Great spot to train! It’s quiet, never too crowded, and everyone’s respectful so you can focus on your workout without being bothered. I like being able to throw on some music while I work—plenty of bags, speed bags, and two rings keep the workouts fun and varied. Easily one of the best hours of training I look forward to each week

Who needs UPS, the USPS or DHL when Macon's got it's very own boxing facility? If you're a fan of hat boxes, window boxes, box gardens, Boxing Day or just the old adage of "if it fits it ships", then this is the place for you! The gloves they wear here seem to make it a challenge to get the boxes arranged and sealed for shipping but that's just part of the training process. Macon United is doing the boxing god's work and bless them for that! Come down and get corrugated by the love for boxing!
