Five stars is not enough. My first meeting with Jon set the tone for the months that followed. From nutrition advice to setting up a daily workout plan, Jon set me up for success. At 61and after two ankle surgeries, I had put on a lot of weight. More than I had thought. Jon got me on track and after two and a half months I’m down 40lbs!!! I still have a ways to go. But with good nutrition habits in place and an established workout routine, I’m feeling great and on track to a much healthier and fit life!

Jon wrote a great Powerbuilding program that perfectly balanced strength and hypertrophy. It was simple...but NOT easy! By the time I finished up the program I added 15 pounds to my bench and 20 pounds to my deadlift.

Additionally, throughout the program I felt great - strong, athletic, and ready for anything.

I got connected to Jon Beazley through social media, and I was impressed by his content. My wife and I started a 12 week fitness program with him, which we just completed. He did an excellent job programming our workouts and helping us set realistic goals. The weekly check-ins were super helpful. He has the heart of a teacher, and the way he communicated about nutrition and the needs of the body helped my wife and I so much. We learned how to track our nutrition intake and set goals for that as well - which was brand new to us. Jon knows his stuff, and he is patient, encouraging, and informative.
I would highly recommend Mind and Body Strength, whether you are a seasoned fitness pro looking to push yourself and fine-tune some things or you are a beginner (like my wife and me) who needs an encouraging coach to get you going in the right direction.

Jonathan Beazley is great.
I was in a plateau for years.
12 weeks with him writing programming and I broke through.
He is very knowledgeable of how hypertrophy works, the relationship between diet and gains, and will motivate you to grow with a realistic perspective on how long it will take.
He is not an excercise coach. He is a trainer. With Jon, you are not just paying someone to give you random activities to boost your self esteem in the short term, you are getting the expertise necessary to make your long term fitness goals a reality.

I joined a class he started up a few months ago, and I'm thrilled that I did. He sets up a schedule for you to follow, complete with videos of him doing & explaining exercises. Most importantly, he has everyone check in routinely to make sure they following all the fitness and nutrition steps (turns out this is the most important key to reaching your goals).

I highly recommend Mind and Body Strength! I am in my mid-fifties, but I'm in better shape than most guys in my age group (and for that matter, better than many in their 40s, 30s, and 20s).

I’ve been trepidatious with getting a fitness & nutrition coach in the past, but at Mind & Body it has been awesome. Jon really knows his stuff and I’m excited with the results so far. He curates to your specific needs and goals. It’s easy to see he does his due diligence to strike a healthy balance with pushing you and making sure you are giving yourself grace where you need to. I participated in the 30 Day November Challenge and it was the best experience I've had in a workout program by far! Jonathan laid out the entire program right at the start, so we knew exactly what workouts and nutrition guidelines were expected from us. He constantly pushed and uplifted us, and gave direction and critiques on our form, even taking the time to record a personal video to make sure it was communicated properly. I even learned how to take advantage of certain areas in my day to day life to improve my health outside of the gym that I didn't consider. I couldn't recommend it more!
