My daughter has enjoyed being apart of this Dojo! She has blossomed in her strength and her attitude. We are always working on a new discipline which takes her to a new level. It has been a great experience overall looking forward to what’s to come!

Joining MBS was one of the best decisions I've ever made. My son use to be shy, struggled making eye contact and being social but he is completely different now. He is not only learning self defense but he has gained confidence and self control. My son looks forward to weekly practices, tournaments and community events. He has learned so much under Master Williams teaching. We're definitely happy to be a part of the MBS family.

My son started at MBS almost three years ago. He will be 13 in May. I can honestly say that this is one of the best decisions that I have made. Master Williams is awesome. You can tell that he put his heart into teaching the kids. My son loves it so much that he wants to work there when he gets older lol. MBS Karate is a dynamic karate school. My son began karate lessons there when he was 7 years old, he is still there, 15 years later, now as an instructor. Discipline, volunteer work, giving back to the community, respect, hard work and championships are all a part of this incredible Dojo!!! It was one of the best decisions I made for my son!

Moved here not too long ago and decided to try a karate school for my 7 yr old. He ended up loving the program. He respects his sensei and enjoys all the activities they involved the kids in. They genuinely care for the kids and it shows. Great school and form of karate.

I can't say enough about MBS Karate. My now 5 year old has been training at the dojo for nearly 8 months. Peeking in on the class session yesterday (due to COVID, only participants allowed inside - on decent weather days, parents look like the parents of DD4L outside the window!), he was helping to lead the warm up exercises before getting into the daily drills. Just call me a proud mama!!! I mention this because I continue to be impressed by this organization. Aside from the artform, they are pouring so much into these kids. Instilling leadership skills is what I was witnessing. The head instructor recently asked to see progress reports of all of the school aged children and prior to that I learned that my child could count in Japanese! I am so impressed and really glad to have found MBS Karate. Having recently moved back to Metro Atlanta from the Bay Area, we're finding a sense of community within this establishment. In our short tenure, the school has moved. Where they were closer to I-20 and in a secluded area, they are now in a bustling shopping center, deep down Salem Road and into Covington. While good for the business of the dojo, the farther distance and more congested road to travel to get to class is less than desirable. Nonetheless and all in all, I happily recommend the dojo. My family and I are glad to be supporters along the journey.

My wife spoke to a lady from MDS on Sunday
to have our 3 year old attend their orientation
class the following Saturday at 9 am.
When we went to the school it was closed.
My wife then called to find out why and the lady
told her oh we are at a tournament.
Our daughter was so disappointed and so was I
because I always tell my wife to support our
people. I hope they work on their customer
service!

This is the premier karate school on the eastside. Very professional and the staff is friendly. Watching my girl's build confidence and leadership skills has been the best reward, all while learn how to protect themselves. I would recommend this school for adults and children.

At this establishment, MBS Karate , is a place where your child (children) learn a great defensive sport, along with self control, self respect,and discipline. Coach Williams, is a very respectful , caring but yet firm leader to his students. His really stay focused on their school grades and let them know how important their education is. My 3 grandchildren lost their father, in a violent way in front of them. Coach her about them and he took a special interest in them. They really look up to him with respect. He was God sent.

Before my daughter started with MBS she was very shy wouldn't talk to any one, she wouldn't look you in the eye, she was three in half then when she started karete, this was the best thing for her, she's Confident she's very smart She competes in tournaments at a very young age. She has controlled she listens to her sinsay.. I highly recommend mbs.

Undoubtedly, the best organization East of Atlanta. My children initially started attending MBS’s math and reading camp. After witnessing and being thoroughly impressed with the overall structure, I decided to allow my children to take karate classes. Best decision ever! The experience has bolstered my children’s confidence and self esteem. Sensei Micah is remarkably patient with the students but he also doesn’t except excuses. No student is given a belt-it is earned.

We joined the MBS family 3 years ago when my son turned 3 years old. It has been a wonderful experience to watch the family grow. Not only does my son learn martial arts, but he is get to participate in volunteering activities. They teach and show him how to be active in the community by giving back. They provide math and reading camps for all the students. MBS is truly a family that welcomes everyone.

The last karate program my son attended focused more on hollering. This was not the discipline we were looking for. My husband and I saw the MBS van and spoke with Mr. Williams and felt a sense of calm. Mr. Williams and staff are very gentle, caring and the love for the craft is seen and felt. He has invested into his program and it is well put together. My son loves going.
