfully transitioned a neighborhood fav—Tough Love—into M3. Both former teachers and teaching styles (YogaHour/Hatha) have been incorporated into the class schedule. Plus, there are lots of new hot yoga and pilates classes. There is so much variety from empowering hot classes to traditional Hatha to relaxing Stretch and Restorative classes. There's something for all preferences.

Take this as a sign to give them a try! <3
