Marietta Performance Training (MPT)
MPT has been serving the Marietta and Metro-Atlanta areas since 2014. We specialize in fitness training; specifically "weight loss for adults between the ages of 35-55," youth sports development; specifically "strength training for high school athletes to improve sports performance." Our number 1 strength training youth program is for "cross country/track and field athletes." Combined; we have more than 25 years of experience.

This is my 4th week here and I already lost 7 lbs!!!!!
Don't get me wrong you still have to eat right. With coach Nyles help, I feels stronger already and started to grow that butt I told him I wanted!! πͺπ»ππ
If you want to stay healthy and strong coach Nyles is the only way!
He had over 15+ years of experience and continue to educate himself to make sure we get the best results.
I almost didn't want to write this review because I wanted him all to myself π

I have trained with Coach Nyles in both strength and conditioning since the summer of 2012. I went from 57 in the 400 my freshman year of high school to 52 by my Junior year. He was and still is very encouraging with my track endeavors. I still train with him even after being out of graduate school for 2 years. Additionally, I have made life long friends through training.

I have been training with Coach Nyles and MPT for over 7 years. Started with 1 on 1 training @ 5:30 am and was in terrible condition. Session by session I improved and continue to train, learn and appreciate his guidance, training methodology and fellowship. MPT and Nyles Stuart are fantastic. My daughters worked out here throughout their high school years. One daughter runs XC and track and the daughter plays soccer and basketball. I can't say enough good things about Coach Nyles. The strength training they received from him at MPT made them better athletes and kept them injury-free. This training was a big help in keeping them at the top of their game throughout the years of high school competition. They are now D1 collegiate athletes. He's trained many high school athletes in several different sports, that not only won state championships, but are now competing in college. I highly recommend Nyles and MPT!
